I had requested extra pillows when booking but had to go to the front desk to get them once we realized it was missed. Would have rated a five star but wanted the booking agents to make sure in the future, requests are forwarded to the hotel.

Found roach in bathtub. Bathroom fan coming out of ceiling. Cigarette holes burnt in sheet. Front desk at night refused to do anything about sheets but put us in another room that was just slightly better than the other. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

It’s conveniently located off the highway but we had to wear shoes in the room because it was peeling up and it was dirty enough to turn the bottom of my son’s feet black. Our room also had a broken security lock. Road noise was pretty substantial as well. No breakfast options are always a bummer.

Third time staying at this location and have encountered other guests standing outside smoking marijuana and cigarettes. Wife and I have decided to stay at different hotel next time due to this. Clean room, great rate but it’s obvious this location is known for allowing marijuana and cigarette smoking parties.

The pictures are not accurate or at least were not accurate of our room. The bed felt like we were laying on the box springs as there was no substance to them what-so-ever. When we walked by doors outside to get to our room there was a terrible stench. The room itself stunk and had smoke embedded in the bedding and shower curtain. I did not feel comfortable enough to even walk around without shoes on. We could not get out of there fast enough. Our check-in process was easy and the staff was nice.

Bang for your buck for a quick stay while traveling. The only few things we did not like was you only get 2 small square pillows per bed so bring your own. We also noticed that there is apparent mold growing on the vent and ceiling of the bathroom and the humidity was not cleared out of the room by the ac unit. It did not stay very cool even at night. The AC units need serviced or changed.

We checked in later in the evening and the front desk was so cheerful and friendly. It really helped to laugh after a long day. I select Red Roof Inns when I travel because they are truly Pet Friendly. This property is clean. Nice pet area.

The person who checked us in was a delight to talk to. The room was very clean. Drawback was that it was in a dimly lit area with lots of nature around. It was still a nice stay for my husband and I.
