Room was not very clean. A previous visitor had left a sandwich in the refrigerator and the refrigerator no longer worked, so it was not very pleasant to open the refrigerator door and find the sandwich.

Confusing check in. No place to hang towels. Noisy heater.

No one was at the front desk for check-in. I had to call on a phone at the desk to have someone come down to check me in. Never seen that before. Beds were uncomfortable, and dirty. Had to have the manager put clean sheets on. Shower was dingy and dirty. Breakfast was average. Will likely not stay at a Super 8 again.

Check in guy was so disappointed It looks like he was mad cause i guess I interrupted what he was doing once I call the phone, answered rude and once he came done it was worst, he had an attitude all the time. Room was smelly poor quality for the price, walls im bad shape lights were not working, we got a first floor so guests from up stairs were super low, it was Just terrible, breakfast was good and the men in there was nice

The rooms were gross. Curtains were nasty. The faucets were loud when turned on and flow was intermittent. The room had those water bugs everywhere—crawling around the sink and in the bathroom. The toilet lid was crooked. The a/c was loud and didn’t have an auto mode. It was either on or off. Every morning I went to get coffee, they were out and I had to ask someone to get more. Needs updating if they are really going to charge $200/night.

We booked this over priced Super 8 because it was pet friendly. When we checked in the manager rudely informed me she had no more pet friendly rooms, later telling me that I could bring my dog in the room but she'd charge me another $200 in addition to the $425 I'd agreed to pay for this disgusting hotel room. It was hot that night so I had to stay in my car to keep the windows down for my dog since we had no where else to stay. This was not what I'd planned when I made the reservation. The manager made very snide comments about Expedia whom I booked through, that were baseless. I made the pet friendly reservation in good faith, willing to pay the Ritz Carlton rip off price for the room so I could rest. Fortunately my husband used the room. If you plan on being treated well, do not stay at this Super 8. Hospitality does not exist in their world.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The first night, my husband and I slept in one of the beds that "canoed" in the middle. The next night I slept in the other bed. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs and I have tons of bites from that bed. Disgusting. Besides this, the actual room was dirty, smelled of grilled onions or fried chicken both days. There was not an available room to change into (and obviously we did not know about the bed bugs until they appeared on my ride home). There was also a light that was dangerous- the entire bulb was hanging by the wires upside down. The \carpets were not vacuumed and the bathroom shower was gross too.

The hotel was clean, but it needs to be updated. The fire alarm went off three times the first night, so sleep was tough to come by. It went off the next day, but luckily it was after 9:00 am.

Other than just a simple thing as a pen/pad to jot something down, and the pool chemicals being a bit off and making the girls hair green , it was a good stay. Rooms were clean. Check in/out easy. Staff, we didnt require much except for one major uh oh...a childs stuffed animal made it into the laundry/ room touch up. At first couldnt find it...but asked again in the a.m. and another attendant found it! Breakfast, standard fair. We were ground floor and liked the convienient inside/outside entry. It was close enough for running to the river and the trail systems were great.

Several of the front desk staff were less than polite and friendly. We arrived a little early and stopped by just in case an early checkin was possible. We were not expecting it and were not at all upset when it wasn’t possible but the woman was extremely rude and unfriendly. As a few more people arrived behind us she stated that we should all leave and come back a 3pm without even hearing what the other people wanted. The others left without a word and I doubt they came back. Since we had paid in advance we returned to find another clerk who was not rude but certainly not at all friendly. We never saw a smile or courteous gesture from anyone. That was the second time we stayed there but there wont be a third.

Clerk SOOOO unnecessarily slow, wasn’t at desk at arrival, took 5 minutes to come to desk after called, never greeted us. keys not work. Wet dirty towels left in the bathroom.
