Was ok till the washing machine broke down no one knew bout it cant wash clothes

Everything was absolutely amazing for a while I planned on staying in this hotel well through the holidays I had some family members with me and I was staying here because it was close to my job. Well one of their employees actually dug one of my family members and I guess they got caught having consensual sex and one of the rooms. The employee got busted by her coworker and went and told on the employee. Well to keep matters short basically the employee was reprimanded. But my family was thrown out of the hotel because the employee was fraternizing on her job. This is something that was out of my control like I said I went to work from this hotel. Which was 5 minutes away from this hotel. I had nothing to do with the situation at hand. And I also had my granddaughter at the hotel with me. So besides being inconvenient because the employee did not keep it professional I was also inconvenient for the night for my stay well for the week because we got put out on Sunday and I was supposed to stay until Thursday.

It was the worst experience I have every had with a hotel and I travel a lot for work and pleasure.
The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned, bed sleep in, room messy, towels and water all over the bathroom, we were in the room less than 2 minutes. The second room they gave us had a jacuzzi in it however the curtains were very dirty and moldy, the light cover had pieces missing and held together with electcial tape, the smoke alarm was covered up and had electrical tape holding the piece covering up the smoke alarm. We did not even look at the jacuzzi as the way the room was we were discussed. We got the room very late 3am and were very tired. We stayed a couple hours and could not sleep and left.

Conveniently located across the street from Prairie Meadows Casino, this hotel offers WiFi, a small pool, vending machines, and more. For my visit i didn’t use any of these offerings except the breakfast.
Breakfast was a typical offering of oatmeal, make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and cereal. Overall the breakfast was fine, but some hotels offer a hot breakfast option.
The room was a good size, the bed the decent, and the room included a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, and a mini fridge. The bathroom could use some repairs and the room had a slight musty smell.
Overall it was a fine hotel and I would probably stay again if the price is right.

All of the caulk in the bathroom was very sloppy. Some of it had the excess just wiped on the walls. We stayed for 3 nights and didnt have room service offered once. There were people smoking pot in the room next to ours (or someone killed a skunk). When checking in we had a coupon for a significant amount off which they did not honor.

Pet friendly does not mean there should be hair all over the beds and furniture, there is no 2 room suites like i booked online, it made my trip frustrating when i had to find another hotel to stay in on short notice and have not been refunded thus far..

The refrigerator didn't work, floors were not vacuumed (food and crumbs left). Toilet kept running, no water pressure in shower. Tile in bathroom was missing grout and looked horrible. Breakfast was next to nothing. Orange juice was literally water. Found drug paraphernalia in the grass by the trunk of our car.

The beds were clean and comfortable ,but the floor and carpet were filthy. It felt sticky if you walked barefoot. We all kept our socks on. The breakfast was just ok. Barely any options to choose from. Overall you get what you paid for.

It is close to alot of things, but the street is set up in a way that makes it hard to enter and exit the parking lot of the property. The property could use more parking.

There were lots of motorcycles that did not leave spot for vehicles wirh trailers. Myself and another truck with trailer had to take 3 parking space parallel to park.

I was there a little over a year ago and the old manager was rude and I swore I would never go back. After a long time I decided to try it again and was pleasantly surprised as the staff was friendly and facility was in better shape, however it isgetting older so have to expect some things to not be just right. Constuction workers take up a lot of parking so sometimes that is an issue and the workers don't really care if you have a place or not. They may take up two spots rather than using just one.

We came here for a nights rest while on the road with two small children. It looks a little worn, but it was clean and comfortable enough. Everyone was nice. Shower, sleep, and a meal to get you back on the road. Mission accomplished.

This hotel is two stars for a reason. It’s exactly what you should expect. I booked for a two queen size suite and they down graded me to a room thinking I wouldn’t know the difference. I got to the floor where the room was only to find out that it hasn’t been cleaned yet and the beds were both stripped. One of the house keeping staff offered to get it rectified. We stood in the corridor for a while until I ran out of patience and went back down to the reception. I met the staff who handed me a new key to a suite which was what I booked for originally. Everything in the room has seen better days. The couch was covered in stains as well as the sheets on the beds. My kids enjoyed their time in the pool which was the only consolation.

1st time the gentlemen who worked overnight was more than helpful. Above and beyond to make our stay amazing I think his name was Terrin.
This time couldn't find a employee to checkin to my room, took a long period of time to get help from her. Overnight staff was not at all helpful either, I phoned the front desk to info them I would like a late check out. The remote did not adjust volume of tv either
