We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping did a very good job. The front desk staff were always present and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job with breakfast. This hotel checked two of my three boxes: a clean room and a little breakfast to start the day. Unfortunately, the fitness center was closed indefinitely. It was a majors inconvenience for us, because we had to leave the hotel for the four days we were there, drive to a gym and pay to use the gym. If we had known it was closed, we would not have book this hotel.

Frustrated that once I had gotten comfortable and changed for bed, I realized I hadn’t unloaded my travel cooler only to find out the refrigerator was missing from my room. I called the front desk and she mentioned knowing of a problem with it, and offered to change me room. I was already undressed, and didn’t want to pack up and move that late in the evening. If they knew of the problem, why did they book that room? I feel they owe me a partial refund.

Hotel is pet friendly which is why I originally chose, but never again. Will have to find alternative arrangements. Our room was unclean in general, but on last day of stay opened curtain in morning to find active sprouting black mold in several areas. I’ve stayed in plenty of bargain inns in my life with questionable cleanliness, but not ONCE have I had active black mold in my room. Tried to resolve with front desk by asking for a reasonable request to get pet fee charge removed, was told by front desk they were “not authorized” to handle my issue. When asked for manager, was told they “can’t reach him” and “don’t know when he will be in” because he is away “on business.” I know I’ll never hear from anyone to get issue resolved. No apologies either and I know they will flip right around and rent that to someone else without cleaning the issue. Room is also not that much cheaper from similar other accommodations in area. Best thing was scalding hot water , otherwise best stay away unless you like to gamble with your health.

Check in was good, friendly and kind. Our room was comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately there was a dig next door that greeted us frequently with barking. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said they were checking out the next day but they were there the whole r days we were. I might suggest putting a waste basket in the bathroom as well as the bedroom. Breakfast was ok but there was no toaster. I don't think we will stay at La Quinta in Greenville again.

This place is old and worn out. The room was way below average. The carpet was sticky. the black out drapes were falling down and one was missing all together. The dogs had a big stain on the cushion. The bed was great tho. There was a dbl spotlight right out our window and shined right in the room. The remote was missing, I called the front desk to get one sent to the room. They never brought it. The elevator was out of service sat nite. I give this place a 4 outa 10.

The room had leftovers in the fridge, someone's eye drops in the restroom and the bed sheets smelled of perfume. Also, the luggage cart was broken and the included breakfast was awful.

Unfortunately we booked through Hotels.com. They did not indicate a pet fee for out stay which is consistent with most La Quintas I stay at. This La Quinta charged a daily fee and a deposit. The back door, which is where the majority of the parking resides would not operate with my room card. After several card re-charges, the hotel put a barrier in the door so guest could enter through that door. The gym was closed to maintenance. The pool was closed. I went to breakfast on Saturday at about 0850. When I got there there were no eggs, proteins, or any other warm breakfast item.

It's very quiet and front desk was awesome, the room was very nice and the area is quiet and the breastfast was a nice addition, one thung to mention no cups left in room for coffee in room, and not enough washcloths for 3 people only left 2 for 3 people and the pool was closed no reason given have a 2 year old and was going to take her swimming but a,sign posted pool closed and no reason given need to update with hotels site to inform the pool is closed until further notice.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. However they had a sign up that the pool was closed and didn’t give a reason as to why it was closed. I asked why it was closed and the clerk couldn’t give me a valid reason. So needless to say I had a very unhappy 5yr old.

My fam had just traveled over 500 miles. Tired and traveling with 2.5 yr old Granddaughter. We stepped off the elevator after dinner and were smacked in the face with the smell of marijuana. My daughter/granddaughter were staying ight off from the elevator. The stench lingered all night; so much so that my family couldn't sleep. I complained via hotels.com and La Quinta refused to reimburse my stay. I responded in that they did not uphold their end...as there are NO SMOKING signs everywhere, to include the room.

This is the oldest and dirtiest hotel. Bathroom water was dripping all night, no hotel cleaning service unless you request it. Towels are rough. Feels like sand paper on your body. Bed covers are nasty and dirty. Mattress are so dirty. All amenities are old. The hotel carpet is filthy and stinks. Its really musty. This is not worth the price.

The staff was so helpful, someone had load upon loads of laundry piled on machines so we couldn’t dry our laundry. The staff dried our belongings and brought them to our room.

The elevator was not very easy to use. It took forever then moved slow up the floors. The walls/doors were beat up. Paint was scraped and black markings. Parking was very limited. Both hand handicap spots were taken.

The side door to the hotel has a broken lock, totally unsecured. 6/23/24 there 4:40-5:05am, There was no clerk at the front desk. The lobby and first floor hallway smells of cigarette smoke. I was waking up by barking dogs most of the previous night.
