Checked in at around 7:00 pm. From the face of the staff who helping us to check in, I am very sure he hates his job 😅. However, we met two friendly front desk staffs in the morning. They made me and my husband change our minds, we will be back to this hotel again.

There was no housekeeping. At all. The people in the next room were fighting and carousing on Saturday night/Sunday morning. We called the front desk but there was no one there. About 5 a.m. the noise stopped. Our heat didn’t work the first day/night. Fortunately it came on the next day. I think it would help your guests by providing instructions for the television. The front desk clerk came to our room to help. I think I won’t stay at a Travelodge again.

It was comfortable and quiet, we did not like that they had no elevator and we were on the second floor, no one helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs, I have a disability with my legs so this was not good but we did not complain

The only problem we had was a miserable person at the desk when we checked in on the 4th of October. The next morning a different person on the desk was friendly and everything else was perfect.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpeted floors were filthy. They turned my white socks black. The freezer melted our ice cream. The air conditioner/ heater was poor. The complimentary breakfast was poor although the coffee was acceptable. The waffle maker may be the only saving grace. The TV was exceptionally complicated and the wifi crashed regularly. The staff are friendly and helpful considering the poor conditions. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The property is somewhat dated, not very sound proof. The breakfast is very basic, no meat whatsoever. However, when we checked in, the hotel did not know we had our dog with us, They only have three dog-friendly rooms and they were fully booked. The hotel clerk managed to switch rooms around so that we would get a dog-friendly room... so Thank you! Hotels.com needs to make it more clear and specific about the availability of dog-friendly rooms.

Very clean , helpful staff, needed assistance with TV came up and fixed promptly. Employee door on breakfast area is spelt Emplyee. Waffle maker needs a can of Pam beside it... Sticks badly. Coffee thermos's (3)need labels. Otherwise quite adequate. Air conditioner works but is just OK, struggling to cool the room. Enjoyable stay. All was good.

Stayed here with my young daughter for one night while visiting my grandparents who live in town. The staff were great and the place was clean. Continental breakfast was decent in the morning - waffles, bagels, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. The dining area is a bit small.. I think I counted around 15-20 chairs at the tables but I never saw it get busy. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a bad place to stay other than the loud sounds from the highway (but they were drown out by the loud sounds from the air conditioning). A 15 minute walk to a couple of nice restaurants and convenient to Sauble Beach and Georgian Bay. The room was clean and comfortable.

I wont prefer this hotel. We stayed for one night and and the experience was very bad, reception wasnt welcoming and stuffs were missing form the washroom and when asked the reception they said they don’t provide it, hair dryer wasn’t working, iroj table was broken and breakfast was below average. I won't recommend this property

I paid for queen beds. I got double beds. Room was a bit smelly we were 4 and towel for 2. At breakfast no coffe or enough food we had to keep asking both days to people with little manners.

Cigarette butts by the back door, smallest piece of soap by the sink, no soap for the shower, room smelled of rancid cooking oil although it was by the back door farthest away from the kitchen. It could have come from the BBQ near our room. Do they even clean it? For the price we paid, we expected a lot more.

fast check in/out. price is okay. i would say this facility are for people who are looking for somewhere to sleep for a night or two who are visiting nearby cities but i would not recommend it for people on vacation who are looking for the vacation vibe or if you are and looking for a budget friendly hotel then it works. gas stations, necessities and tim hortons close by which is great.

The hotel needs an update. The a/c unit in the room was so loud it was impossible to sleep with it running. There were horrible stains on the couch that were still sticky so I was given another room. There was nothing fresh or healthy in the breakfast, it consisted of sugary cereals, canned, sweetened fruit salad, sugary yogurts and white bread products. The property is at a very busy intersection and traffic starts at 6 am and continues all day. I guess that's all you can expect at this price point. Manage your expectations.

The room was fine, but the bathroom was in a terrible state of disrepair, and not terribly clean. They use IP TV, which would be fine if the internet was reliable, which it isn't. It'll be my last stay at this particular property. If you can find somewhere else to stay, you should.
