Not so good, did not serve the good break fast, no dustbins in the room, no drinking water, door lock issue.

Excellent no frills and great rate. Quiet, clean, nothing fancy but a solid 8 on tour travels. 1 night stay and it was great....easy access to 84.

The site staff is beyond excellent. From check-in to front desk support that is responsive and comprehensive with a positive attitude.
Ive been staying for two months and will continue my stay for the foreseeable future

Was not as clean as the one in PA. Breakfast was very skimpy

Staff not helpful when asked to provide an additional pillow. Breakfast is skimpy unless you like oatmeal or granola bars daily with coffee.

They were out of forks, only had one spoon, and no pans. There was also a rancid smell of garbage at the front desk, and in all of the hallways.

Staff are so friendly and they are animal lovers. I was nervous because i have a pit bull. But no one here is scared of her. Insted they pet her and smile when her hole boddy wiggles with excitement. This place is home away from home.

A nice clean and quiet motel just off I91 15 mi S of Hartford in a nice area near medical facilities and office parks .

Interior decor very dreary and institutional. Key cards often didn’t work. Some of the staff were great, others, not. Coffee during “free breakfast” not replenished once urn empty. Lots of cigarette butts on the ground in front of entrance and No Smoking policy not strictly enforced.

Pet friendly rooms are close to the door to go outside. Efficiency style with a stove makes things much easier

Paid for three nights. Had a family emergency and only used one of the three nights. Asked for a partial refund and was just looked at with attitude and no professional assistance from the staff. Poor job

This hotel was very convenient for us for the holidays. Could use better linens and towels which we had to use 2 or 3 instead of one quality towel. We were in an accessible room and should have had some type of bath math in shower very slippery and my husband fell twice.

Hotel had an odd odor. Not sure if some cleaning agent was used on the heat elements but it smelled quite off.
Was not very comfortable for the cost, however was clean which was a plus! There was a piece of construction equipment that started up and beeped at 3:30 am.

Front desk staff is very friendly( even when they had to deal with a little kid pulling the fire alarm in the middle of checking me in. Beds and pillows where comfortable.

Kitchen useless because no cookware, dishes, etc provided. Meager breakfast. No coffee in room. Dunkin Donuts and Ice cream store are the only restaurants within in a walkable distance. Otherwise, a good location if you have a car. Clean and modern.

I’ve stayed here a few times before. The place is always clean and staff are always friendly. My only suggestion right now would be to maybe consider medium roast coffee in the morning. Light roast is barely coffee in my opinion haha. I usually add hot cocoa or an expresso shot to make it drinkable. The oatmeal is a plus & I usually bring to work. Overall good experience here.

Property had very few (if any ammenities) that I would have expected for the price. Hi speed WiFi was only through additional cost. Bed was very basic. No regular room cleaning.

It is a No-Frills Motel for sure. Not much in decor, bathroom, sink/counter space is very sparce.
But, it is clean and quiet and we had a nice restful stay.

There amenites are awesome. From the fully socked kitchen to the laundry room, it has all the conveninces of home at an excellent price.

My bed room has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, which accomodates 3 people.

The room was decent except for it smelt like there was cat pee somewhere that has not been cleaned. I have had cats as pets for most of my life and know what it smell like. I unfortunately got in very late and was not willing to go and ask for a room change so I just dealt with it but did wake up with a head ache. It reminded me not to go to hotels that allow pets unless I have mine with me.
