The room was freezing and there was no thermostat. I had to wear extra layers to bed. Also there seems to be small children making noises outside my room in the morning during my last few visits.

This hotel is dirty and not kept well. All the surfaces- walls, elevator, counters, are dirty. Our bed was made with the fitted sheet halfvway down the mattress, and it was inside out.

When we arrive, the shower was dirty. They were old soap bars half of the lightbulbs were burned out, and the door did not lock when we went to the front desk. We were told there were no other rooms and we were given a refund. Also, the TV did not work Would not stay here. I would rather sleep in my car.

For the most part, this property is what you'd expect from a Super 8. It feels dingy overall, but they made an attempt to make the room feel a little upgraded. I like the hard floors in the room versus carpet.
Bathroom was decent, which is typically what makes the room feel gross. I liked the bottles of soap and shampoo/conditioner on the wall of the shower. There were no rusty or moldy areas in the bathroom.
Carpets in the hall are really gross.
Breakfast was very basic but we were thankful for the mini spread.
It was VERY quiet overnight, so we slept really well. It was amazing how quiet it was.
Front desk gentleman was so nice! We arrived at nearly midnight and he just started his shift. He was so friendly and social. We enjoyed that after a long day of driving.

The place was filthy and in disrepair. Having stayed there some years previously, I was very disappointed to see it in this condition. We will not be returning. There are a lot of other lodging options in Mitchell and I would advise travelers to go elsewhere.

It was fine for an inexpensive place to stay. My room had pretty worn out carpet, but I could see when I went down the hall in the morning that other rooms had new flooring put in so I think it's just a matter of time until everything is fixed up. But the room was clean and the bathroom was nice the bed could have been a little higher for a handicap room. It was a little bit low to the ground. The two things that were missing were an ice bucket, and a USB port to plug in a phone. Those are pretty standard in other hotels so I was surprised that there weren't any. But the fridge was super cold which was nice.

Hotel was terrible. Rooms dirty and hallways were wretched. I thought the Wyndham name stood for quality but that is definitely not the case. We checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel. Food in breakfast room very unappealing. I lived in the field and ate in messhalls throughout my military career and that was better than the accomodations at this Super 8.

Lobby was unkempt. Food odor throughout hotel. Room was small and below ground level. Refrigerator leaked. Room smelled. Sink clogged.
Best thing was hot breakfast each morning of scrambled eggs and sausage

Kudos to housekeeping. The room and bathroom were very clean. AC was in wall with a one inch gap, so the very noisy neighbors who were hollering and laughing until 2am felt like they were in our room. Staff at front desk were not welcoming at all during check in or check out. Breakfast and breakfast room were nice. Generally run down appearance.

The property is older and in need of updates but the price reflected that. The bedding and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep.

I appreciated having a couch in my room during my stay. One night of 3 I stayed in a room that had been smoked in and heavily perfumed, but that us pretty normal for most hotels

I reserved a king room and was downgraded to a queen room without notice. There was no compensation and the person at the desk told me I would have to talk to the manager would be there the next day. The air conditioning was a window air conditioner and barely kept the room temperature bearable. The property is run down and dingy. For the price it is not worth it.

I disliked the desk help. The bathroom needs a total remodel.

Property appeared pretty run down in most spots. Not terrible in the rooms themselves, but the rest of the facility needs a lot of TLC. However, the staff were very kind (even through language barriers as most were Indian) and me and the kids enjoyed the free breakfast!

You have the most comfortable beds and pillows! We were pleasantly surprised! Both my husband and I have back issues and we both slept comfortably. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

We did NOT stay! I’ve seen some pretty nasty hotels and hotel rooms but this BY FAR, is the worst place we’ve seen! Mold under the window air conditioners, floors in all the hallways full of rocks and concrete, exposed wires everywhere, beds have permanent dips from where folks have slept, smelled like the mold and mildew that we saw on the walls, dirty furniture and late check in as they weren’t sure if our room had been vacuumed yet 🙄. Wyndham and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for associating with this place! Tried getting our money back and Expedia told us that since they couldn’t get the hotel to answer them that we were out our money. We tried canceling with the hotel first and they said since we booked through Expedia that we have to be refunded through them. I would avoid using Expedia (Hotel.com) or Wyndham!

Other than the hotel being older and needing some new carpets and maybe furnishings. It was a nice quiet hotel. Needs better parking. Our air conditioner in our room wasn’t kicking out the coldest air but all in all for our trip and time spent there it was nice.
