We had an excellent stay and will certainly stay again. Tony was particularly helpful upon check-in. We had an issue with another car park upon arrival, which Tony quickly sorted out and organised for us to avail of the hotel parking facilities.
Room was very comfortable.

The construction across the way was so loud and I had men peering in my room starting at 6 am. The manager did nothing to help us and I had to spend 1/2 the day waiting for help because they refused to assist me. it sounded like the entire construction crew were in the room with us. The train went by with a loud horn all night and sounded like a freight train going through the room. No fridge in the room. Room was dirty and the staff were rude!

We traveled with our grown daughters and this was a wonderful hotel

Perfect hotel for a visit of Dublin
The staff is amazing
2.5
Room was nice size and very clean. Shower was great, nicest European shower I’ve had - nice size, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful.

Overall a nice hotel, great location which is made average by some of the service. Staff appears to have low morale and not inclined to be helpful.
2.5
Very close to center. The hotel is at the bus stop of Airport Bus. Rooms are clean.
2.5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for exploring surrounding area of Dublin and close to all bus routes! Breakfast buffet was very good as well!

Very busy area, hot rooms, small beds
2.5
Great hotel. Beautiful lobby, comfortable room and the location was terrific.
2.5
We had booked a Superior Twin Room and were actually put in a disabled room so bathroom completely unsuitable. Staff said they were booked out so gave us free drinks .
2.5
This is a very convenient hotel with quick transportation to and from airport. Beds were nice and firm and rooms very quiet considering the location to airport
Would stay here again

Beautiful hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating

When you arrive with several big bags and are told you get an upgrade you are excited. That is until you find the room is not that different than what you reserved and was up a set of stairs that meant you had to carry your bags up a small flight.
Now that’s the only issue I can raise. In general it was a good standard big city hotel. Earlier in the trip we stayed at a different hotel in Dublin and it felt more local which is our preference.

Upon arrival, I was given a room upgrade, which was an awesome room! Great view out my window, great location near the walled city, beautiful room, couldn’t be nicer. Aside from that, the concierge was incredibly helpful with attractions in the city and anything else I needed.
4.0
The only detraction was the lack of parking, valet or otherwise. We arrived at 2pm to check in and all valet parking was already taken. They gave us a discoynt voucher for a parking garage but with the traffic and one-way streets, it was a 10 minute drive.
5.0
The location near Trinity College was perfect and there were a lot of dining options in the vicinity. We ate at the hotel lounge area our first night in Ireland and it was perfect. Food and drinks were excellent and they let us linger for nearly two hours.

Valet parking
4.0
It was centrally located. The sink was clogged and the bathroom could use an update. It seemed unsafe to get in and out of the shower. The tub was very high.

re here. Good location for walking around central Dublin.

Centrally located, close to parking, beautiful rooms, and service was impeccable .

Quaint hotel located right in the heart of Dublin

Great Hotel!!
1.5
Lovely hotel. Unfortunately work started right outside our window and a lot of hammering and noise from 7am. No warning from the hotel that this was expected. A very early wake up call on a night away.
5.0
Great city center hotel. Restaurant on location. Friendly staff, walking distance to Trinity college and all the city hot spots.

We stayed at the Trinity City for 2 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. Just a couple of criticisms mainly about the restaurant. We had dinner on our second night and unfortunately the food was served on cold plates which meant that the vegetables were cold. I tried to point this out to one of the waiting staff but unfortunately she speak speak sufficient English and didn’t understand. This was the only criticism and apart from that a very nice hotel.
5.0
A fine hotel, easy to get to from the airport via the express bus, and close to lots of cool things in the Dublin City center. Couldn’t be closer to Trinity College, and if you like walking around a city this is a great home base.

Walkable to most areas of the city. Rooms were spacious
4.0
This hotel is beautiful and is located in a very convenient and walkable area of Dublin. Good proximity to hop on/off and other transportation options as well as the city center. Bar and food service was good.
A little disappointing to find out upon check in that one of our two rooms was downgraded to two single beds with a very low sink (handicapped?). The hotel could only offer complimentary breakfast to compensate us because we had booked through Expedia. This being an expensive hotel, we believe we were due some price reduction because we didn't get what we paid for. Because of this glitch, we will consider booking directly with hotels in the future which should give them more flexibility in these situations.
To end on a positive note, we were surprised to discover our booking happened to be during the recent USA college football game. The hotel was involved in this and super busy. The hotel staff handled a difficult, chaotic weekend with professionalism and grace.

I found most staff to be friendly and helpful. Room service didn’t bother me unless I needed something. The breakfast was very good every day and there were a variety of options. Easy to walk to Temple Bar and Shopping District. Very close to Tara St Train station to go to Howth and Malahide.

Staff, facilities and location were all 5 Star. It is a must stay in Dublin.
Also dinning was top notch.
5.0
I loved the location. The area is very walkable. Transportation was easy.
One thing I would criticize, upon check in, the staff didn’t explain to use your room key card to operate the elevator as well as the room lights and TV. It’s a minor detail but helpful for those of us coming from North America. The staff also could have explained the breakfast options and how to book the option. Other than that our stay was wonderful!! Friendly helpful staff. I felt safe. Everything was clean!!

Great hotel. Courteous and friendly staff.

It is the perfect location between Trinity library, Temple, bar area, and Grafton Street.

Great location for walking in Dublin. Our room was faced the construction site a bit noisy in the morning, otherwise a great location

Easy check-in, great room

Trinity worked great for our short two day stay in Dublin allowing us to walk to every sight we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly to us and our two pre-teenage children. We felt it was a great value.
2.0
2 day stay on way back to airport- centrally located 5-10 min walk from everything including temple bar that’s the best thing about it. Valet took the car and we walked the city for 2 days.

Beautiful hotel. Literally smells so fresh as soon as you walk in. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location and excellent food.
3.0
Property is an excellent location. Staff was also friendly and check-in was easy. Breakfast was also decent with a range of options (classic English/Irish, yogurt, fruit). However, the room needs some upgrades and our room had a musty smell.
