Friendly, helpful staff. Sparkling clean, both in my room and in public areas. The room was small, but comfortable and well appointed. We came in on Amtrak, and the hotel was an easy walk from Union Station.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a downtown stay. Our room was a little tight. It had an angled wall which made it feel quite small. Other than that it was ok for sleeping. I wouldn't have wantwd to had to hang out there for too long though.

It was a nice stay. First time in this hotel. Would come back. Only issue was the toilet stopped up twice after barely using it where we had to request maintenance. Additionally, the air conditioner never got cold. We had it turned down to 65 degrees and it never got that low. Was about 10-15 degrees cooler in the hallway. Again, will consider again!

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was tiny. The bed was in the middle of the room and to walk around it there was maybe 6inches between the mattress and the desk. Not enough room to maneuver around the room.

I stayed for two nights on business trip. Check-in was ok but they didn't made the room during my stay. Also, I asked for a kettle for hot water at check-in and they said there is some hot water in the room but actually there was not. The location is good close to Jackson st. but other than that I don't think I will visit again.

Not worth even 50$, cleaning zero. On check in time 3pm even receptionist told rudely rooms are not ready. Reason bc cleaning not finished

I spend 8-10 nights per month in hotels. Nice place. Conveniently located. Clean. Modern. I almost gave it a 4 because room did not have iron and ironing board.

My stay was sooo fun! Room was clean & comfortable.. my 3 month old baby slept a little too good through the night lol it was Nice & quiet.. they provided a pack n play. House keeping was bomb!! they took real good care of me. We ran into one small problem & they fixed it asap, no questions! One of my favorite things was the restaurant/ bar connected to the left of the lobby.. you can use your key card for access or go out to their front carousel door! & also water bottle fill station in the hallway I didnt have to buy a case of water like i usually would! Beautiful lobby, exercise room, & the staff is amazing..I loved Club Quarters, super easy self check-in & its located in a great area. I could see the flamingo statue outside of my window. There’s a lot to do within walking distance. I already booked my next visit!

Check in process did not work as intended. Kiosk told us yo wait and it would text us. 45 minutes later i had to go up and ask the employee. He checked me in and was very nice, but the check in process qas not great.

My stay was fantastic. The location was convenient. It was a few blocks from both Union Station and the theater district. The transit lines were close too. The Elephant and Castle adjacent restaurant was super. The staff was extremely helpful, responding to a problem (operator error).

The location is amazing! No trouble finding the place and the hotels recommended parking for $25 was easy to find and use. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but it was very quiet. Would stay again!

My wife and I celebrated our 26th Anniversary in Chicago from Ohio and this was a excellent choice for us. The hotel stay, excellent, service excellent, staff excellent. We have no complaints. Excellent choice for our 4 night stay.

The staff and how things are run are very efficient!
Friendly and helpful people working the desk. I found my stay to be very comfortable and the location was perfect to get around Chicago!
They have a great system in place to store your luggage before and even checkout time if you need to venture off.
Great value too.

Overall, it was good. We were on the 10th floor and there was some weird constant noice coming as if someone was moving beds near our room.

A nice hotel attached to an English pub for meals at a great price, conveniently located. Nothing fancy, just solid.

The only issue we had was the bed! It was so uncomfortable my back is hurting so bad right now and I wasn’t able to sleep. Found out we were sleeping on 2 twin mattresses when we were told it was a king bed. I feel like they should pay for a chiropractor for us, horrible.

Perfect place to stay within walking distance of so many things!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Every floor had chilled water and bottles to use (and re use) which was so nice! The gym downstairs had a lot of nice equipment and weights. The coffee machine in the basement was a nice treat and there were lots of tea options (hot chocolate would’ve been nice, too!). Our room got a bit stuffy at night but it was fixable by just removing the comforter:-)

The hotel was nice and very convenient to everything. The only problem i had was with the parking. The parki g is around the corner and they arw supppsed to discount it for u but no one was ever there at the counter. I would stay there again just would not park in the garage.

We stayed at Club Quarters based on the value and proximity to the theaters for Theater Week. The hotel itself is basic, no frills- but was perfect for us. Would recommend if your only necessity for the room is simply to sleep. It was nice and quiet late night/early morning … and bonus how close it is to Revival Food hall!

It was a great stay. But I paid $190 for 1 room with 1 bed for Feb 10th-12. Online it says I paid $190 which I thought was the full amount because it says nothing about a extra $100 on Expedia. Anyway I got there I had to pay another $100. So $290. I wish they had a pool to. But the stay was fine.

The property was really clean and it's thoughtful of the management to provide water dispensers all around the hotel with reusable bottles. Some sustainability concerns around plastic usage though.

I had a wonderful experience the first time I stayed at this hotel and recommended it. This week I reserved a prepaid room for my friends. They got there and staff said they had no idea what to do with this reservation and I had to intervene. My friends got in and found blood in the toilet and hair in the shower and cleaned it out instead of complaining. Then later had to change rooms due to a tv that didn’t work. I really hope this was a one off because my experience was a clean simple room that was quiet with a great location. But totally embarrassed to have sent my friends there.
