This was a last minute booking, customer service has been a plus during my stay, Crystal, Jazmine and Sherry give hotel customer service at Extended Stay 100 % comfortable. These ladies go beyond to help your stay as comfortable as possible!! I was just here last night on 9/21 and stayed one night. Upon arrival it appeared to be a nice hotel, however I was immediately turned off by a woman smoking a cigarette just a couple feet from the main entrance. During check-in, i couldn’t help but notice a really bad smell of cigarettes. I thought the smell would disipaste once we entered our room but it did not. The room was very stuffy so I turned on the AC. To my surprise the AC automatically shuts off completely once it reaches the desire temperature. There was a lot of rift raft throughout the entire premise which didn’t make me feel very safe and leads me to believe that most of the guests live there as there was constant running in the floor above us; not the mention the constant barking of multiple dogs. I’ll be honest I didn’t feel entirely safe.
The tub had an issue where it appeared to be clogged since the water was going down at an extremely slow pace. I’m not a very picky person; just a mom wanting a night out with my boyfriend however, I will not return here. I guess you get what you pay for.

Place needs a cosmetic update. (hallway, room looks old, gloomy and rundown). Hallway smells mix of someone who was smoking cigarettes and cooking food.
First night was a roach on the bathroom sink countertop while brushing my teeth.
Had to manually turn on the TV (Controller did not work) Most news channels had bad reception.
Slept on top of blanket, fully dressed, hoody, jeans and socks. (Felt unclean)
Out of Coffee-asked if there were more coffee-reception said more is being made. waited 5 minutes.still no coffee. went back to my room to get ready to leave

First of all, only 3 pullows were on the bed without a comforter. There was a terrible stinch in the room all night. But they lost all points when I spotted a roach in the bathroom. Enough said!!

The property is not well maintained, and the staff not very knowledgeable. I booked this hotel because free breakfast was advertised. It turned out to be just oats, muffins and nutri grain bars with coffee and hot water, all fitting on a small desk in the lobby. Many good hotels nearby.

The room was utterly unsanitary and disgusting and smelled like mildew. As a frequent user of hotels, I always make sure to bring my own disinfectant spray; however, that wasn’t enough. 2 hours into my stay, I was woken up to bugs crawling and biting on my skin. I went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation, and was told that no manager was on site, no offer of new sheets or even a new room, despite being shown the video proof I had. I will never visit extended stays again….ruined my trip causing me to come home early

The surrounding area and building itself was quite attractive. Howrver the room experience was unpleasant and disappointing. There was no housekeeping..be prepared to remove your own garbage and bring your dirty towels downstairs to be changed. I also had to request a shower curtain and amenities old. The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfying. I have never experienced such inadequacies at s hotel before and the staff and management should attend to these matters. Thanks.

The room I booked had no cups, plates, bowls, pots NOTHING. Not even ice trays. The bed only had sheets no comforter. The bed was also horrible. No wash clothes in the bathroom either

The pictures on the website do not match the property. My room smelled like pet urine and my towels had pubic hair on it. I would not stay at this property again.

Room was filthy, there was a blood stain on the carpet, counters were gross, mold in the sink, sink leaked, shower was disgusting,there was piss in the elevator, Stevie Wonder could have done a better job cleaning it. Staff was rude, sat there for 10 minutes waiting to check in while the woman behind the counter sat on her phone. I wouldn’t stay at this place again even if you paid me to.

There is a smell in the building. There was trash left by doors that was in the hallway from when we checked in around 4pm until the next day around the same time still sitting in hallway. The walls are stained. Our bathroom was not cleaned before our stay because we found hair on the curtains and floor of tub. And even the “clean” towels had either facial hair or pubic hair in them. And some around the sink/counter. Microwave was gross. When the AC turned on, a smell came out of it. We were close to getting a different hotel. Overall we weren’t happy with our stay.

