The location by SDC is nice. The property is fine. But the heavy-handed communications are ridiculous and provide wrong information. Plus, the indoor pool is still not ready…after seven years. Again ridiculous. The see are the reasons we did not take the tour and set up another visit.

The beds are needing updated, wall below stairs was busted. We have been coming here for a few years, just seems like the furniture all around is wore out and in need of updates.

This was our 2nd stay at Still Waters and we'll stay again next time we go. Beautiful views, and pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. Staff couldn't be any nicer or more helpful.

Well the room was nice. No paper towels or tissue no coffee or toiletries you would expect from a condo. The walls are thin. I could hear the toilet flush through the wall and hear the water running in the walls. People upstairs were heard walking and moving chairs. Views were beautiful and did like the shuttle to SDC.

Our only complaint about our stay was the mattress on the bed. It was very hard. I had to sleep on top of comforter and other covers for a decent comfort level. They should replace with a new mattress or at least put a mattress topper on it. We stayed in room 451K

Close to Silver Dollar City Christmas celebrations with free shuttle from door to door was amazing. We had ground level walkout patio to lakeside vuew, patio with picnic table and trees. Fireplace was a nice amenitiy along with jacuzi tub!

Not exactly like the pictures but it is very nice. Loved the washer and dryer, the kitchen definitely saved us money but was disappointed there weren't any staples available (salt, pepper, etc.). It's very close to town but far enough away that in November it's very peaceful. We were told two of the hot tubs didn't work and the arcade is expensive. I wouldn't go to Pizza World again, it was overpriced, which I wouldn't have minded because everything is overpriced in Branson, but the food was horrible. We got wings and they were mushy and had just a little bit of sauce drizzled on them. We ended up throwing them away. The room was very comfortable, no fireplace like the pictures but it did have a huge jacuzzi tub and a nice patio to sit at and eat breakfast.

Loved all of the amenities! The water bikes, kayaks, waterslide @ the pool, mini golf & volleyball/basketball courts were perfect for our active family! The availability to food trucks was a nice added option, too!

We arrived and the check in process was good, friendly staff, clear communication. However, when we arrived at our room, it seemed like the only cleaning done from the previous guest’s stay was to switch the towels and bed linens. The bathroom was dirty, wet urine on the back of the toilet and dried ironed on the toilet lid. The tub was dirty and there were fingernail clippings in the carpet. The staff immediately sent someone who cleaned the toilet and bathtub, which was great, but they didn’t offer anything other than that. We aren’t the super squeaky wheel type, so we just advised them of the condition and observed how they responded. The amenities included in our stay price were nice, free kayaks and water pedal bikes. You have to pay quite a bit extra to rent the motor craft and need a boater’s license before you can operate them. Overall, it was okay. The beds were comfortable enough. You do have to exchange your bathroom or bed linens piece for piece of you want them changed and do it yourself; there is no maid or room service during your stay. If we go back to Branson, we would try to find something different next time, we would probably look into staying farther out of Branson or at a smaller hotel inside Branson before we looked into booking here again. All staff we came into contact with were very friendly, and they do seem to at least take care of issues quickly if it’s during their office hours. If something happens outside of those times, I’m not sure.

My entire family enjoyed this resort. There were lots of activities for the kids each day and we all liked the water options at the marina. The pools were great, but would’ve been even better if they were heated! Rooms were comfortable and laid out really well. We had everything we needed. Food and drink options were fantastic. We loved the resort and location and plan to come back!

The condo was great, clean, great staff. Our family of four loved the pools and the grounds, and would definitely return. We had great service. We called twice to ask for help with linens and a tv issue and they were fast and helpful. Only downside was that if you don’t eat on property, it was a little far from other amenities.

Still Waters is a nice, family friendly resort. Our room was spacious but could use a thorough deep clean - we moved the couch to open the hideabed and the carpet was pretty dirty. The jacuzzi tub was pretty dirty as well. The ice maker was broken and a bug scurried by when one cupboard was opened. But my kids had a great time at the dock and at the Harvestfest area. I always feel safe letting them walk around the resort.

Check in staff, super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean. El Jeffe and the pizza place were amazing and fare priced. The only downside was the pool but minor issues that probably couldn't have been helped: freezing water and a lot of dead bugs in the water. Other than that, we had a great time!

Hi the resort was above and beyond Our expectations. Being such a Touristy town we worried about the turnover and the condition of the condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully laid out. Out the back balcony was a view of the lake in the gazebo and right out the front door across the street was the big swimming pool. Our favorite thing was a free shuttle. We love that it delivered us right to the front gate of Silver Dollar City and brought us right back and we didn't have to wait more than five minutes either time we also picked us up and took us to the food trucks and brought us back. Everyone at this resort is super nice. They call and text any activities going on and when your room is ready. Even though there were a lot of families around we did not hear any noise too late or too early in the morning. I have already sent the link to two people I know who are interested in renting and I will definitely recommend this place. If I come back to this area I will stay again.

We loved our time at Still Waters. I do think we were there at the perfect time and the crowds were low, which certainly helped. We enjoyed time at both pool areas (one hot tub was broken). We also enjoyed the food trucks on property, the included amenities at the lake and checked out the lil Fall Festival. The only downside to our whole visit was inside our room. There was not a lot of amenities in our room. No paper towels in the kitchen, we ran out of toilet paper, the carpet is in terrible condition and desperately needs replaced, and aside from 1 small bar of soap there were no bathroom amenities (no shampoo/conditioner, etc…). Very friendly staff. We would definitely return, but hope before then they replace the carpet.
