The only thing I was disappointed in was not having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Of course, for $26.50/day, I could get a refrigerator. This is an amenity that should be included. You pay good money to stay there; they shouldn't nickel and dime on other stuff. We ate at three of their restaurants and had a couples massage, not to mention all the money we spent at the Casino. (donated, I should say). It is definitely a beautiful hotel, but the "little people" don't get too many perks. It's for the rich people. Sorry, just my opinion.

We have stayed in Mount airy Lodge before we love it there. It’s so peaceful so clean so much to do The casino the pool, the spa this a restaurant right inside everything‘s right there perfect mini vacation.

The rooms, grounds and surrounding area are nice but there is an overwhelming smell/presence of cigarette smoke in the casino and throughout the hotel. Nice array of restaurants and things to do nearby. The resort needs to seriously invest in ventilation to make the resort enjoyable for all.

We loved almost everything at the resort. Only complaint is the fridge is full on sensors removal items which made it impossible to use the fridge for any of our own personal food/drink items The TV was odd. Didnt have basic channels like NBC or CBS. It also had slight reception issues. But other than that, the restaurants were EXCELLENT! The Casino was well laid out. The rooms were comfortable and best yet? We won at the touch screen roulette table. Yay! We'll be back!

Resort is definitely overpriced; - the amount of money that we have paid versus the quality of the premises doesn't make any sense. Smoking policies in the Casino is just disgusting; - everyone smokes, and the smell is unbearable.

Besides the one check in lady the staff was amazing. Super nice and helpful. A little confusing with some miscommunication with the players card, but heard they had a bunch of new hires. We figured it out but just took a little longer and had to ask questions (New to the whole casino membership stuff) Bed was comfortable. Valet parking and bell hop is definitely a plus. Makes your time way more relaxing.

Went for an over night stay for Valentines day, worth it clean, everyone was nice. Husband an I have stayed at several hotels an one other casino an this one was by far the best. We will definitely stay again even though it was a 4 hour trip. 😁

Quick trip from the city. Free valet parking, very friendly hotel, poolside, and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean. Odd that a resort hotel room has no fridge though. We had a nice stay.

The property was beautiful. We had snow on the ground and it was very picturesque (Feb 20, 24) The biggest problem is the constant smell of cigarette smoke no matter where you were. This is despite clearly marked no smoking areas like the lobby, hallways etc. Not to the point where you see it, but really quite annoying. All of the clothes we wore in the casino stunk of smoke when we came even though we mostly stayed to the non-smoking section (which was pretty small). Even in our room there was a faint smell. Much like the joke of the old non-smoking section of an a airplane, the smell permeates everywhere. Of course in the casino it is really strong. Somewhat to be expected but what a shame, it really downgrades the experience. We are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke so probably will not be going back. Unfortuaate because the room was really nice and spacious, bed was amazing, pool was fabulous and staff were great. Be advised that self park is quite a distance so you may want to use valet. We choose not to since wanting to get stuff out of the car. We ate at Guy Fieri's and that was great. Also, there is no property map to be found anywhere which was quite odd. I wish casinos would just bite the bullet and go non-smoking. If it weren't for the smoke I'd give the place 5 stars.

The hotel room was clean and all the staff were very accommodating. Negatives: No room fridge, smokers were all over the non smoking section in the casino, Guy Fieris was disappointing, Smell of air freshener in the hallways Positives: Cleanliness of entire resort, Buffet and Italian Restaurant were delish, Bellhops were very friendly

The place is great but stinks a lot of cigarettes in the casino area, they need to improve that. Mix drinks are too weak and expensive. no fan in the bathrooms in the hotel area, no place around to have breakfast, actually they have 1 but with waiting lists over 45min. Overall we had fun.

The property itself is very beautiful the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all, can only get 1 drink every 20 minutes at the bar in the casino, very hard to get waitress attention on the floor for drinks. There were two staff members that were very kind to us Lynn & Angelia!

Everything turned out perfect for valentine day, we were not disappointed. My man and I decorated the room for the romantic occasion and we had a blast. We did had a neighbor that was trying to mess things up for us, but we respect the time and turn the music down a little bit we were not cutting it off and let them spoil the mood. No more banging on the wall from the neighbors I should say. This was a very much needed getaway for us and no complaints about the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and service oriented. The biggest hang up was the smell of cigarettes around the hotel. But if you’re a cigarette smoker you probably wouldn’t mind OH! The food… overpriced and not good. We made it a point to get food off the resort.

This property is beautiful, clean rooms and all around. The buffet is ok, the stake house is good too, Chinese restaurant was amazing. But the sports bar is really bad they just take too long to serve, just for everything we were there waiting for a drink more than 40 minutes. Hotel is nice just not a lot to do. Only the pool was the big entertainment. If you are not a casino player this is not for you.
