I have had a good experience everytime I’ve stayed there over the years except during covid and when they were replacing the pool and jacuzzi 2-3 years ago.

Love the Piazza Lounge, great entertainment every night, nice atmosphere. Food in the 365 Pub was decent. All staff were very polite, efficient, welcoming. Room was very spacious, clean. Will definitely stay here again

Had to call 3 times for a microwave- not enough to go around. BUT - the place is huge! We had an excellent quiet room and the best steak dinner at BISTECCA we have had in quite some time, with impeccable service! Walking distance to the strip and Monorail transportation.

The room is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for families. However, since the floors are wooden, you can hear creaking sounds when guests upstairs walk around.(which is ordinary for American houses) The shower booth features large wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and makeup remover tissues and soap are also provided. If you request it from housekeeping, they will bring a microwave to your room, which is an added convenience for family travelers!

It was good. Nice spacious clean room. But there were hoodlum type guys hanging around the property. Scared us. One played like he was jumping in front of our car. Went shopping and unloaded all of our stuff.

This was our second stay at the Tuscany Suite & Casino and I absolutely will stay here again. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our luggage was delayed and the airlines delivered it to the front desk around 10 at night and they locked it up for us and we picked it up the next morning. The restaurants in the facility are the best. Marilyn's Cafe was awesome and very affordable.

All in all this is a very comfortable place to stay. Centrally located off the strip and convenient to everything. One thing that annoyed me was I was struggling with my luggage to enter the building and a worker got upset because I didn’t let him go out first as I was already trying to get in the door. He made a rude comment as he squeezed by me… other than that it was a great stay

Every day, sometimes a couple of times a day my room key card wouldn't work. My room was at the outer perimeter requiring a l-o-n-g walk to the front desk for help. The heater/ac unit was loud and not working. It was replaced while I was out. One of the front desk attendants must have been new. He didn't know directions, couldn't help with internet access, kept going to an associate for answers; don't they provide any training? UGH!!

We loved our stay. It was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The only little thing I would say is the desk staff was less than useful to respond to requests for recommendation to travellers. They did not know about SIM cards or buses (Deuce asa minimum) which should be quite basic information to know. Other than that, we would book again at your hotel in a heartbeat.

not too good to me. Initially, I've came to check in desk with only one receptionist who was drawing her stuff on a paper and just don't really care my present. The Attitude when I (customer) ask questions and the answer just a short cut which isn't clear. A/C is too noisy, and it really wake me up couple times at night because the auto on off.

Had checked in online prior to arrival. Added special request not too be too far away from reception due to disability … however my room was one of the furthest away so they had not read my request. Asked to be moved but said they were full. Toilet was blocked but fixed that evening. Phone didn’t work and they said they would replace it however that was not done .. also coffee machine was broke but they did issue another one.

A nice quiet place to stay in Vegas thats off the strip but still kind of close to it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, bed was super comfortable!

They had a rating of guest above 9 out of 10 , I thought it was unreal like the rating you get from Amazon fake review but I never heard of it and it was walking distance . It had an Italy winery feel the room was massive 650 square feet dinning room table and coffee table area separate, onsite self laundry, every day happy hour half off martinis. Coffee with food open from 2 am till 9pm, every staff I meant was friendly and helpful but little problems became big problems that it ruin the vacation vibe and high of the first day. 1. Shower drain slow 1/2 inch of water stood , call and fix next day during second day room wasn’t clean left at 930am and came back 130pm no one was in the hall cleaning . Too late for me to get it clean just ask for towels and body soap was out 3 hrs later it was fix. And last the most minor if things advertised the best hot dog I try it , it was hot and tasty but not the best good yes. Plus there is a hotel resort fee, so if you took the bad stuff I would give 5 stars out of 5 but it only gets a three

If I ever went back to Vegas for any reason, I wouldn't even bother to look for a different hotel. This place is great! The pool was open early, and stayed open late. The price point was perfect. Very family friendly, and you dont get the noise of the strip. Place was very well kept, and super clean all the time.

Traveling to Los Angeles, we weren't expecting to have to sleep in Las Vegas. But when Spirit airlines tried to ruin our weekend getaway by canceling our connecting flight to LAX and then bumping us from the flight to LAS (and everyone else that had the same booking) we had to fight for our right to make them get us to LAS so that we could buy a flight from Southwest to get us to LAX the next morning. I found this little gem of a casino while the flight was boarding....no way was i going to book until we were onboard! Well, let me tell you-I'm coming back to stay here next trip to Vegas!!!! Perfect in every way. Especially for us-we dont want to be directly on the main strip. The property is relatively quiet. The rooms are enormous. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurants are great. The casino is the perfect size. While the service was super slow at the 365 restaurant, we weren't in a hurry. The breakfast restaurant service more than made up for it with lightening fast service. The slot machines were fun...and I even won a little bit of money...enough to pay for breakfast. We finally made it to LAX in time for the concert, but all of our other plans were ruined by Spirit. Thanks to easy booking on Hotels.com and Southwest airlines we were able to salvage some of our trip. I can highly recommend staying at the Tuscany resort. I can't say the same for Spirit. Bonus!
