Quick overnight trip. I arrived before check in and Staff gave me a room right away! Pleasant, basic room, 2 clean queen beds. Clean large full bath. Air/heat works great. Larger fridge to keep my food cold. Good sound insulation- it was busy in the entry, pool, gathering areas, but quiet in the room. Continental breakfast included- wasn’t great, wasn’t bad- only reason not 4 starts across the board.

I was pleased with our two night stay. Checking in and out went so smooth. All the staff we talked with were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised how nice our stay was for the price! Breakfast was simple but fresh and tables were kept clean. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

Room service was excellent, breakfast was good, enjoyed the exercise room, whirlpool was luke warm so pregnant me was happy! The pool was well heated, pool hours are from 6am-12am , which super great! staff was polite/courteous, could hear some people through the walls, nothing a fan on the air conditioner couldn’t fix! The hotel is very clean. $50 needed at time of check—in for incidentals, this is refundable, I must’ve missed this @ time of booking, which is ok, just a heads up to anyone else who missed that, too. Overall a great place to stay, would stay here again!!!

It was a great experience at the hotel, it was clean, comfortable and good value. Front desk person Terrance was very helpful and assisted with our needs. The other front desk lady also was very helpful. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, pancakes for hot options. Toast, muffins and cereal along with juice, milk and coffee.

The property is ok but not real clean. The cooling unit did not cool the room down and there was a loud mechanical noise running all night long. The stay was ok but probably wouldn’t go back

It’s quite far from the downtown, but very clean and cozy place. It’s nice to spend some time swimming in the spa and pool, in which have warm water but needs to clean. Everything was great except that.

check in & check out - front desk staff were nice and friendly, but there were some guests that was knocking on our door a couple of times very late at night and in the morning the housekeeping knocked our door too early, maybe the front desk staff did not advise them that we are going to check out later than the usual time. TV is totally not working but it’s really not a big deal for us anyway.

The night shift female worker was super friendly and helpful even though we checked in at 11pm. Terrence was super helpful and helped me get the tv to work and still asked me if there was anything else I needed. It was great. Carolyn

My only complaint is we could not use the pool because the water was extremely warm and the spa was very hot. We were looking forward to relaxing after a long day but weren't able to.

This was my third stay at this hotel for a full week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always good and varies enough through the week that you don't feel like you're eating the same thing everyday. The rooms are clean and well maintained. My only negative feedback is I wish there was more than one washer and dryer. It could have just been a busy week but there was a bit of a line to use them this trip. (Note: you need quarters). For those staying for work - there is a really nice walking/jogging path loop just off the hotel parking lot for those who prefer to exercise outside.

well, never got a room even though I had paid, even the receipt came over email…the hotel canceled my room since I came late… apparently they wanted a call… this never happened to me, but it certainly made me paranoid about it… luckily had driven, so I could have slept in the car if I couldn’t find anything else around. Also said this wouldnmt have happened if I booked with them directly; the other (more expensive) hotel I found also recommended booking directly, so they don’t cancel your room if you intend on checking in late… well, lesson learned, just kind of traumatizing…

I would stay again, staff is friendly, I love the accommodations such as the dove body wash, soap lotion. Shower water pressure was excellent. Close to the highway, pool stays open late which is good if you have kiddos you want to put to bed and enjoy some "me" time. The hotel store had great snacks and beverages. The only negative was the breakfast, for the price I felt it could have been better. The eggs were dry and the omelet was not great. I feel omelets should be made fresh to order. Overall great stay and enjoyed my time there.

Property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Easy and free parking, close driving distance to food and shopping. Nice to have microwave and mini fridge in room, and really good breakfast in the morning. Have stayed here multiple times while in the area, and will continue to do so.
