We loved the suite. Very neat and efficient. Perfect for a place to crash while visiting family during the days. Breakfast both days was awesome. Only complaint - we needed an extra pillow and blanket. Had to call down. (First day we got pillows brought up. Second day it was late when we pulled open the couch and found no bedding on it. There was no one able to get it or there wasnt any available was our response from fron desk. It would just have been nice to have a clean blanket and 2 extra piĺows in the room.

We stayed for one night, and the experience was overall satisfactory. However, the hotel could benefit from placing a clearer sign at the front of the building to indicate the reception. Upon arrival, it was dark and raining, and it took us some time to confirm we were in the right place. The room and bathroom were comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, the condition of the carpet looked a bit worn down and the breakfast quality was a C grade; but happy that a free breakfast of any sort was offered.

We enjoy Sonesta ES in Plantation. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and breakfast is really good. I like that they change up the breakfast offerings each day too. I was only disappointed this time because I asked for a receipt when checking out and was given one with only the total, not an itemization. I also wish they just rolled the $5/day parking fee into the room price, but not a big deal.

The free wifi internet never worked. The front desk clerk could not assist. She gave us a contact number from a local provider. The room was never cleaned. Had to ask for sheets for sofa bed and wait for 2 hours. Eventually had to collect from front desk ourselves. Towels were never replaced; had to collect replacements from t the front desk.

Hotel was nice, clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my time tere. I had only stayed at 1 other sonesta, in Memphis. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by a friendly staff member. This was a unplanned trip and the hotel that I originally booked for the night, had a non-working elevator which prompted me to find another room in 10 minutes. Sometimes you just make the right choice under pressure. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

My family absolutely loved this hotel & will be back. They upgraded our suite for free & were very patient and accommodating. The room was very nice & spacious. None of us could stay out the vanity mirror, I need one in my house now. The breakfast was delicious & had many options, easily my fav from a hotel thus far. Dog friendly for sure! I loved the dog poo area was far enough from the hotel not to smell poop & even has poop bags. We loved the lobby has a cute dog stand with free biscuits & dog bandannas.

The property is safe and in a convenient location but during my stay I had 2 concerns in my room that I made front desk aware of. Maintenance address one issue but the other matter was not addressed until the following day when I went to front desk and complained again. This made my stay a little less comfortable but the hotel was ok.

I don't just like it, i love it. Its all u can ask for , it's a relaxing an peaceful place for a vacation. Sandy the house keeping is a very nice an cleans very well. I will recommend this hotel to anyone which i have already done. I will be back for sure. The property is a amazing. Also the staffs are friendly. 5 🌟 Suites for sure.

i stayed at this property before when the name was staybridge suites but it sames as if the property is not up to the standard it was before.its the little things i notice 1.front desk clerk didnt wear name tag.2.we where a party of 5 and only 3 towels was in room.3.breakfast was not the best on that day they served some type of taco also no waffle machine anymore which i was looking forward too and there same to be a pancake machine which had an OUT OF ORDER sign on it.

Convenient location, to Broward Mall and other shopping plazas. Property was cleaned and smelled fresh. Staff was kind and courteous always willing to assist. Laundry room for guest was not cleaned, most of the washers and dryers were out of service. Washers gave awful smell as if it wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was basic each morning no rotation of breakfast items.

Overall we had a good experience but had to deal with an issue where I was charged twice for parking that I had already paid for. Breakfast selection was nice and the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities that we needed. The location was ideal for shopping and dining. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and would recommended to others.

The wifi did not work in my room for my entire stay, which was super inconvenient since I was traveling for work. The credit card machine was down for purchasing any beverages or snacks from the front desk, and the breakfast options were minimal. My room in particular was not very clean.

Layout of room was good and spacious. Kitchen has no oven. Fridge was big but not very clean. Shower pressure was low. Breakfast was ok but pancake machine was out of order permanently (we stayed for a week and staff said it is out) people smoked near pool area. Other than that it was ok for the price.
