Great location close to Dolly Parton’s Stampede which we walked to although we had to cross the busy road without crosswalks. Main con was that the AC unit made a weird noise when it cycled off which woke me a few times. Water pressure in shower was just okay

It is dated a little, but clean. Malala at the front desk was so friendly, kind, and professional. The breakfast was very good also! I would recommend this to all! Thank you!

Very convenient location and walkable to food. Clean, average hotel. Breakfast was just ok and staff wasn’t very friendly. Water pressure was THE WORST I have ever experienced at a hotel - almost non existent.

Check in was simple and quick. I forgot the mans name but he was very polite. Our room was clean and fully stocked with plenty of soaps, towels, etc. We enjoyed the room. I found the mattress to be a little firm and the pillows a little soft but I know that is just personal preference and they were fine for most people. Breakfast was good, seating is limited so we took ours back to our room. This is on my list of top places to stay in the Pigeon Forge area.

Staff was Friendly,Helpful. Our room was clean very good. The bed was so comfortable. Reasonable price. breakfast was so so. Can’t complain. I would stay again!! Thanks for a great stay🙂

Staff was very kind. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The lighting in the room was not very good, the tub and commode room was hardly able to turn around in. It would have been nice to have a wand shower head instead of the shower head so close to the ceiling. No extra toilet paper.

Excellent room. It was clean and very spacious. One of the nicer Hotel we have stayed at. Nine pool and kid pool area. Nice Breakfast. Would differently stay here again. Only problem is they were renovating and they took up alot of parking with the construction stuff. Made it hard to fine parking.

The new upgrades were excellent. The variety of the breakfast buffet was really nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay during the 2024 Fall Rod Run.

I was concerned of booking a cheaper place in such a tourist town as usually the quality goes downhill aince there'a never a lack of customers, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was plentiful. No complaints here.

It was a nice stay. It would have been nice to have a little love seat or something to sit in by the window. I didn’t pay for luxury of course, but that would have made it more comfortable. Rates were great, room was clean and it met what I needed. Thank you

We stayed 2 nights. The first night the TV did not work. Maintance fixes it the next morning. The Ac unit is so loud-sound like a semi starting everytime it kicks on. Beds we not comfortable. Pillows are very small. They were remodeling so the pods and trucks took up most of the parking lot.. We didn't try the breakfast-it's all outside access. There is an elevator at the other end of the building. For the price I paid it was expected. We were in the center and and lots of places around.
They couldnt discount our room because of no tve because we paid through Expedia. Hubby had a rough night getting to sleep since he relies on it to fall asleep

Cheap with easy access to the main road through Pigeon Forge there isnt much more to say about a stay here. It did the job and was clean and comfortable enough that I'd consider staying again.

First off there was not enough parking for guest do to employees takin the parkn spots not to mention them being so rude at breakfast fast to push u outta the way and also seen employee drinkin smirnoff vdka that he pulled from his trunk of his car while workin we were very dissapoited for the price we paid we are not satisfied at all will never rebook for this hotel they were very rude staff very..

This was a wonderful stay for our family! Staff was ALL very kind and respectful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was awesome! The pools were perfect for our children! Highly recommend!
