Great hotel in Downtown Boston. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. I slept very well in the comfy bed with nice pillows. The location was close to everything we wanted to do on our Boston vacation.

Hotel had a really fantastic location, our room was a really good size and well located. The only major disappointment was there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom, so had to leave the hotel to get coffee. But other than that had a very nice stay

Great location, very walkable. Only comment I have to make, I booked a “courtyard” view room, the view was of the hotel interior hallway, no outside view so wasn’t really worth the extra dollars over a room without a window. I wasn’t in the room much so didn’t matter to me. Otherwise hotel was great, very nice staff, big comfortable room and even had the tennis channel on TV which was a big plus for me. I would stay here again.

Our flight from Barcelona was changed requiring an overnight in Boston. Booked last minute and got a great price on a cute and comfy room with an exposed brick wall and overlooking Atrium which is more than exposed brick adorned with lovely artwork. Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant offers 20% discount on food. Location is great! Close to wharf, Faneuil Hall, restaurants, bars and historical sites. Will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Thought I’d try a new hotel on a recent business trip. Great location, pretty new and clean. Small but comfortable room, strange assortment of AV stuff but ok. My room window opened up to a brick wall and the back of the elevator with zero daylight available. Unfortunately the WiFi is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel anywhere in the world. Impossible to stream anything and even sending emails was challenging I asked the front desk for help and they told me to call some sort of 24hr help desk - not helpful at all. So if you depend on internet access for work or to watch streaming media, this ain’t the place for you.

Did not get the room type I signed up for (Queen City view). They tried to put me in a basement room, no windows, outside the hotel.
My room was dark and dreary. Would never stay there again. Hotels.com needs to be up front about the specifics of the room! Very disappointing.

A great hotel in the perfect location. Eaay to get to from the airport using public transportation and easy access to public transportation. Great location for everything downtown. I would stay here again.

Amazing Location. Central to all locations to visit in boston. Very clean and safe neighbourhood. The hotel itself very clean. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. I would return when back in Boston

The location of this hotel is fantastic. close to the harbourside, Quincy market and the main shopping areas. the subway station (aquarium) is literally outside the door
The rest of the experience was ok, but for >$350 a night we had hoped for a bit more than ok. The rooms are decent enough , but there’s no coffee or tea making facilities, not much natural light and a slightly noisy aircon unit on rooms in 8th floor. There’s an Italian style restaurant next door with a nice pavement seating area but the service is pretty average and the restaurant had a bad DJ so we skipped the meal.

Very nice and reasonably priced accommodations. Within walking distance of everything in the North end and Business district. Right next to T station and convenience store as well.

We could not check into both rooms (next to each other). We saw in the room not yet ready for check in that the cleaning crew was having lunch and relaxing in that room!
Sitting in the chair and on the sofa…..
After a 3 hour flight and waiting 3 hours for that room, we weren’t happy about that!

Friendly staff. Great location. Walkable to many places. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the bed mattress was a little soft.

Check and staff were awesome. Room was perfectly fine. The fact that they were willing to keep our bags until we need to leave for the airport on our last day was super helpful!

Overall, we had a good stay here. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. My one gripe is there is no coffee in the room nor the lobby. You have to pay $4.99 for coffee in the attached restaurant and it's not even good coffee. I wouldn't stay here longer than a day or two for that reason. I like to enjoy a cup of coffee while I get dressed.

We loved this hotel for several reasons; the room itself was lovely, comfortable, with a nice view, but the location was the best! We were close to the wharf, aquarium, Quincy Market, Freedom Trail, Paul Revere house, and so many great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend a stay here, loved it!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station and walking distance from downtown.
The building is old and looks beautiful from the outside, but is not very comfortable inside.
I had an atrium “view” room, which actually is a window to the elevator. The room was spacious and clean, but it felt like you are in a bunker.
I would not stay to this hotel again.
The room reservation said is coming with a bottle of vine, that I never received.

No gym. No pantry. Room smelled like paint when I walked in. Bonus points for free lemon ice water dispenser upon entry but I will not be staying here again. Comfortable bed tho

We had a great stay. We stayed in the basement it was clean and nice. but there were some smells in the main areas that smelled like sewer. But the room was very clean and service was awesome. will go back.

Location is great but this no frills hotel was overpriced for what it was. The floors are uneven and doors and windows need to be replaced (curtains moved with the wind with the windows shut). No coffee maker in the room. Parking garage is down the street and no valet. Expected nicer finishes and basic amenities for the price.

This hotel is not a four star hotel at all, at the best a three star hotel. The bed uncomfortable and small windows, despite we had booked the best rooms at this hotel inclusive a bottle of wine, which we didn’t get. Good it was only for one night.

Wonderful location for exploring downtown Boston and very convenient for the Convention Centre which is a short taxi ride away. Clean comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed…highly recommend this hotel

As stated in many reviews, there isn't a microwave or the ability to make coffee in the room. Management should reconsider as this is a standard convenience in most hotels today. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city and accessing transit. The front staff was excellent as was housekeeping. The room was comfortable and spacious. We'd stay again next time we visit Boston!

It was a great location, and I knew it going in that I had an internal facing room, so no view of the outside. Only complaint would be that in a five night stay we only had maid service after the first night.

Hotel staff members are professional and friendly. We can request the house keeping service every day, the service is perfect. Hotel location is very convenient.
Room facilities are old fashioned and keeping clean. The light in shower room was broken and the air conditioner in room was noisy on sleeping.

It was basically a windowless room in the interior of the hotel. There was a window that faced the interior of the hotel, but you could not open it unless you wanted every person getting out of the elevator to have a view into your room. Only off-site parking with no in-and-out privileges.

Parties and functions in the bar in the hotel every night for non guests, the restrooms for the bar were downstairs in basement beside our room. One night when we came out of lift to go to our room there was 3 woman outside the restroom getting changed to go to the party in bar upstairs, They were standing in full view of everyone getting changed, you could also hear noise at all hours of drunk people coming up and down to use restrooms then wondering through the hall way. Some of the staff at front desk were very nice but some were very rude. Good location and room was clean and pleasant but would not stay here again due to the parties in the bar and the people wondering around the hotel making it feel unsafe.
