Things I liked: * great breakfast. Bacon, eggs, and pretty good green chili. I think they rotate the menu daily. Lots of bread, pastry, waffle, cereal, etc options * better than average coffee * Room is on the small side but well organized * Room is clean and everything in good condition. Nothing is threadbare. All the shampoo etc bottles are full * friendly service by the front desk staff * The bed, pillows, and bedding were fine. Very comfortable * we enjoyed taking a morning walk along the nearby Platte river. Things I didn't like * I have a thing about the heating and AC systems in motels. Often they're noisy, and bang on and off, making sleep difficult. This one was low on noise (which i liked) but the thermostat was fiddly. I'm not sure I ever figured it out. So our night was partly ok but sometimes we were too hot or too cold.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very comfortable room. The breakfast is above average. What makes this hotel stand out above many that I stay in is the friendly staff. From check-in on through, the staff was engaging and offered helpful information. For those wanting convenience, there is a convenience/gas station very nearby, and a McDonalds and a restaurant (we did not have opportunity to try ) share the general parking area. Easy access to I-25. I recommend.

The rooms were ok. The air conditioner couldnt keep up to keep the room cool. The best part of our stay was the continental breakfast. The staff was very nice to interact with.

Carpets Need to be replaced in the rooms badly. We had a soccer team staying here so we had 6 rooms. All 6 rooms had gross carpet. So gross that we didn't take our socks off

Don’t let the outside of the building dissuade you from staying, the inside is well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast is exceptional. Friendly staff, great cookies in the afternoon. Will definitely stay there again—easy access off I-25 which is important!

4 police cars at Corner upon arrival. People in hallway talking and playing music all night. Not comfortable as a lady traveling alone. Too far from main desk with stair way right outside door. A washcloth was left as clean with a smell a gooey substance on it. Ugh. I have never stayed at a Quality Inn and encountered these issues. Thank you for understanding, I am a level headed person and thought this would be an affordable, clean and quiet place to stay.

Theresa was so kind and had everything ready for us! We were traveling with little ones and it was very late when we arrived. I was worried about it taking a while to check us in, but we were in within a few minutes! We got the best sleep of our entire trip at Quality Inn and Suites, even mom and dad of the little ones. Even those with discerning tastes were happy about the cleanliness, the food and the service. Thank you Theresa and Quality Inn and Suites!

The room was clean, We stayed a total of four nights. The breakfast was really good with several choices. I would stay here again when I return to Casper.

The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.

Older property with a somewhat crowded feel to the entrance/parking lot. But once inside everything is very clean, quiet and well maintained. Our room was great, like a small apartment - not a standard cookie cutter hotel room. The staff was especially attentive. AND… they have cookies in the evenings!!!

Needed a pet friendly hotel but couldn’t specify when booked online. In the “pet room” - There was a stain on the comforter and something weird in the bath tub/shower which deterred from taking a shower.

No elevator. Roomed smelled of BO. Carpet in walk way was puckered and in my opinion a trip hazard. The quality of the room and hotel certainly didn’t justify the cost.

Supposed to be a 100% smoke free hotel, but room had old smoke smell and every entrance had chain smokers just outside of door.

My room smelled funny. I arrived very late so i didn't have the energy to talk to manager. Ill try it again. Breakfast and coffee really good.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Understaffed….i felt sorry for a lady at the front desk when we checked in, but she worked her tail off and gave great customer service. She was very kind!
