the 1st thing was that when I called the hotel about the check in they told me that I had to check in at 3 but I was running late and i never heard of that another thing that went wrong was the bathtub was full of water nasty i mean i paid 300 not cool another thing that went wrong was the ac would not turn off and it was freezing the room was next to the road that all we heard was trucks and cars could not sleep well the tv in the room was not working right everytime i would use the remote the channel would not change horrible um all we heard was the noise from the street cars honking then finally in the morning there was no milk for the coffee cheap breakfast i have stayed in hotels before never ever was like this. honestly i will never stay in extended stay america ever again because for 300 dollars i did expected better service breakfast not good as well.to be honest they should give me a price cut but i have paid for the room but again i will never ever stay there again

This was the absolutely worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay in. While the staff was courteous and tried to be helpful, it was hopeless. It also did not help that they spoke very little English. The facilities were old and had not been updated in years. The carpet was dirty and worn through in places, the room and hallway had a powerful and unpleasant odor. The only horror missing was the twins standing at the end of the hallway. Heed my warning do not stay at this place!!!

The hotel is advertised on Hotels.com as having a fully equipped kitchen. However, when I checked in and went into my room, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, except a table tent stating that you have to go to the front desk to request items. Coffee maker was not available until our second morning and a toaster was not available until our third morning there, that was somewhat disappointing. There was also no dishwashing soap to either do dishes by hand or in the dishwasher. Continental breakfast had very slim pickings, and there is only one staff member on to cover the front desk and the breakfast buffet, so she was running back-and-forth like crazy making coffee, etc., and then having to deal with phone calls and people at the front desk. it would make so much more sense to have two people on the time so that one person is not stretched so thin. Regardless of that, Valentina was professional friendly and had a great demeanor. It was a very convenient location, easy to get into Manhattan and numerous Restaurants and coffee shops right in the vicinity that were within walking distance. Lack of a fan in the bathroom was an issue because the fire alarm is easily set off. Also, the location of the full length mirror opposite the front door is a bad spot as there’s no light in that area. If I family or friends, I would consider staying at this hotel again. I would just know what items I need to make sure and bring from home instead of having to buy them there.

room was old . Bathroom lock and exhaust not working . Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Overall its was okay experience. Overall it was average experience with no disturbance or grey flags.
