Upon arriving i ran into serval men installing locks on the door, then i find there are sensors on the inside of my rooms door. I was very uneasy for the rest of my stay.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The lobby upon entrance had an odor though. The room itself was modern and the bed decent. Shower had somewhat weak pressure and didn’t get very hot, just tolerably warm. I did not like the surge pricing which was almost triple normal rates due to the IU football game.

This place needs a DEEP CLEAN. Dust, dirt, etc. all over items in the room, carpet, and bathroom. I will avoid this place in the future. I don't mind paying $350 a night at an economy hotel for a football weekend...but you better spend that money on getting the place clean. I am glad I was solo, guess my wife would not have stayed. Also the pool is closed, and looks like it has been for a while.

Check-in was fine and it appeared they had a decent breakfast in the AM. It was just not in great shape and was inconvenient. a) No cups in the room, though there was a small fridge and a microwave. b) outdated fixtures, etc, and as we were leaving, we noted a cockroach on the ceiling of our room. Look, I get it - it's a Super8 so we weren't expecting the JW Marriott. It is what it is. A decent place to crash for the night if you don't want to spend a ton of money.

Great location and convenient for access to IU football. Road construction in front of hotel required a slight detour to get back to campus. Limited breakfast items available. If traveling with children, the Pool and spa were not available. Hotel room was adequate for a quick nights stay.

Awful. No cups or glasses in the room or bottles of water for sale or gratis. The TV never worked. The advertised pool wasn't heated and the hot tub permanently closed. And it was crazy expensive. Never again.

Hotel advertised to have an indoor pool and hot tub. When we got here and checked in, we found out the hot tub is permanently closed and the pool was having trouble with its heater. We attempted to swim but the water was way too cold. Hotel was average for its price range. The bathroom in our room is literally the smallest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen.

The room was really big but the bed was really tiny for being a queen and the bathroom was small could hardly shut the door. I tried to call them to see rates and book directly with them to see if they would match Expedia website and they did not. So thankfully Expedia had better deals.

I am usually not a complainer but this hotel is pretty bad. There were multiple red spots on the carpet in my room. Not sure if it was blood or red paint but it was pretty gross. I wore shoes in the room at all times and didn't even dare to shower. Other than the waffles, breakfast was pretty bad too. It it was almost unedible. The coffee was probably the worst I've ever had.

Restrooms and bathroomwould be 5 stars if it wasnt for moldy shower curtain. Carpets, doors and lighrlring need work. Some rooms have odorsl, cigarette smoke and musty. Changed rooms twice. Rear door does not open with card key. Friendly and helpful personnel in the reception.

Checked in lady at counter was very nice. Our room had no air conditioning, the pool heater was broke and the water was freezing my kids didn’t even stay in long and the hot tub was closed. There was one trash can in the whole room and bathroom combined.Beds were uncomfortable and right after we feel asleep we woke up to the big noise of water turn on the light water was coming down from upstairs the front desk moved us to another room on a different floor so we had to pack a family of five up at 11pm and all they said was sorry. Then at 9 am three different house keepers and front desk just walked in our room they did not knock or anything and the front desk lady said someone turned the keys in to our room and we had our key cards.i would not recommend or ever stay there again!

I take my granddaughter here often during breaks from school. It is her favorite swim pool, and I always take her and a friend there for swimming. We went in March for spring break and the hot tub was being discontinued - that was my treat for me. We went back last night for the girls to swim and the heater was not working for the pool. Water was ice cold. Too cold to enjoy. Girls were bored all afternoon and evening. This will be our last visit there.

I recently stayed at the Super 8, which was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. However, the room had a noticeable mildewy smell, indicating a need for a dehumidifier, especially for extended stays. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the overall experience.

I had the unfortunate misfortune to have my car break down and a fix that was supposed to take 1-2 days took almost a week and a half. When I had problems with hotels.com Super 8 was so accommodating and understanding. They were on the phone with hotels.com going over and beyond what they needed to. Words can’t express how nice they were and helpful. From everything to restaurant recommendations to where the closest store was located! I just absolutely loved my experience and if the winds of travel ever sends me through Bloomington again I will definitely be staying there and stopping in to say Hi!!

Found dried blood on the wall when I told the front desk she said ok I’ll let someone know Bathroom had hair and dirt all around Sink had nose hair or facial hair around the lip of the sink Smelled musty, moldy like Spa is no longer in use but was left with water in it and things floating on top. Called about the pool but was never told the heater isn’t working. So pool temperature was freezing and no towels in pool area.
