I had a fantastic stay at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Olympic Park. The location is perfect, right across from Centennial Olympic Park and near major attractions. My suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were great bonuses. A special shout-out to Vincent at the front desk! He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made check-in a breeze. His friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations really enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

The hotel is great. Only complaint The breakfast was terrible. They brag about breakfast being prepared by Ruths Chris but it was no better than a budget motel meal.

No hot water, barely enough warmth to take a quick shower. Talked about it to other guests and they said the same. Fire alarm kept going off and they couldn't figure out why. Service was on top of things and very nice.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, and our room clean. That’s about where it ends though. Breakfast wasn’t good and the beds were absolutely terrible.

Came for a game and the stay was perfect. Nice pool, and great adjoining rooms. The lady at the front desk offered more help than expected and the location couldn't be better. Walk out the door to Centennial Park and let the kids run.

Received a room that was not equivalent to what we booked, so we had to get that switched out immediately. The biggest issue was the Breakfast manager who was extremely rude and refused my disabled spouse breakfast on our last day. We were told that we had to present some stupid paper coupon (no one asked for it on previous days). Why are you issuing paper breakfast coupons? Aren't card keys acceptable to verify you are a guest? I have a screen shot of the text message sent to me by the front desk and it DOES NOT say the coupon is required for breakfast, only for evening drinks. To make matters worse, the security guard stood over us in an intimidating manner while we were trying to resolve our complaint. Is safety such a concern that two adults can't resolve a dispute without an armed guard standing so close you can smell his breath? Worst Hilton experience in my life and I emailed Hilton's corporate offices about this location as well.

This was a fantastic location. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had no issues with safety. You do have to valet your car, and the team is fast on retrieving it. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the absolute worst Embassy Suites I've ever been in! The valet parking and service from "D" at the front desk was the WORST! D was very rude and unhelpful..I will be Dr stay at this hotel again

I had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton Atlanta Centennial Park. The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Check-in was quick, easy, friendly and rewarding due to the fact that I my room was upgraded. My suite was great...clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view of the park. The complimentary even cocktails and snacks were right on time just before we were heading out to a concert at State Farm. I had a wonderful night's sleep and took advantage of the hearty full breakfast buffet the next morning. So good. Lastly, the valet parking was very convenient and attendants were friendly and thorough. Overall, everything was top notch. I definitely recommend this hotel. I was perfect for our weekend getaway and concert night at State Farm Arena. I will surely visit again. Thank you!!!!

Parking is steep @ $55 night (no other option available for overnight). Front desk folks are friendly. Check-in was easy. Rooms are in decent shape - starting to show age, but its not too bad. Location is good if you're heading to State Farm, GA Aquarium, College Football HoF, etc. The 'Happy Hour' was a nice bonus despite not being able to take advantage of it. Same with Breakfast. Would stay again (but maybe wouldn't park there) :-)

Breakfast was terrible. They didn’t have enough staff to keep everything stocked. Too many people in too small of a space. I was charged for parking I didn’t use. Two nights worth. I still don’t know if I’ve been refunded. Crazy busy area. Lots of homeless ppl outside the hotel. Didn’t enjoy it. Won’t be back.

It was nice. The room could have been fresher. It had an institutionalized smell. Bathroom had sour smell. I usually travel with a candle and Lysol so it was ok. Atmosphere was good. Hotel attendants and manager was accommodating. Breakfast and evening social is always a nice touch!!! That’s why I like to stay at Embassy Suites.

The hotel was in a great location. Walkable to the Coca Cola experience, the college football museum, the aquarium, the park/ Ferris wheel, and some dining options. Breakfast was nice with items like an omelet station, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit etc. The hotel was clean other than a bug in our refrigerator. The pool was nice and it looks like they were in the process of adding or renovating a hot tub.

Great Hotel in a great area of Atlanta, especially useful if planning to visit the Aquarium. Room was very large with a separate living area - great for families. Breakfast was also good, with a varied choice of hot and cold options. One quibble - I free that charging for WiFi in this day and age is a bit anachronistic and should be available at a basic speed.
