It’s very clean and friendly stuff really good

I did not stay the room had only a bed and chair with the cushion hanging off with something crawling on it. The room had no furniture and when I went back to the front desk the clerk never came back and I was there 30mins beating on the glass. That place is a fraud their rooms do not look or even have the furniture advertised. The lobby has drugs and prostitution going on, it’s not safe for any one who is not into the illegal activities.

Okay overall. They charged me a little bit more than the quoted on the Hotels.com but overall it’s nice. Kind of old building so don’t sleep alone :3

No Microwaves in room, no smart tv, old objects

This hotel is trash ! There are burn spots on the tub and sink , holes in the couches! The air conditioner was broken

There was no one at the front desk for at least ten minutes during check in and check out. They speak to you through a bulletproof sliding glass as if you’re in a prison. The front lawn was covered in trash and it was glass all through the parking lot. There was no ice machine on my floor and they left the bare minimum on the beds. The room was far from up to date with no fridge,no microwave and a 32” tv. The front desk clerk told me after taking my payment for my room declined providing me with a receipt and said I don’t get it until check out. Which wasn’t possible because there was no one there that morning to check out with after waiting for so long. They give low quality service and it is for sure, NOT worth the price advertised.

Halls noisy people arguing in halls late at night . NO microwave No refrigerator No phone in room. Looking from outside lots of the windows had gun shot holes that were patched up.

Too noisy can run the hallway all night people keep accidentally knocking on my door they woke me up out of my sleep taking my credit card was a fraud took me an hour to check in cuz they couldn't verify the account number ridiculous

This place is bed bug 🐜 city and don’t refund

I did not feel safe here. Located on a parking lot where people were hanging out and doing drugs all night long. Because of this there was a terrible weed smell in the room and also a lot of noise. The room itself was okay. Nice bed and TV. Airconditioning was loud but worked fine. Bathroom was old but functioning. The place can definitely use some touch ups.

Hotel is filled with smell, seems never cleaned the rooms. Will not recommend anyone to go and stay in this property.

Wasn't what I expected

room was terrible condition. was a smoking room (was not told it would be) and state of the room and the overall hotel was awful

Terrible. Took forever to sign in. The entire time we kept seeing people come in and out with alcohol and with very young looking girls who were definitely minors. We walked to the hallways and all you can hear was moaning from every direction. Our key didn't even work. There was no refund but there was no way I was staying at the hotel. I immediately left. It was filthy in there. I couldn't imagine what the actual rooms looked like. It was nothing like the picture

Our stay was horrible, the halls reaked of Marijuana all the time. House keeping only want to change towels she didn't want to clean the room after the 3rd day we insisted that she change the sheets. We had NO TV SERVICE for 4 days when we asked about it they kept saying it coming on later it never did. They had some undesirable people hanging out in the front lobby and outside, we didn't feel safe!! Power kept going out.

Had me park motorcycle next to window. Said they aren't responsible. Tub safety rail is broke in half,cigarette burns on tub and sink. I was on non smoking floor. Bathroom wall switch had caught on fire and they never cleaned soot off. Big bubbles in ceiling that I wanted to pop but was afraid of floodi g me out. TV channels were all flopping up and down but audio was ok. Spilleď paint covered up by window curtain. Soda machines were out of order and snack machine ssid use at your own risk. I stopped taking pictures after this. Ice machine did work.

While the staff was extremely nice and helpful, this location is one you stay at for cheapness not for facilities. The rooms were furnished with the bare minimum (beds, sink, shower, toilet, a chair, tv, and two side tables). The room was basically cleaned, but not concerning. Overall, if you are staying and leaving (not spending a lot of time in the room), its not a bad option. This is not however a luxury stay.

Was not clean, had trouble with check in and did not get the room i reserved. Has bugs .. left my plate on the desk to go grab some napkins and a bug crawled in my food. People hang out in crowds in front of entrance, super loud in hallways as well.

I was only able to see the lobby as there was not Staff at the Front Desk to assist me with anything. I ended up not staying at this location and cancelling my booking.

For the price we paid, disappointed that the room didn't include the usual amenities like blow dryer, refrig or microwave. TV height was uncomfortable.

I liked nothing, I will never return to it. I felt unsafe and thought I might not make it out of here alive

The rooms were dirty. The toilets were dirty behind the lid. Around the bottom. Seemed like noone cleans them. I had clean and disinfect before using. The key kept getting deactivating. Then tried to go back to room for something forgotten and not even the master keys were able to open door.
