Charged more than $40 more per night than Hotels.com reservation said I would be. Put on floor with barking dogs.

Good place to stay

The hotel looks and feels worn out. The carpeting and the draperies need refurbishment. The gym is not open due to needed repairs and the hot tub is closed. The cleaning crew works to keep the rooms clean. Our room smells musty. It needs a dehumidifier in it.

Where do I even begin? The bathroom was full of mold, the room itself was very old and outdated, the eggs for breakfast were not even edible, the staff at check in was very unpleasant. Need I go on?

Exercise room closed, being used as storage. Property in shabby condition. Broken tiles around pool. Holes in walls. Hair dryer in room had bad cord. The underside of the desk and chairs arms were coated with something sticky.

The hotel staff acted like we were interrupting his work day to check in.

The bed was comfortable. Location was close to our family. The service was excellent. We stayed almost a week and clean towels and tidying up were made on a regular basis. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast presented a variety of options, which was nice.

Rooms were a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. Only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is that the bathroom fan was not working. So when taking a shower got very steamy and hard to dry off

Weekend evening desk clerk was difficult to understand and not at all personable. No eye-contact. No reciprocal greeting as we returned in the evening.

Everyone friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and dining area very clean.

Refunded immediately for filthy room. Dust, spills, food crumbs, stains, spit, and oily fingerprints that should have been cleaned were present on most surfaces.

Out dated room shower could only fit maybe 250lbd 5 10 person at most

We were told our room would not be cleaned until we left. The pool towels are never available and when we requested them we were told that they were be washed. Which could be understandable if they were generally available and they had periods where they were low, but the fact that they are always unavailable is not ok. Breakfast is not fantastic and the waffles are “all out” It’s a shame. The door to our room has an inch gap from the bar of the door to the carpet so we can hear the noise from doors closing and guests coming and going. Staff is pretty much always out of sight and we have not had anything in our room replenished. Very frustrating and very hard to deal with the un professional hospitality of this place. NEVER AGAIN. I suggest finding a hotel that has their “stuff together “

This property needs to be updated, my room was outdated room 114....it had red stain on carpet by chair, scratched up refrigerator, sunken in chair....it was not eorth almost $100

Very nice staff, very clean hotel. Safe area to stay....

I had to pay an addition $50.00 to check in 2 hours early. The entire price to stay for a day was only $80.00 and I felt that $50.00 was really disrespectful to someone who travels alot to ChOICE hotels. I will not stay here again. Phone was out of order and they never fixed it. And the room was so DARK I could barely see even with all the lights on. The windows were not locked when I checked in and the hallway was incredibly dirty and the entry door was not secure. Someone had broken the lock and it's not safe for us who travel alone because anyone can enter. This property is poorly managed and insensitive to their loyal customers, for which I am NOT longer loyal.

Overall fine property for price and our needs for one night. Needs repairs, updating. Did NOT appreciate the staff person we saw go into a room two doors down from us which only minutes later was oozing cigarette smoke from under door into hall. This then occured multiple times in the next twelve hours. Really? We would have complained to staff, but clearly all knew what she routinely does. Ridiculous.

It is a very clean hotel, just a little older. Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, reasonably priced, ample parking. Cons: One elevator, understaffed, stand up shower does not protect the floor (you’ll need extra towels for sure), tvs not updated (no Peacock/Netflix, etc. Just DirecTV). Overall we would stay again because we love the town and it’s fairly priced!

Property was good, hot tub was nice (a little high on the chlorine) but nice and hot. The doors need some updating we could see hallway lights all the way around our door didn’t seem very secure door. The area was nice and close to everything we needed. All in all nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good also.

It was a fair price Clean

The room was clean and friendly staff. We got a jacuzzi tub room but it didn’t do any good since there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Was barely even warm when full with turned on full hot the whole time. And the shower is a tiny and dark little pod. If your over 5’9 or so you’ll have to duck to wash your hair

I loved the amenities. It was quaint and quiet. The staff was lovely. Will be returning.

Service was wonderful, but the rooms are in need of updating. Very old and dingy walls, furniture, carpet, bedspreads. Musty, moldy smell throughout the hotel.

All of the experience was great except all of the machines in the exercise we broken. A disappointment when you are a person that likes to do a little workout each evening

Room and bathroom were dirty. We had to wipe our own tables and night stands s well as the bathroom counter. The shower and the tub had hair all over and the toilet was not scrubbed.

Staff need to sharpen up their people skills.

Didn’t like the slamming doors on level 3 most of the night ! barking dogs ! We were near the stairs , doors were slamming all night ! Will request ground floor next time ?
