Honestly I loved the staff and the hotel. They have games set up outside for people to enjoy and everything was clean and quiet.
I will definitely have to throw in there…the reason for my low star rating is because after the first night stay I was covered in bites. No signs of bed bugs and yes I did check…but when my son had bites the next day we did check out and booked another property. No new issues at the second hotel. It’s questionable for sure.

We didn't get a room they said they didn't have anything available all sold out even though I reserve it.

The family trip was great. The kids enjoyed the hotel stay where everything was clean and cool. The front desk was helpful when the AC to the first room was not working and changed us to another room. The wife and kids were sleepy and needed late check out and the front desk made it possible. Thanks for a great family vacation.

We booked a room with two double beds and they gave us a room with a king and couch pull out. There was no bedding for the couch and we had to wait for bedding from a man who was unsure if he would even be able to find us any. There was very little breakfast left when we go there. About 30 people were fighting over the few remaining items. There were not enough seats for everyone to sit and eat. When we arrived late in the evening about 20 people were congregating in the hotel lobby and outside smoking. Not the most welcoming way for our family to walk into the hotel.

It was a okay stay bed was comfortable, bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast was okay. After paying $200 on hotels.com for a 1 night stay we checked out on Sunday morning around 9am the basketball tournament we were attending for our son to play was 23 mins from the hotel. I received a notification on my account being charged another $160.47. Called the hotel spoke to the front desk clerk, who had no idea of what he was doing and let him know my card was charged again he stated he did not see the charge. I had to go back to the hotel 23 mins back out my way only to be told I had to wait 3-5 business days to receive my refund. Make sure if you stay at this location the front desk clerk knows what they are doing.

Check in staff were super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, just not replenished fast enough for the amount of people dining. Room was clean but slightly musky. Fitness center had no A/C. Plenty of dining options. Overall a good stay.

Check in was great and easy enough . The gentleman was friendly and mentioned being from our state (OK). He was very friendly and pleasant to engage with. We didn’t stay the night though. We got a call (family emergency) and left the ballgame early. I stood at the front desk for around 30-40 minutes to check out while my husband and children quickly packed up our things. No one ever came. I tried calling the next morning to check out. No one answered. We had a great dressing room/bathroom before the game.

We did not get the type of room we had booked and paid for several months ahead but otherwise the trip was good and the people were friendly.

Overall it was good. The customer service was excellent! The only hiccup, we specifically rented a doubles room with sofa bed specifically for 3 friends to see a concert that night. When we got there the room we booked wasn’t available. They put us into 2 king rooms and didn’t charge us for the 2nd room, which was great!

Was very satisfied with the property. Room was clean and products offered such as shampoo and soaps were of a good quality as well. Overall good stay. I would recommend. Staff was also very nice.

For the most part it was a good stay. It was very clean room. The only issues we had was the bed could have been a little more comfortable and the AC didn't cool very well.

Male night staff that checked me in was wonderful. The male staff at checkout was ok. He was allowing people to smoke cigarettes right at the door. They should not be allowed to smoke cigarettes at all on the premises. Breakfast could have been better. No milk no creamer no cheese. Nothing was replaced when it ran out. I was there at 820

Great for what we needed. Nice sitting area separate from the bed area. Plenty of outlets to work remotely. Quiet area.

The hotel was perfect for sports fans. Very very close to Globe Life, AT&T, Texas Live etc. Just bad timing for me, had a sink leak and carpet was wet our entire stay. This included smell of wet carpet smell. Do not hold this against the Hyatt, just bad timing. Staff wason point and will stay again.

It was a business trip. Fairly close to airport and where business was conducted. Property was good. Could use some refreshing in certain areas. Pretty clean. Customer Service was pretty good. I would stay again if prices are right at the time of need.

What I find impressive is that despite its slightly outdated rooms, the maintenance and pristine cleanliness of the rooms is well deserving of a 5-star review. I cannot say the same about similar hotels. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The staff were welcoming and pretty awesome.

Absolutely no hot water. The AC was very loud. The only good thing was the towels were really soft sand the employees were really helpful and polite.
