Greeted warmly and check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. Received a 1st floor room as I had requested. Building and room were immaculate and very clean, although the 1st floor hallway carpeting looked a bit worn. Parking lot was spacious and well-lit. Located with 2 miles of the theater that I was planning to visit. Would highly recommend it.

Good for a night or two lay your head. Hotel is starting to show its age but for the price it was good. Rooms were clean and staff was proffesional and helpful with any questions we had. The pool to be clean and maintained as well.

The elevator makes a terrible noise when you go up, like you aren’t going to make it. The baseboards are ripped up all over. The carpets on the second floor are bumpy and dirty. The key to the room worked half the time. When we walked in the bathroom there was a huge dead bug in the floor. Like they just sprayed before we went in. There was a store bought humidifier in the corner running. Which concerned us why they needed a humidifier in our room. The bathtub drain and around the tub was so moldy. It look like they sprayed the tub with paint white over the mold. The water pressure was low. The light bulbs flickered. We had to continue our stay because everywhere else was booked. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. So that was the best part.

Needed a few more pillows Was told no, i had enough. There was an old french fry in the room on the floor when we got there, was there after the maid left the first morning as well, they didnt even make the bed. The room smelled like old cigarettes and mildew, the halls, lobby smelled like mildew and BO. I was not expecting the Waldorf, but i also was not expecting this. Bed felt like sleeping on the floor. This is the first time i have ever left a review, good or bad, i dont like leaving them. But this was top 3 worse places i have stayed. Just my opinion.

The room need some upkeep to it. The bed was too firm. The tub was chipped in the inside and appeared to look like blood stains but it was rust instead. The carpet needs cleaning.

Parking lot and inside hotel smelled like a marijuana factory. Bathroom was dirty, room smelled like musty old wet mold. No shower curtain in bathroom. Asked front desk for one. Was given a wet dirty one and was asked to put it on myself. Do not stay here. Total rip off 700$ for 2 nights!!!

Only stayed for 3 nights, the air conditioning sounded as if it was to explode at any moment. Only one lamp worked. Hairdryer didn’t work either. When we first walked in the room smelt as if someone had been smoking in it, the smell never went away.
