I didn't request the handicapped accessible room but got it anyway. Would have preferred a standard room.

Hotel was in a good location, and the included breakfast was decent. There was a backed up toilet downstairs which made the entire second floor smell. The pool was not open even after the days the hotel said it would be reopened. Parking was confusing, and instead of having some idea where valet cars were parked they would just walk through the parking lot setting of alarms to find vehicles. It was very disruptive. The rooms were kind of dinge but you could tell cleaning staff were doing their best to maintain them.

I booked this hotel for a girls trip November 1st through November 3rd. This was for touring Salem and a concert nearby. All was well with our stay with the exception of the parking. Not only did it cost $20 a day but the parking ticket machine did not work any of the several times leaving the lot for Friday, Saturday or leaving Sunday.
Utilizing the room key card would much more advantageous for guests! Several times there was a backed up line of hotel goers trying to exit the ticket booth and I helped some by pressing the CALL button and 2 other times had to leave my vehicle at the booth and go back inside to request letting the line of cars out as no one was answering!!

Front desk personnel were absolutely amazing and very friendly! Francesco was outstanding at helping me out in the early am! There was another lady who was amazing who generally works the evening shift, who was the most patience and outstanding working! I wish I would’ve caught her name as well! Facilities were clean, the breakfast switched up every day which was nice for a longer stay! Would definitely go back!

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut but half way. Faucet in bathroom didn’t run into the sink. Shower was in the middle of the tub and made it impossible to stand under the water and shower. Room had absolutely NO decor and Hilton should be ashamed to put their name on this.

I was quite disappointed with the stay. The condition of the hotel isn't great. My air conditioning was broken down so I had to be moved to another room. The breakfast food was very basic and unhealthy. The price was far too much for what was on offer.

Getting there was $20 a night to park our car which I have never seen as a frequent Hilton customer and traveling with 5 kids that were looking forward to their time in the pool it was frustrating to find out that the pool was closed

TV reception horrible, had to be moved to a different room. Shower with poor drainage, water would pool. Water pressure very low. Breakfast was ok. Location very isolated not many places around hotel.

Extremely average. Overpriced for the quality of the property. The shuttle buses ran on time but were extremely run down. The rooms were average at best. The staff were barely average.

This hotel was convenient to the airport. Staff did an excellent job. This hotel is extremely busy due to close proximity to airport. My complaint is the management/ owners don’t have enough staff to properly serve the amount of business. Only one person in the bar / restaurant area and the place was packed. He did a great job but needed help. Only one person checking guests out this morning and two checking in last night. Again the staff was pleasant and did the best they could to serve everyone.

We used the hotel airport shuttle which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

At the check in counter, no informations were given whatsoever and persons working at the counter were not showing courtesy.
Even for families, there is no privacy as far as using bathroom. No physical door but sliding closet door uses both closet and bathroom. Any noise, even for faint noise from bathroom come out.
Bathtub drains slow some outlets were loosed, not charging. Had to leave before 6am so we didn’t eat free breakfast so no comment on that. Bottom line I would not stay here again.

It was a quick stay before an early flight but all was great other than the restaurant. It would have been helpful to have menus available in a stand at the entrance to the restaurant instead of waiting for the only person who was waiting tables and serving as bartender!

Do not book this hotel. We arrived in the late evening in Boston and then, after waiting a half hour for the shuttle, we were advised when we reached the hotel (which is a good 20 minutes from the airport) that the hotel had no rooms. We had to get back in the van and taken to another hotel, meaning that we did not get into our room until way after midnight, with no food in sight. The staff people said this was a re-occurring situation so do yourself a favor and do not even consider staying at this hotel.

The check-in person made me feel very uncomfortable. He wanted to keep my credit card and use it himself. He stated "they will credit your card for my purchases, it would help me".
We were told that the Hotel shuttle would pick us up at the rental car return area. Even thought, we called the hotel several times (most calls were NOT answered), we had to get an Uber car to take us back to the hotel.
This check-in person also told us that the airport shuttle was available continuously from 3:30am. When we arrived downstairs at 5:25am, we were told the shuttle starts at 6 am.

We arrived in the morning on the day of check in. We knew our room might not be ready which was, indeed, the case. However, we were told that there would be a $50 charge for an early check in. I have never heard of this with a Hilton property. We often choose Hampton properties because we always have a good experience with them and are welcomed with open arms. I also heard them tell another guest there would be a $30 charge for parking (we did not have a car). The floors were not clean in the common areas nor in the room (bare feet were filthy). Other little things such as no cups provided in the bathroom. Not a good experience. Location is also not great as it is just off the highway and no restaurants or stores within an easy walking distance. On a positive note, breakfast had ample choices and was good.

Overall, a nice clean hotel not too far out from Boston. I will say this was the busiest hotel I’ve ever been to. You couldn’t tell once inside your room, but the front lobby and elevators are constantly busy. Also, we chose the hotel for their pool, and it was closed for our stay. None of those things were dealbreakers, but still worth a mention!

We got there 2 hours prior to check in time of 3 pm, we were told we could check in but had to PAY 25.00 to do so. I asked if our room were ready and was told curtly yes. The young lady at the desk wasn’t nice about anything!!! Since we didn’t have anywhere to go we paid the additional $25, but she told us we had gotten a very good rate as it was, so I guess she was upset that we had gone through Hotels. Com!!!!

We had to wait quite awhile for a shuttle, but once we boarded, all was good. Check in was good and we were allowed to check out 2hours later. That may have been due to us being Hilton honors members. The bed was comfortable but the pillows had an odd odor. The air traffic was loud in the vicinity as was the highway traffic. Breakfast was good and free!

Very good choice of a Boston hotel!! Very nice rooms and lobby area. Pool was closed for our stay. Shuttle service needs a revamp like you should be able to sign up for a shuttle back to the airport. It works on a first come basis and it is very busy and people are very aggressive trying to get on first. I was stressed all night wondering if I would get on shuttle in time to make my flight. The young man driving the shuttle was awesome helping us with all the bags. The shuttle from the airport was good for a very busy airport.

Pools were shut down by the health department, hot tub too. Reason I pay so much is to have a pool & hot tub! Liz the bar tender / waitress in the evening had to work alone as staff was short. Praise for Liz.

The lobby was very dirty. The furniture (carpet, chairs and sofa) were soiled and very nasty and dirty. So was the carpet in the elevator very dirty.
The phone customer service was bad. I was put on told for 10 minutes do get shuttle service at the airport. Eventually I hung up

The outlets didn’t charge our electronics. The room isn’t cleaned every day. I was charged for parking for two days $20 each day, the last day we were there we had to pay an extra $15 for parking so we could leave the parking lot because the card that was given to us didn’t work and didn’t have time to go back in.

The staff were amazing and very supportive. The area does not have many services and nothing is within walking distance. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area and there is nothing to do in the area. The hotel do provide a complimentary shuttle to the train station and this proved to be very useful. I cannot fault the service and for the rest it is my fault for not conducting better research.

The overall experience was fair. The location and free shuttle to the airport were a plus. While the price was high, the room was clean and had two double beds. We were immediately upset after checking in since the elevator was being held on the 3rd Floor. What came out was several housekeeping staff members at around 4 p.m. during check in time. Not a good first impression and showed poor management.
