Small but clean and comfortable room Very quiet Great location in Boston near sights, restaurants and shopping Front desk people were very nice and very helpful (shout out to Jeff) Parking was near by, well lit and safe, but quite expensive No complaints with this property

Great location to access Boston harbour/downtown amenities. Wish the hotel had a pool or hot tub. That would have made it perfect! The restaurant attached did not honour the “hotel guests exclusively” menu on their website so that was disappointing. But otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. More than we usually spend on a hotel room but it was a special anniversary trip!

We picked this hotel for the location and it didn’t disappoint. The discounted parking was a bonus and the staff were all very pleasant. The room was clean but wish the windows were larger as we while had a city view room, but the view was of the building across the street. Overall was a nice stay.

Good access for ferries and cruise port. Quincy market around the corner, they didn’t make up the room that’s why a poor review, we were in a cabin room quite large with no windows. The base of the bed is dangerous on the edges it’s sharp metal, my husband cut his leg on it . The room was very dark needs more light .

They got pur room ready early. Desk staff were very nice. Room was big and clean. No coffee maker is about all I can say negative. Good location to Quincy Market, subway and other attractions. Restaurant next door had wonderful Eggs Benedict.

The hotel is very basic and not cheap. There is no coffee making facilities and service of the room is only when requested at the front desk. Also small little things like a bottle of water would be a nice touch. The bar is extremely expensive $19 dollars for a small Hendricks gin/tonic. Great location but could be so much more

Nice location, conveniently located Mass eye and ear. Shocked that for over $300 a night on a weekday out of season and there is no coffee in the room. That is an absolute basic. Even hole in the wall hotels offer coffee

Our room was in the basement with no windows. No coffee in the room or in the lobby. The place for breakfast was not available one day and found coffee for $5 per cup. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The location was very good.

This place was amazing. I loved it. The best location for walking all over. Food and shops steps away. Loved it. Loved the restaurant there. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay here if I return for another visit.

Positives : Brilliant location- helpful friendly staff - comfortable beds - ample space in rooms - very good in house restaurant. Downsides: Take your own hairdryer (hotels’ are dreadful) - no tea / coffee facilities in room

The hotel is in a great location and has a great "vibe." It is right near a subway stop so very easy to get to. My only complaint is that the room itself smelled musty. And I felt the bathroom could have been cleaner.

There were beggars, but polite beggars. It was possible to walk to all of the historic centres. On the downside expensive food, even takeaways in the area. Walk abit further and you may find it cheaper.

It was a very a very comfortable hotel. Fro t desk staff was amazing and very efficient and competent. Only utilized room staff twice. You had to ask at the front desk staff to have Your room serviced and I was ok with that. Bathroom was nice and the shower was large. Hotel is very centrally located (reason I selected it) and within walkable distance to most attractions. It was also close to really fantastic restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay and right in the middle of everything. Fantastic shopping and restaurants. However, the hotel restaurant was very expensive. Had 2 coffee's and 1 omelet, and with a tip it was $35. Ouch!

The hotel was clean, modern, and great location. However, my room was in the basement and did not have a window. That was not clear to me when I booked it. The basement rooms are positioned in between service closets, hotel security, etc. so it does not feel like it is supposed to be a floor for guests. I suspect they added the rooms in a renovation to make more money, but it was weird. The hotel restaurant was open late and had a big menu, but the food was mediocre for an expensive meal. I wouldn't eat there again but glad it was open at 10pm.

Last minute find in Boston at a great rate (Hotels.com). Arrived late. Easy checkin. Old fashioned key locks. Short walk to Hanover for a fantastic late Italian dinner. Then night came but everyone on the block forgot. Windows do little to block sound. Garbage collection around 3am. Car alarm at 4am. And morning business (Saturday?) at 5am. Despite the comfortable beds, not a great night of sleep. But the biggest problem? Totally unreliable WiFi. Couldn’t connect easily and then for no more than 10 minutes before being booted out. When you need to make plans for the next day or evening, what a huge inconvenience. Otherwise, the front desk staff were friendly if not fully trained on their facility. I’d stay here again, but only at a discounted rate.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of it all! We walked from the South train station. We walked all over site seeing, dining, shopping. There's also a subway stop right outside that was two stops from the airport. Staff were wonderful! I can't say enough about this place.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great bed, GREAT pillows, toilet is taller than in many hotels, and there’s a grab bar! (You can tell what is important to an old lady…) Is this a new hotel? Boston is wonderful.

We loved this hotel and can't wait to return. So close to everything, especially the train station. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The bar had a great breakfast with a wonderful caprese salad and pistachio martinis for late night snack. Really enjoyed getting an old-fashioned key for our room.

This is a great convenient location! We walked everywhere including South Station to catch the train to Gillette, and Govn't Center to jump on the T to Fenway. Short walks to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Ferry to Tall Ship, Aquarium, great restaurants, etc. Two things that were less than ideal were no coffee available and the room and bathroom were really dark.

Our family loved the hotel and the history around it. Perfect location with so many wonderful landmarks within walking distance. Peaceful, quiet rooms and an amazing staff.
