Not a bad hotel but doesn't rate 4 stars. Condition is probably appropriate for its age. I was in 203 so, top floor - end towards Lincoln Rd. Hallway had unpleasant odor, especially in mornings. Hot water had the hydrogen sulfide smell. Bathroom door would not lock and the entry door chain was hanging by a single screw. Bed was nice and comfy, good pillows, clean sheets. Rest of the room was nice and clean.

The building may be old, but it is clean and well maintained. I’m traveling on a motorcycle. There was a chance of rain and the manager let me park under the front portico. In all my years of ridding, I can count on one hand how many times that has happened. Had a minor issue with the television, the manager was right there in 2 minutes and fixed it. I would definitely stay there again.

It is very convenient location for us as we drop off our son or pick him up from Bay College. It is quiet and the pool and hot tub are a nice bonus. The breakfast was good too

We checked in late and the lady at the front desk was so amazing and sweet. Very much needed after a very long drive! The room was clean and a bunch of options at breakfast and that was much needed before a big day of hiking!

Need to up grade breakfast I am not a waffle person. scrambled eggs would be better than hard boiled.

The people, room and breakfast were great.

Room smelled awful. Staff person seemed high at check in. Bunch of people smoking right in front of the “no smoking within 8 feet of the door” sign at the entrance. Bathroom wasn’t clean

Everything was as expected. Breakfast: food restocker/helper did an awesome job Front desk: - young guy was great and very nice - young lady was nice as well My only concern is, we've always remembered having housekeeping coming in daily to restock, fix our bed, throw our trash. One day we left late and had our door sign "do not disturb" we thought that since we left late, we would let them know that the room is ready to be cleaned just in case they had passed our room already. We kindly told the young lady at the front desk that "we're just letting you know, our room is ready to be cleaned, fix the bed and all that" she replied with a mild disbelief look "didn't she clean your room yesterday?" looked over to another lady and asked her the same question. The lady answered with an expression with a mild scoff saying "did you need your sheets changed again?" We replied "no, just to fix the bed, take the trash out.... if you can and only if you have the time". She replied "yeah, i have the time" while looking down on the desk. Then we thanked them. It was pretty straightforward, but since we don't know how their housekeeping situation, we thought that we should just let them know so we'll have a clean room when we come back. It just felt like we did something wrong or we were bothering them, and that made the conversation uncomfortable, even though we said it all with a smile and a "sorry to bother you" type of tone.

Staff at front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE when checking in! Pet smell was so strong on top of the spray they tried to hide it with it cased a major asthma attack for me! Would never recommend it!

We were just passing through and everything from booking, to sleeping, to breakfast was SO easy & fast. The bathroom was spic & span clean - that means a LOT to us!

The exterior of the property could use so love and attention. Some screens were ripped on the first floor. There was overflowing garbage outside of the middle entrance most of our stay. One sole staff person most of the time we were there who was doing the best she could. Overall decent for the price point. Room itself was comfortable.

Check in was easy and the clerk was very nice. Everything I had asked for when I made my reservation was given to me. The breakfast was above/beyond what most free breakfasts are, we were extremely pleased with the selection of breakfast items. We will be back!! 😃

Pool area was in terrible condition sauna not working, rising station not working, pool area and floor very dirty, pool bathroom very dirty, no toilet paper, paper toweling or hand soap, toilet dirty, vent fell out on the ceiling by the pool area, underage children in pool and hot tub without parents present

The area under the bed was filthy, obviously not cleaned; the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet; the second building had a horrific odor that was a mix of smoke (ironic in a non smoking hotel) and who knows what else; the breakfast area has damaged equipment, sticky floors and an obvious rodent issue with the stick trap visible; a phone that was attached to no cords, etc etc. Would not recommend. A few positive points... towels were very soft, good variety in TV channels, and our kid Iiked the pool.

The pool smells like wet dog and the walls are lined with algae. The hot tub is dirty water and the whole area has mold… there were chunks of hair in the pool and we had to listen to a dog parking well into the night. When we asked for extra towels (we had 5 guest and they only provide towels for 4) we were told we had to bring down old ones first basically making it an inconvenience like we did something wrong and the free breakfast is pretty limited to yogurt Waffels an raisin brand cereal… definitely NOT worth the price of the room… the front desk clerk was rude and not very helpful

I liked the personable and skilled staff. The room and air conditioning was clean as well as adequate. The place was quiet. The only improvement I can think of would be new carpeting or wood floors.

Cheap place way to book and the staff was helpful in finding me options for food very late at night.

It was old, dirty, you had to have a key to get out of the bldg but not in!!! What is that? The bath tub had a 3 inch gap between it and floor filled with caulk that sank in. The desk person was rude to all customers checking in. The breakfast so to say
