My key stopped working and I went to the lobby but had to wait around to get someone to fix it, because there was no one at the desk. The bathroom doors need to desperately be cleaned- they’re very dirty and the toilet seat was super loose. I asked for a room away from major roads but I could still hear the freeway clearly.

Lovely quiet suite of rooms with a comfortable king sized bed. The sofa bed was a bit miserable for our son but they always are. Floor was nice and clean so we pulled and put the mattress on the living room floor instead of the sofa frame.

The room was clean however the bathroom had an odor, one of the lamps didn’t work, the couch and chair need cleaning or replaced. The air conditioner in living room very loud. The entry door near the back parking lot does not lock so you don’t need a card to get in. However it is in a nice area.

This facility was absolutely disgusting!!! Bed bugs,blood on the walls, holes in the walls,air conditioning did not work,bathroom sink clogged,paint flaking all over,parking lot lights pointing right at the bedroom window,toilet seat not installed correctly. I had to ask front desk for a sheet just so I could put it on the disgustingly stained chair so I had a place to sit. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!

The elevator looks like is one lift away from breaking down. Most of the machines in the hotel are out of order. The rooms smelt and I had an unidentified carpet stain. The customer's dog was barking day and night. The bathtub was dirty when arrived. I felt so uncomfortable during my stay, even the eggs tasted fake. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our room was beyond filthy. Had to request sheets just to cover the furniture. Hair in sink, wrappers in drawers and crumbs all over floor, as well as the inside of sofa/sleeper. We were on 2nd floor. Had a dog in the room next to us whom we could hear barking. The locking mechanism to our room was completely gone. The door from the outside was supposed to be locked 24 hours/day. It was not working. Anyone could enter the property. We travel a LOT, and have never had such a bad experience.

Pros: AC worked great in our room. Free breakfast Cons: Fridge was leaking Stains on the wall and door like something splattered on it. Also stains on the inside bedding. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper so we kept having to ask for extra rolls. Snack bar/Market didn’t have anything but chips, energy drinks and water which sucked bc we had to leave the hotel.

Love staying with you. Staff is always great 👍. Just seems like a lot of little things are out of order and not getting fixed. Just hang an out of order sign on it and forget about it. Juice machine for breakfast to start with. Really 🤔?

Some friends and I line stayed at this hotel because we were here for a four day conference. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were all very comfortable and that our needs were met. The rooms were clean but could use some updating and better lighting in the hallway near the mirrors. The continenta breakfast was fresh, but it would’ve been nice if there was some healthier options. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

We checked in late, and the desk clerk was informed we had had a long and difficult day of travel. He made no inquiry about our vehicle status, but did he provide any insight or warning. The next morning, one of our locked vehicles has been broken into, $4000 in stolen items. Dealing with police and finding the necessary repair items delayed our departure by more than 6 hours. The manager of the property NEVER spoke to us, despite my asking to speak with him multiple times. His staff however were EXTREMELY helpful, providing us with resources and assistance. Unfortunately, our experience does not appear to be a one-off, though apparently nothing has been done to protect the property or guests, other than post signs stating to lock you vehicle.

first time staying with La Quinta, stayed for three nights on this July 2024 and there was no milk for cereals in the morning because the machine was "Out-Of-Order", no juice because the machine was also "Out-Of-Order", AC down in the gym and two treadmill "Out-Of-Order" water of the swimming pool is so dirty that no one in the hotel dared to use it in spite of the summer heat. first time and last time in this hotel
