I have stayed at Sam’s Town multiple times. It seems like every new stay the place just gets a little more dirtier which is highly disappointing.

Refrigerator did not work,air was sluggish and never got cold. All restaurants with the exception of deli were closed that day. Nothing was like i expected.

Very elegant, fast friendly checkin. Rooms are spacious, clean, the high wall headboard and suede fabric gives it elegant look. Bathroom has a separate make mirror sitting space. Big bathtub/shower. Had patty melt from smokin joes grill after some casino play. Was a awesome time.

Check in and check out was simple. There’s a deli that serves Starbucks drinks. Love it!! Casino has three floors, room is huge, garden tub, and housekeeping comes only if you call to the receptionist. Hotel is located 7-10 minutes from the Louisiana boardwalk, and the aquarium is right across from the hotel. Furniture in hotel room needs to be updated. The hotel is next to the Red River which smells so be sure to bring air fresher. There is a beautiful spa but it’s not open on Mondays & Tuesdays. Very quiet!! Staff is friendly!! If you get food Door Dash to you, the location is easy to get to and it’s not complicated for the dasher. No free breakfast, but it has a restaurant that does serve it. The pricing of the hotel stay is very reasonable. No complaints except the smell from the river. Other than, the experience was great!! Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! 😊😊😊

I stay at Sam’s Town often because the location is very convenient. It’s not top of line but it works. The rooms are very spacious, bed is comfy to me, pillows not so much, and they are quick to service is something is needed in your room.

Once my family and I arrived we had a problem checking in. We reserved two rooms, one room had air conditioner condensation dripping down onto the toilet and the tv remote did not work. After calling the front desk twice they moved my family members to another room. Also once getting out of the elevators there was a strong smell of pot. Not planning on staying here again.

My new husband and i stayed here as a quick little honeymoon trip. Just one night. The hotel and casino were not busy at all. It was quiet and just overall great.

The first thing I noticed after I entered the room from a long drive, was a roach crawling on the side of the bed! Then my sister who was traveling with me saw another one! I went into the bathroom and there I saw a whole family of roaches crawling around the toilet and into the area where the sinks are located! I was totally disgusted by the obvious infestation of roaches in what could be a potentially nice place to lodge. If we had not been so exhausted and her surgery was not scheduled as early as it was—I would have found somewhere else for the night. The roaches are an indicator that this facility is not being cleaned thoroughly and maintenance for insects is obviously not high priority. I will need not use this facility again or refer it to anyone.

The room was very spacious. Refrigerator in room. No microwave. Bathroom is massive. Shower low water pressure. Takes twice as long to take a shower. Other than that vety good.

One of our places to stay when visiting family. Room is big and comfortable, with a view of the Red River. Elevators require room key, making it a secure place, as well as garage parking. Very comfortable bed.

Hotel was nice. Minus ants in the bathroom. Restaurant downstairs was fair priced and great portions. Coffee shop was super slow. I was second in line and waited for 20 minutes before I finally just left. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Casinos in hotel are small and not active. The environment had no livelihood. Front staff were friendly.

The room was perfect for a little getaway and the main floor was clean and welcoming. We had 2 main issues, though, that brought our experience down. The first being that the pool was closed for the majority of our stay for "maintenance" and they were 3 of the hottest days of the season, with all sunshine. The 2nd, was that there was no microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise, a great hotel and stay for a very reasonable price!

Check-in was quick, Natalie was great, very friendly and professional We've visted the property for many years, and the overall condition has definitely declined, the carpet and furniture in the room is disgusting..the food is mediocre at best, unlike most casino food options The bed and pillows comfy.. Several shady people hanging around the property asked me for money WHILE I'm playing the slots..🙄.
