Our room was disappointing. The coffee pot was dirty, it only had one decaf stocked and when I opened it the old filter was still inside. The shower part that made the water come out the top stopped working and I had to use the hand held to finish rinsing. The hair dryer kept over heating and when I looked at the filter I saw why. There was so much lint!

The pool and hot tub haven’t been filled in years. They need to stop advertising that they have a pool and hot tub! Hardest bed ever!!! The breakfast was non existent. No fruit or cereal, waffles and a few pieces of bread.

Rooms are small. Free breakfast consits of waffles, sweet roll, instant oatmeal, and toast. No fruit at all The pool was closed and we were not aware.

The room had no garbage can . There was no bar of soap in bathroom for washing hands.. room was not serviced and I was there for 2 nights with no clean bedding or fresh towels

They advertise Breakfast. All they had were Waffles, Cereal, English Muffins and Toast. There was no proteins available and my wife is diabetic. Even at the lesser quality Super 8 in Ontario, they had Eggs, Yogurt, and Fruit available. We went to Shari's.

They are using the pool area as storage, have all sorts of items in there, mini fridges, beds, vacuum cleaners, etc. called to let them know my room fridge was leaking water and was given attitude by front desk. Called to ask for a roll out bed and they said no. I have stayed here before and was not told no about the roll out bed.

This was the worst place I have stayed. Beds are old, stained up, carpet is peeling up, TVs don’t work in rooms, old AC and beds laying in hallways. Sheets stained tubs were not cleaned and so nasty I did not take a bath or shower. Who had 1 ply toilet paper anymore. Back of hotel is very shady door hardly works. I would stay at motel 6 next door before here Oh and pool was not open and the breakfast was only waffles and English muffins

The property old and decaying, rooms are outdated and everything needs updating. Carpets and floors are dirty, there is cigarette burns on the blanket and the continental breakfast is basically a waffle, danish, cereal and toast. Next time I'm staying at the Best Western across the street.

The hotel is shabby and run down. The receptionist on duty was disinterested at best. The pool was unusable as it was a storage area for cardboard boxes, ladders, and other junk. The breakfast was some of the worse in the over 2000 mile family trip. There were other motels in the same area that at least looked better. It was booked months ago and we couldn’t change without forfeiting the nights charge. Avoid!!M

Place is run down and old. The carpet probably hasn’t been replaced for 20 years. The comforters on the bed were thin and raggedy. They didn’t look clean either. The bathroom/shower was decent, could have been cleaner but it at least had hot water and good water pressure. The continental breakfast was lame-hardly any choices, nothing fresh. Overall review would not recommend. Will not be staying again.

Stopped here for the night on the way to Washington. I don’t want to say it was bad but the hotel could use some upgrades which it looks like they are slowly working on. There was some old mattresses at the bottom of the stairs and an old A/C unit sitting on a table at the top of the stairs. The room was clean and everything worked as it should which was my only requirement. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had waffles, 3 slices of bread (we had 5 people), oatmeal, and coffee/juice. The pool was open and the kids enjoyed it but they were using the area to assemble bed frames and the hot tub was closed. It had wood covering it and the pool chairs with caution tape blocking it off. They only had 3 chairs at the pool to sit at. For a quick one night stay while passing through it was fine.

No elevator?? In 2024, you've got to be kidding. This property needs a serious upgrade. And since we booked through Expedia, we couldn't get a refund. The rooms on the first floor cost extra, which made me very angry. But, since my elderly Mother with her bad knees can't do stairs, we stayed in a subpar room on the first floor. And the free breakfast? Yuck. We did like the coffee. That's safe. Overall, the motel smells bad and wasn't a good experience.

We got to the hotel 10 minutes before check in to a person waiting in the lobby and a note on the front desk that says absolutely no early checkins. Check in is after 3:00pm. So we waited and a handful of others came in as we waited and they had all been told to go away until check in time previous to us showing up, is what they told us. So finally at 3:15 a lady showed up and started checking people in but she was not friendly and didn’t really have communication skills that you usually find at hotels. The pool is filled but not open. On the deck of the pool they have turned it into a storage room it’s filled with mattresses and mini fridges some in boxes some not. So the pool isn’t usable that is always a bad thing when traveling with kids because that’s how they get their energy out from sitting in a car all day. Breakfast in the morning consists of coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, waffles, toast, prepackages cinnamon rolls, juice, and oranges. Not near the spread it shows in the pictures. The back and side entrance doors don’t shut properly unless pulled closed so anyone could get in at anytime. The carpet is so dirty cleaning it wouldn’t even touch the built up dirt and all the stains. Our room was clean except for the tub, it has a lot of built up grime, and carpet, it’s old. It was spacious but the rest of the hotel needs to be redone and all the flooring. Beds were good to sleep in and we were able to get extra pillows so that was a plus. Ac was efficient.

The motel is in need of a deep clean. There appeared to be some recent furniture purchases and there were large boxes, old mattresses, and old furniture all around the property - even multiple mattresses in the pool area which was a first!

We rented 3 rooms. We liked the room with the new wood floors the best. The A/C worked wonderfully in the 100 degree weather. The other 2 rooms had carpet and smelled musty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the waffles, cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit for breakfast. The pool was a refreshing way to end the day.

It was tolerable for a night- front staff was helpful. But rooms were outdated and poorly renovated (mysterious bumps under the stained carpets). Breakfast was fine though we were also told no waffles “because they weren’t delivered” as if batter is a hard to come by commodity.

The walls were paper thin. The blow dryer didnt work. Asked at front desk for one since i didnt bring one because the online said they had them in the rooms. She stated she didnt know where any where and was alone and couldnt leave the desk and maintenance wasnt in yet. The bed was comfortably nice and the pillows also. The jets on the jacuzzi didnt work well. The pool was closed due to issues. People letting there animals poop all over and not picking it up. Needed a designated dog area...

It’s not the Ritz, but the bed was comfortable, the room looked/felt clean, they accept pets (for a nominal charge), and it was easy on/off the freeway. Just what we were looking for while traveling.

Very outdated property. Like walking into 1980s. Room decor terrible with duplicate pictures hung in same room. No hair dryers in rooms. Tv and direct tv not updated and went off line way too much.

The young gal desk clerk sat in the lobby area closed of by a half wall and has left a note on the check in desk that she be back in 10 min. We left to check out a couple other hotels, all full and came back about 25 minutes later. Another couple walked in before me, looking around for someone to help them. With 3 people waiting to be helped she still sat and talked on her phone. I went around the half wall and asked if she worked there and that we had been here 25 minutes ago with no help from her. She was very unhappy to be bothered. Very rude. She would have lost this Super 8 money if there had been rooms available anywhere else

we had a room with an adjoining door to another room, so we could hear their TV easily til midnight and then on again at 6:00am
