Not a great experience. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. I called the reception desk and the receptionist herself had to clean it. The sheets didn’t smell clean either. I won’t be staying at this hotel if I can avoid it.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was immaculate, comfy & large. The staff was very polite and friendly. Check in/out process was a breeze and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!!!

Was able to order foor from the Italian restaurant that's connected to the hotel and it was delivered right to us at the pool. Parents and adults all loved the water park.

Water pressure in the shower (4th floor) was ridiculously strong with no option to lessen it. Uncomfortable to say the least...an opinion shared by the other 3 people in my group. The property is in need of general detail maintenance throughout.

Our room was very clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly. We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Our kids 5 & 2 loved the pool. Which could use a little maintenance but was still very impressed by the hotel.

The room was clean and well kept. My kids loved the water play area the most! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative is the lifeguards seemed very distracted and inattentive so I would definitely recommend life jackets and I would not rely on their lifeguards to take action. My son started struggling and my wife jumped in and helped him while the lifeguards didn’t even flinch.

The best Holiday Inn we have stayed before. Big room, clean, very high ceiling, new decors, comfy bed. Best breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but the pool has several tunnels and slides, kids will have so much fun.

We have a great time at the family friendly pool area. We celebrated my Grandson's 5th Birthday. The lifeguards were very attentive. In general, a fun time!! The rooms were top notch as well. Thank you

It was good with the exception of other guests on the balcony over the pool that were talking at 2 am and voices echoing throughout and loud in our room. Manager resolved it quickly. Overall nice room. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. I would ask for a room away from the water park.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The person at the desk was less than friendly upon arrival, but great upon check out. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Where the hotel lacks is in the upkeep needed in the pool area. It appears as though it has not had basic cleaning/maintenance of its large structures in quite some time. Overall, I’ll stay here again as the main spaces and room are clean and that is most important to me.

The room was just ok had a few issues with cleanliness and an unexpected lets just say.. bug I saw crawling on the floor our second day there. Although I had pictures front desk seemed unconcerned and I was told that bug wasn't what I thought it was! Hotel was busy on Friday so a lot of Nosie in the halls with kids slamming doors and running. Pool area wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Our first time visiting, and just disappointed. I don't wish to revisit!

Check in was good. There was a line with spring break. Room was clean and nice. Pool area was clean. One complaint is lifeguards shouldn’t wear a swimsuit bottom that doesn’t have full coverage. I shouldn’t have to see her butt exposed when bending over to pick towels up. I know guest wear whatever they want. But when it comes to staff there should be high standards. Second complaint is that if you have guests above you. Then you will hear them jumping running and it sounding like a tramped happening upstairs.

Asked for a few small things like early check in and late check out and nothing given. There’s a way to explain it in a nice way but it was so firm we can’t do that. Customer service can do a lot even if my and could not be accommodated.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, lots of space. The only downside was very loud parties on the patios, and lots of parties on Saturday so the pool was closed for an hour and then once it reopened the rest of the night it was shoulder to shoulder in the pool.

The water park was great for my young kids, but several features did not work. Had they been older, they probably would have noticed. Bathroom in room could have used a deep clean (ie grout). Cracks in walls in room. Overall a good stay on a budget.

Room was nice but lazily cleaned. Used cups in the closet, garbage on the floor. ‘Waterpark’ is an over statement and the entire kids pool was closed in addition to the main slide so really it was just an over crowded, dark pool. Very disappointed. Lobby is very loud, thankful we were on the fourth floor away from the noise.

The water slide was closed both nights after we came back from dinner. Friday night the pool closed 30 mins early on top of that. Front desk TJ was unprofessional when I asked why it was closed. He said the lifeguards aren’t under his management and asked what he wants me to do about it. The lifeguards-if there was an accident wouldn’t have even saw it. Friday night they sat next to each other and conversed the whole time. Saturday during the day was better but then at night when the slide was closed they had kids climbing a quarter of the way up and sliding down for 20 minutes towards the pool closing and not once did they notice. Hot tub was filled with kids and over the posted capacity all of the time.

When checking in, we understood it was a busy weekend, but unfortunately, we did not get a room until over an hour and a half after check in time. We had out kids playing around the main area, since we had no other place to go to, along with a few other families. A worker stomped out, slammed a sign on a table, yelled at another families kids and proceeded to stomp off. It showed very little professionalism on the hotels part. The room was not stocked with towels or blankets. I completely understand that things get busy, but it was not handled well by the staff.
