We had a overall family great stay.

Overall everything was great except we were close to the kitchenette and there is no door so the breakfast crowds woke us up talking and the timer of making waffles. UGH. I highly recommend a door put on that area so your guests can sleep beyond 6am! There is an odd smell to the room; much like trying to cover up a musty smell but not overpowering- just something you could work on improving. Other than those 2 things, the room and bathroom were both newly renovated & painted and were beautifully clean! There is a microwave, coffee maker that worked fast (YES!) and one of the big mini fridges- not one of those tiny little things you can't get food inside- this one was like 3 feet tall. We unfortunately forgot our beer so housekeeping got almost a full 12pk of Busch Light. : / Hot tub & pool were both great on the temperatures and clean. There are a lot of places nearby to eat, too. Location was good and easy to find. We would stay here again.

The manager here is the best I have met! I am homeless right now and he always had advice and showed he cares. I wish I could stay there longer. I feel so safe and happy. It is nice to feel so happy safe and calm with my health issues. They are the kindest people I have ever met! I hope one day I can stay again! It is an amazing place full of caring and happiness! I will definitely miss them!

Multiple things were not great about this hotel. Our refrigerator cycled through a REALLY loud time over and over and would wake me at night. Our first night of stay there was a man pounding on another hotel door and shouting about getting in - very scary! and management never responded. Our toilet clogged. And breakfast was poorly supplied - the oatmeal would be gone, the apples soft and bruised - just not quite the breakfast selection and quality I've come to expect from comparable hotels.

The staff upon arrival was friendly and easy to work with. Once I was in my room, I noticed a weird white slime on the side of the bed, booger slime on the walls, and an actual booger stuck to the wall (not exaggerating, it was pretty gross). The shower curtain looked like it has been ripped from the wall at some point and not put back on, and the shower head and faucet were covered in a dark grime. While the staff was very quick to clean the things off the bed and walls after I notified them, I wish it hadn’t been there in the first place.

This is what I expected for the price. The room was outdated and the bedspread should have been throw away. Room was a little musty smelling, but my sister didn't notice it.

I liked my stay enough to give something of value to me to the crew. To show my repeated appreciation for all that they do and have done to be a place that is more than just a place to stay.

Over all our stay was pleasant. Though there was no working exhaust in the bathroom. And maybe update continental breakfast offerings. All of the staff were very nice!

For the rate we had to pay, I was very disappointed. There was a lot of hair and dirt under the mattresses, stains on bedding, and a few stray hairs in the shower. Furniture was old and/or broken. Not sure if they shuttle all of those items to the "pet friendly" rooms? The pool looks like it was very nice at one time, but is now dated and maybe needs a deep cleaning. The most exciting thing were the strawberry waffles my kids had for breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was ok. Check-in was quick and friendly.
It looks as if they've recently changed all the room door locks to an RFID card, but the doors now all have huge cracks you can see in the rooms. Plus, with the door gap, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms in yours.
The water from the tap is ok as long as you let it sit and let the chlorine off-gas itself. There's a water machine in the lobby, but it's always in disrepair.
The pillows are an assortment of tiny marshmallow-shaped things. They do provide enough that you can eventually get comfortable.
The breakfast was good. Waffles. Lots of sausage patties and little cheese omelets. A decent assortment of pastries and fruit. The coffee was ok.

Couldnt reach anyone by phone when I called to tell them we would be late. Not well marked outside .
Nice check in-saw we had a baby and gave us first floor.

It is a good hotel...the only issue is that the heating was odd - seemingly either too hot or too cold, but ot too bad.

The room was clean. The pool needs a paint job and the hot tub is missing lots of tiles. They have a sauna that was a exciting bonus. The breakfast was average. I cound hear the neighbors next door through the connecting door. I alo heard the people in the hall way. Parking was great.

The hotel was in good shape and the staff was helpful. Pool was a little older and heavy chlorine.
One odd thing was a man hanging out in the lobby for hours. I dont know if he was homeless if a guest that had nothing better to do. Over all a good stay and comfy beds.

I think this hotel has been remodeled. It seems nicer than the last time we were here. Staff is very friendly and we were able to check in early. My only concern is that it got very hot in the room and we could not get it to cool off! We finally had to open the window.

Was there for work in the area for few days. Nice hotel, comfy bed.

Decor seemed a bit out of date. Electrical outlets in the room here and there seemed non-functional as did the in room phone. Breakfast items such as fruit and mini-danish were edible but on the verge of stale. Parking was convenient to access the room.

Our stay was fine. Room was clean. I loved that I could open my window to get fresh air in. However, the walls are very thin. When the neighbors closed their door, our door rattled. We could here folks outside and in the hallway talking. For what we paid, we didn't expect much, so overall it was good.