We lodged in this hotel for 3 nights, from April 26 to April 29th. Myself and family with friends went for a birthday party and wanted to stay in one location. It’s suppose to be a non smoking rooms but the rooms smelt smoke. The service was very poor, the housekeeper will not clean nor change linen unless you are staying for 7days. I asked for extra towel the next day from the housekeeper who was cleaning up the room next to mine. She told me to go downstairs to the front desk if I want extra towel and her cart was full of towels. Most of the sink in the rooms wasn’t flowing. They had grab to go breakfast and the only items they provided for breakfast was chocolate and blueberry muffins, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate. I will not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay. If you really don’t care about where to stay then you can go there. This place is crappy. I usually don’t write reviews, am usually a kind of person who can stay anywhere and don’t complain but this was a write off.

Hotel location was convenient. Room and facility fine. Check-in was extremely slow and confusing. Clerk was answering phone calls and working on the computer for about fifteen minutes while we stood there after giving our name for the reservation. We were offered two rooms with " single beds" because our reserved room with two double beds was unavailable. We ended up with a room with one queen.

Upon arrival I had asked for silverware - inwas told by the front desk clerk that she did not have any. I also asked for glasses and was told the same. The comforter had a stain

I stayed at Extended Stay America on 4/6/24 and it was a horrible experience. It took about 20 minutes to check in because no rooms were cleaned yet. When you first walk into the lobby the first thing you notice is the strong cigarette and weed smell. When we finally were able to get a “clean” room, we were met with disappointment. The room smelled of smoke and it was dirty. There was mold on the shower drain, the floors were dirty and we stripped the beds to look for bed bugs and an old receipt from 2022 fell out of the sheets. To top it all off, there was criminal activity right across the hall and the police were called. We went down to the lobby at around 330 to make sure everything was okay and it took 10 minutes for the front desk agent to acknowledge us. He took a 3 minute phone call on his cellphone. There was also someone else trying to check in and their room was not ready. The front desk agent told housekeeping over the phone to “make it ready.” Crystal at the front desk was very nice and understanding and even stayed past her shift because things were hectic. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here.

I was just grateful to find something 100+. I enjoyed my room no shower curtain so I took a bath . I slept through the night which is always a plus. Excellent customer service has a room close to exit that's another plus. Would like to have had TCM it would have been perfect

The hotel was close to the places I needed to travel to in the area. The room was nice, and the front desk staff was helpful. The hallways really needed more cleaning. Good for the price.

As I walked in to check in there was a man who looked to be intoxicated sleeping in the lobby, the walk from the lobby to my room smelt of a horrible odor and cigarettes, I booked a double queen and received a double twin. The shower partially worked when turned on water came out of the bathtub faucet as well as the shower head. The kitchen didn’t have any silverware or condiments to accommodate us . The unit for the heat only pushed out cold air.

This is an honest review.. To all the people that rated this 10/10 I am totally disappointed. When I first arrived there were people in the lobby complaining that two rooms they were sent to was extremely dirty. They were sent to a new room then I still proceeded to check in. When I got to the room I immediately was disappointed the room was extremely outdated. The curtain was worn real bad & sink had burn marks from cigarettes I’m guessing. I then proceeded to check the mattress while doing so a roach ran out I immediately left. On my way out the same people that were at this point sent to 3 rooms was back in the lobby waiting on a new room AGAIN. I do not recommend staying here unless you don’t mind these things.

The parking lot was dirty with garbage all around.... The room was clean and comfortable. The stove only had one burner working. Only one roll away bed in the building. Also no map of the building and where things were.... Had to walk around to find stuff. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

Staff is so irresponsible in solving the inconvenience caused due to the power outages overnight. It looks like property doesn’t care about providing uninterrupted services. Instead they were rude in answering questions regarding this inconvenience . They should have backup power generators in case of power outages.

No reliable heat on a February night of temps below freezing--no blanket on bed; no blankets available; no communication by phone to front desk--had to go down there and heat problem still not resolved. We were told that heat would turn off when there was no movement in room--like when sleeping! We slept in our clothes. Clearly cost cutting efforts are adversely affecting service. We emphatically do NOT recommend this hotel! There were other problems too (e.g. phone not working)but lack of heat the worst
