No running water in sink on last day. Sink was cracked all over to begin with. Water in shower NEVER got hot. Fixtures in room were rusted? The worst though was the plastic covering the mattress crackled with every movement. The bedding also wouldn't stay on the bed so every time you get out both people need to fix the corners. Poor girl at the desk didn't speak English so we felt bad for her trying to explain the water didn't work.

Decent. Shower never was really hot. Tv was messed up half color half black and out.

It was nice but the breakfast was kinda low on food.

Because of past experiences we were afraid to stay at another Super 8 but felt this place was WELL worth the cost. We stayed 4 nights & felt VERY comfortable. The design of the room was very spacious. Often, we are cramped. It was VERY clean & when asked for more towels there was NO issue. The free breakfast is a true conventional one so don't expect a food spread although it would be nice to have a protein added. There was NO bugs or room/hall odors. Staff was very professional & helpful. Showers were awesome. We WOULD stay there again in the furture when we go back to Worlds of Fun which was about 13 miles away. No issue for us for how well the stay went & the place being so clean. Be sure to consider them as your place to stay...

The hotel is a little bare-bones, but clean and comfortable. Minimal breakfast. Perfectly fine inexpensive place to crash.

The breakfast buffet is a joke!! Toast, 2 kinds of cereal, and a couple of packets of oatmeal

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Checkin was quick and efficient

Killed 2 roaches in the room. The room smelled wet and mildew/moldy. All of my clothes smelled weird by the next day bc how much moisture was in the room. The "breakfast" had milk sitting out on the counter without any to chill it. The "orange juice" was Sunny. I would've cancelled and stayed somewhere else but there wasn't a refund policy.

Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. And the room didn’t seem clean. The service was nice and helpful.

Need to have good customer service

I received excellent service from both staff who I encountered checking in and out. Both named Ricky, thank you for helping me out with what I needed. Didn't like dirty washing machine, or the broken and sticky hairdryer.

Easy access to motel from interstate.

It was very clean, staff was friendly. The free bread was super basic, but okay for the price. Close to lots of restaurants and Zona Rosa. I would stay again.

Location was close to the airport which made it easy to get there. Room was clean, we got a non-smoking room and it didn’t smell like smoke. There was also continental breakfast available. Area was a little more noisy in the morning but it was a nice area.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!! I warn you...DO NOT stay at this hotel! Dirty towels (stains and actual debris) and this hotel was FILTHY! Now my travel companion has a stye is his eye due to the uncleanliness of the room. I now question whether the bed linens were clean. MS13 gang members in hallway on our floor...we would have just left but felt unsafe doing so. TV didn't work, phone didn't work, room was as muggy as could be even with air on, had do not disturb sign out and housekeeping proceeded to knock on door and wake us up after I finally fell asleep from being up all night, didn't sleep because there was some sawing noise outside the window! NIGHTMARE on every level! Tried getting refund...hotel refused refund and had the gall to say no complaints were filed when Expedia contacted them. This was a lie...I voiced every single concern as listed above directly to hotel upon checkout. To make matters worse, don't think you're protected by Expedia if something like this ever happens! I went round and round with Expedia talking to multiple agents and they did very little to make it right.

Very affordable and lots of eating options. I appreciate the work ethic of the many foreign workers but some are nearly impossible to have a conversation with. It’s sad that we Americans have gotten so lazy.

The location was excellent. The hotel was average. The room was clean but the breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. Very few choices compared to other Super 8s I have stayed at before.

This place was very clean and it was surrounded by many amenities! Lots of eateries, bars, gas stations, and shops.. will definitely come again!

Dirty. Bed bugs and they refused a refund

It was okay but we had new towels that had never been washed so they smelled and weren’t too absorbent.

The hotel is dated, but the rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were pleasant. The hotel was quiet.

Bathroom walls were very dirty Cars driving by all night were very loud

They had a 2.50 safe clean energy fee, also had a 40 dollar damage deposit that I didn’t have to pay, because I didn’t have cash so the front desk clerk waived it for me

Not the best but very average. Room was clean and everything worked. A hotel made for workers in between jobs or someone who needs a room in pinch. 6/10

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms looked nice. Everything else was pretty average or below average - especially the breakfast.

The staff was nice and courteous. The rooms were descent but could use a good cleaning such as the floors and walls.

The only think that I did not like was the smoke smell of my room.

Very happy with our stay. Very clean. Nice staff. The hallways didn't smell like smoke so that was nice. Definitely with stay again when we come back to KC

Well I booked this room for my daughter she wasn’t happy. She said was outdated but she basically just needed a room to sleep. She came home with a bite on her arm. There was a spider on her bed
