Avoid this particular hotel. We have stayed at other Micro-tels but this location was disgusting. Very filthy, smelly and used. In need of a serious facelift and cleaning.

The phone in the room did not work, it wasn't even plugged in. The inside handle on our bathroom door was coming off. There were no plugs anywhere to plug our phones in to charge them, we ended up unplugging the hair dryer in the bathroom so we could plug our charger in there. The sink wouldn't drain properly. The room had a weird odor to it. The carpets in the hallway were absolutely disgusting, there's just no nice thing to say about them. The doors going in and out were filthy from the ground up to the glass. The parking lot had litter all throughout it. All through the night you could hear people having sex in their room with all the noises coming from it and then you could hear all the noises from the other room as well. Nothing quiet going on around there at all. The elevator made the most horriblest scariest noises making you think you wouldn't make your next stop. The odors all throughout the hotel were so gross I wanted to vomit on several occasions. If I honestly had the money, I would have left and stayed at the other hotel nearby that looked much better and safer for me and my family but because we weren't expecting another night on the road, I was stuck with what I could afford. Knowing what I know now, I will honestly never stay here ever again. I'm not one for giving bad reviews, but this one unfortunately needed it.

Check in was efficient. However we stayed on 2nd floor, the elevator was dirty, the carpet throughout hallway extremely stained and the hall and our room smelled like rotten eggs and mildew. We drove 10 hours for a family reunion and were exhausted so decided to stay since we just needed it for sleep. The room itself was not dusted, floors needed to be mopped, the fan in bathroom had dirt/dust caked over it so I was afraid to turn it on. The walls had holes that had been patched but not painted. The a/c unit was consistently loud and made the mildew smell worse in the room. Pillows were small squares and lumpy-not at all comfortable. We both woke with back pain which left me irritable. However checkout was the worse. I went with my spouse to and stood with my service animal in the dining area..the staff member at the front desk decided to yell at me across the room I was not allowed to go into the food/drink area to get any food with my service animal. I let him know I wasn’t planning on going in there, just waiting for my husband (who was getting coffee) but he decided he needed to yell it a couple more times. It’s nice to know they care nothing about providing their complimentary breakfast to individuals with disabilities & ignore the ADA. To top it off, Upon c/o, same guy told me to wait while he went to check out our room.15 min. later he returned snapping “your dog slept on the bed and got fur all over the sheets so now we have to wash them” Do they not wash them anyway?

Everything was ok, except for all of the people hanging out in the parking lot 24/7; & the fact that 5 business days have passed, & my $100 deposit has yet to be returned.

My neighbors were yelling, slamming doors, the mom would not not control her kids. I called the receptionist- it didn't help, went down to complain in person at midnight, as was not able to take it anymore. They would not move me to another room..

I booked and paid for double queen bed but the front desk said it was only for 1 bed. I showed her the reservation email confirmation for double queen bed and she continued to argue that it was only for 1 bed. She asked me to pay for more or contact Hotels.com. Good thing another male worker talked some sense to this female worker and he was able to give me the 2 queen beds. Upon arrival to the room, we called to ask for 4 more pillows to surround my toddler in bed so she doesnt fall off and 4 more extra towels. The same female front desk questioned why we needed the stuff and I had to reexplain to her. She asked us to go down and pick them up ourselves. This is ridiculous customer service and utterly disrespectful for us overall. It was as if we are being treated as theif. The bed sheets have hair on them, very dated decor and in dire need of renovation. The breakfast is as expected for the price: bagel, bread, tater tots, biscuit and gravy, apples, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juice.
