This property is older compared to other IHG hotels I've stayed at. Walls are paper-thin. Can clearly hear people talking on the floor and footsteps above. Not a smart tv yet.Curtains not enough to black out the room. Beds are good. Room is clean though.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. First room smelled like an ashtray so they quickly switched rooms for us. Second room was much better. Hotel is fairly outdated but clean for its age. Pool was warm and they have a great hot tub. Breakfast is great with lots of options like pancakes, omelets, meats and lots more in addition to the typical breads and cereal. Price is a little high compared to other places with similar accommodations.

Unfortunately my asthma/Allergies started acting up once we checked in the room, we did have to end our stay a little early.

We had a phenomenal stay. From the amazing staff, the cleanliness, the great breakfast and overall environment we were very happy with our stay. Thank you everyone at this location for making us feel like family🎉

I loved everuthing about it. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was full of screaming kids. There was a girls softball tournament that weekend. It would be nice if you had afults only for the ladt hour. But everything else was great!

I was there for one day on a business trip. Hotel was an excellent shape front desk. Excellent guy room was excellent except the bathroom bathroom has bad smell and plus was in a bad shape. Tiles grout was coming out. Tiles were broken. Paint was peeling and has a mold also.

Didn’t stay more than 15 minutes before we left. My kid has asthma and the cigarette odor and musty air required the use of her inhaler. We’re trying to get a refund.

It was easily accessible and welcoming. It stood out in the general area and was much more appealing.

Loved the staff including the cleaning crew, front desk and the ladies in charge of breakfast. My grandsons loved the pool.

This property had ants. In my room and also in the pool area. They were crawling all over our shoes, thats how we actually noticed them. We stayed one night, the pool had garbage laying around (plastic cups and wrappers) they were still there the next morning, never cleaned up. I actually cleaned it up myself bc i was groswed out that my daughter kept picking up the cups.i noticed the ants in the pool area crawling on my shoes. Im trying to attach photos

Very friendly staff. Front desk girl was very nice. Entry way and Bathroom floor did appear to be very clean but we use slippers and we like the bed and location of the room. Breakfast was good as well.

The front desk and breakfast staff at this Holiday Inn Express were very well-trained and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at this type of hotel. More attention could be given to the cleanliness of the rooms. (Hairs in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor, handprints on the walls.) This could be due to the poor lighting and the housekeepers simply cannot see...or from the fact that I used to manage a hotel for years and tend to be much more observant than a normal guest. I don't know if there were several family reunions going on or what the reason was, but the hotel was extremely loud on the 3rd floor with children crying and running back and forth through the hall. I did not call down to complain because it wasn't like it was an adult who knew better. They were children who needed to run off their energy. As long as you go there with the awareness that this is a family hotel that is not going to be a quiet oasis but the trade-off is a wonderful pool and terrific breakfast you will be satisfied with your stay.

I made reservations and had to wait an hour & half to get in my room. No sheets for the beds was the reason we didn’t get into our room. It was after 4:45 before our room was ready & no breakfast or coffee
