Hotel very nice and Is great location staff Very nice. Only downside is elevator was broken , so It was absolutely horrible to climb 4 flights to get to my room.!!

AC was not cold at all. Bathroom was clean but some of the towels were dirty. Other guests running up and down the hall screaming at all hours of the night.

One of the worst hotels to stay at. They lied about everything When checking in they took the payment first and than shared the elevator is broken, also lied about the pool being heated

Staff was excellent and helpful. Hotel is older but redone nicely. The biggest disappointment was the so called beach which is on the intercoastal canal and half the size of what you see in the photo. Definitely NOT a beach barely fit the 2 beach chairs they had on it. Elevator was broken, thankfully we were on the 2nd floor. Beach or water view if you hang off the balcony. LOL Staff recommended Chuck's restaurant which was affordable and had excellent fried shrimp. Location was a short drive to other local restaurants. Fishing pier was nice but I don't fish.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooms were the worst I've ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, hairs in the beds, hairs on the towels and washcloths, bathroom sink and tub were so compacted with hair that neither would drain

Had a 3 day..2 night stay. We were there for the hal marathon Hutchinson island. The half passes right in front of the hotel. Checking was excellent and very friendly service staff. The free bkft was totality outstanding. Clean and out of this world waffles that you can make yourself...ill miss that the most! Our room had hard floor..no carpet..which made.it very clean.beds comfortable. The carpet in the hallway needs updating...but the staff was amazing and very accomadating.

Staff super nice. Wish we could have been in room 408, that's our favorite side of the property. Not crowded at all. This is the slow season. Wish breakfast would have had grits like last time and bacon. This time eggs and sausage only.

The partial view was barely a view of the intracoastal. Over grown trees in the line of the water. Should have just booked a regular room without a view. Not worth the extra money paid for a partial view

Excellent customer service, both checking in and checking out. (asked maintainence man to fix threshhold and he did so immediately). Halls were old with torn and worn carpet. Outside was lovely with a beautiful dock and sitting areas with darling chairs and view. The rooms were old and the bathroom was outdated and almost unsanitary. The breakfast was really hardy, great for the whole family If on a budget then the price is better than in Jensen Beach which runs about $100 up more per night.

Appreciated the warm Welcome and efficient check-in process, especially since arriving late at night and tired from a long drive. Hearty breakfast, hot coffee and good variety. Pool, hot tub and riverbank all close and easy to access from either hotel, boat dock and parking lot.

Smell of marihuana through the entire stay on my floor. Carpets stained everywhere. The idea of “private beach” is truly just a patch of sand near a dock where people were fishing in the “beach” water.

There was mold on the ceiling in our room, as well as water mold on the walls. Sand all on the floors, the bathtub had a layer of soap still in it, which even after rinsing letting the water run caused my fiancé to slip and fall. Staff was super sweet, outside view beautiful, but quality of room was not good.

Lovely beach and dock area. Lots of choices for the continental breakfast that includes a daily hot egg and meat item. Carpeting in 4th floor hallway has a condensation issue with a ceiling vent causing moldy area on carpet that should be addressed.

I picked a double room and paid for that options upon arrival there was only one bed. . We had 3 adults, so that didn’t work for us. We were going to give it a try as there was a chair and ottoman in the room. But upon checking the bed area it was unclean and looked as if there were bedbug dropping under the bed. So we checked out immediately to find another room. The only saving grace was the front desk lady who understood my situation and helped me out. She was very helpful and I appreciate her very much.

My husband and I stood for 4 days and 3 nights and on day two housekeeping never came to clean our room. We informed the front desk the following morning and the clerk stated that she would inform them. When we got back in the afternoon still no housekeeping. I had to request it a second time. When they finally came to clean the room they removed the extra blanket we requested the day before. The Wifi was horrible and the "continental" breakfast was limited. When I went to check out the clerk was trying to charge me for the stay after I had already paid for the trip on this website. I was extremely disappointed.

This place is a gem, the facilities were very clean and organize, the breakfast has many options and the personal was extremely kind and caring. Every person of the staff was nice and polite. Have their own beach, own pier and a pool. Close by there is restaurants and bars in walk distance.
