Overall it was good stay except that the bath tub drain was clogged. Some noise from the neighbor room.

All of the staff members, room attendants, front desk attendants, breakfast attendants were the absolute best. They were the only enjoyable aspect of the stay at this hotel. The TV did not work; the Air Conditioner did not work; the bathroom sink only produced a "trickle" of water on both hot and cold. I called to notify the desk about the TV around 10:00 PM and spoke to the very polite desk clerk. She indicated that she was the ONLY person working at that hour; did not know about TV's but would be willing to "take a look". I declined her offer for not wanting to call the only person at the front desk away from their duties related to guests checking in, answering the phone, etc. At checkout the following day I requested a call from the manager so I could present this information to that "responsible" person. I was told that they would not be in until 12:00 noon. At 2:21 PM I received a call telling me that the TV had been fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if they were the manager. No. She was the front desk clerk. I again requested that a manager do the courtesy of giving me a call so I could present the information about the room condition. Now, it's 5:30 PM and no manager has had the courtesy to return my call. I would like to extend my appreciation to Mercy-the breakfast attendant and Marcos-the check-out clerk for their professionalism, courtesy and cordiality. The absolute failure of the manager should not reflect badly on these individuals.

Rooms looked nice at first glance but as you looked further it was cosmeticly updated but the basic underlying items were needimg work. Wall outlets couldnt keep a plug held in.. this is a saftey issue. Bathroom sink cant be filled as the stopper couldnt be used. Lights switches were wired backwards for the loghts above the bed. Breakfast was seriously lacking...no liquid cream for coffee, tropico orange flavored drink (fake orange juice in florida !?)

There were inconsiderate people in my hallway and below my window until 2am. The management did nothing. They were so loud I bet the entire side of that hotel awake. Coffee was late without many amenities.

When we arrived at 10:30 p.m. there were "residents" of the hotel who were in the parking lot right below our window playing loud music and grilling until 2:00 a.m. The next morning at 5:00 a.m. one of the party goers was going up and down the hall banging on doors telling the occupants to wake up. You could feel the springs coming up through the thin mattress and the place was just old and dirty. Glad this was just a quick overnight for us and not a long weekend or week-long vacation or we would have been looking elsewhere!

Room was dirty. The floors hadn’t even been swept. Stains on sheets. The baseboards and sinks were disgusting. If it had not been midnight when I arrived, I would not have stayed there.

Check-in was a little slow due to a Karen having an issue. Didn’t spend much time in room slept well and was quiet overnight. Breakfast was just cereal and pancakes/waffles. Went to IHOP and ate.

Hallways leading to rooms are so dirty. Room was ok , average but clean. Our biggest problem was our toilet didnt flush properly. Waste was left behind with every flush. We checked in late so we didnt notify staff until the next day. We were told there was no maintenence on staff but if we wanted to borrow a plunger we could. Maintenance wasnt on site until late the following day and they called to inform us that they couldnt fix it . They offered us to switch rooms but we werent planning on being back to the room until late and then checking out the next day. So we went 3 days with my family using the bathroom in the lobby.

Elevator was not working at check-in. Shower valve installed backwards, so water got colder as it was turned. Only had one washcloth. Breakfast needs more healthy options, like eggs, and less sugarary items. Beds were decent. Phone in room non-functional. TV very small. AC controls difficult to access due to overhanging window ledge. Definitely room for improvement.

It's a good place to stay. The staff really work hard to please. the only little problem you need to know the terms -if you want 2 queens don't settle for 1 queen & 1 full- the full is a pull out sofa bed unless you don't mind.

Smaller motel, A dingy smell in the hallways, Probably why there were so many no smoking signs. Room had a mildew smell, but not bad enough to complain. No small frig in room, for a suite. Not very impressed, and will not recommend to anyone.

We arrived earlier than expected and due to this needed to check in earlier (totally expecting a fee) but not a $76 fee for a room 3 hours early. Photos are definitely dated as most of what is pictured was no longer there. Pool was small (we did not get in). Elevator was broken most of our stay and we were on the third floor despite booking a room on the ground floor. WiFi was spotty at best and the tv (we have a small child) had lines running through it. Daughter wanted to take a bath and the water came out bright yellow. Our room was not cleaned our entire stay. There was dust all behind the tv and there on the counter it was sitting on. Over all I’d say there could be major renovations made to this property.

Terrible experiance - Elevator broken, internet broken, veding machines broken, our room was not cleaned for long six days ... We stayed 6 days and nothing was fixed for 6 days, no one really cared and for question 'when elevator and internet' will be fixed - front desk answered ' at some time soon' ... Terrible experiance ... Never again.

Unfortunately our room was fairly dusty and the bed sheets caused us an allergic reaction. We ended up getting an itchy rash. Such terrible customer service, We had to book elsewhere and they would not issue a refund for the remainder of the stay. Stay Away

We came w dogs and was told the only room was open to the lobby where they could bark. But we took it. The AC stopped working at 11pm and was moved to 3rd floor queen w sofa. The elevator was broken and told it would be fixed in 30 min. So we carried everything up 3 flights. It never was fixed after 2 days. We found a lighter in the sofa when pulled out. There was one half roll of toilet paper for 4 people. That night my allergies were so bad I was sneezing all night and the next day. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. I told them. The second night my allergies were so bad I got a migraine and called front desk for any medicine. I asked again to speak w manger but was told they were out. We checked out a day early due to all the issues Hotel is to be smoke free and pet friendly
