Overall, I had a pleasant experience during my stay. However, I did encounter a few issues that could be improved:
Bathroom Amenities: The bathroom only had one hook, which I found insufficient for hanging towels and clothes.
Shower Design: The shower features only a half door, which led to water splashing outside easily.
Bed Size: The bed was advertised as a king, but it turned out to be a double bed. As someone who prefers a larger sleeping space, I found it uncomfortable, as I like to move around freely while sleeping without the worry of falling off.

Do not order breakfast if you leave before 6 AM. I got a "takeaway" breakfast 'cause I was leaving so early. Sandwich, banana, an apple and youghurt. Nothing to drink and I do not eat youghurt ;) Definately not worth of paying breakfast.
Taxi to the airport costs 17 £.

Excellent value for money in a great location to reach T2 and long stay car parks easily. As you would expect, there is aircraft noise being adjacent to a runway, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. Rooms were pretty large and comfortable. Food at the hotel was okay if not a little over priced, but in line with what we expected. We would book again as it ticks all of the boxes for near airport accommodation.

The room was clean and the staff is friendly. The location was close to the airport and bus stops. It is perfect hotel to stay over and catch a flight the next day. Plus they have shuttle buses to the airport every 15 mins. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely comeback!

Nice hotel for the money. I wish they had not charged me an “early check in” fee because I had arrived on an intercontinental flight and, more importantly, the room was ready. They didn’t have to do anything extra to check me in.

Stayed at the Leonardo at Heathrow due to an early international flight the following day. Hotel was comfortable, clean, staff were helpful and dinner in the restaurant was reasonable. I had to be at the airport earlier than the Hoppa shuttle started, so the hotel arranged for a taxi, which was waiting for me as arranged in the morning.

We only stayed here one night as we were flying home from LHR in the morning. Conveniently located across from the airport, as well as being close enough to central London for a quick visit, I would highly recommend. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.

The hotel is close to Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3. Very close to the airport. The room was nice. I didn’t get what I reserved - king bed with a double. The room I got was a queen bed only no extra bed. The bed was comfy but the rooms are definitely not sound proof whatsoever. My first night there was a family gathering around my room area and it was past 2230 and you heard the entire conversation and kids playing. I kindly ask them to go downstairs to continue their gathering in the lobby room since I was trying to get some sleep. Other than the room not being sound proof, everything was great, from the cleanliness and staff giving excellent service. Did not get the breakfast so I couldn't comment on the breakfast buffet. The location is far from everything so you would have to take the bus/train but really easy to use if you don't want to call a taxi.

Booked a king bed online got to the hotel and ended up with a disabled room and a queen bed it was comfortable but not what I booked. I should have read the small print.

We booked this stay as a way to make our early Heathrow flight a bit easier. We arrived at 9 pm and were checked in quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We unfortunately didn't have time to check out any of the hotel's amenities, but it looked like they had a great bar in the lobby. Note that the airport shuttle available is run by another entity and costs 6.90 pp.

This was our second stay at the Leonardo and both times have been great. It is the perfect overnight stop when flying in or out of Heathrow. The breakfast is a great buffet, dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the bed was very comfortable and not too hot as many Uk beds are.
