Spent 3 nights with family and our dogs at this hotel. Fantastic experience we had stayed here previously and would definitely come back

It was your typical hotel. The room was typical, the free breakfast was typical. If you are looking for a good quality, moderately priced hotel room in Half Moon Bay, this is it. If you are looking for something with a little bit of character or panache, this hotel is not it because it is just ordinary but adequate.

Nice, convenient, clean (but smelled like bleach in my room) didn't like having to carry my luggage up the stairs. No elevator.

They did have a nice smoking area The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired we killed 3 bugs while we were staying one night the lock on our door wouldn't open when we try to get in our room every time

Don’t count on a good continental breakfast here. Only two choices of cereal, only bagels, lukewarm coffee. Best part is the convenient location to the Ocean.

Upon pulling up the knob to get shower to engage, the handle would not allow most of the water to go into shower head, I got barely any water and it was just warm, no hot water. Is it too much to expect a clean hood bed and shower; apparently so

Close to wedding location which was the purpose of my trip. Quiet for the most part, early am noise from quests above me. I would stay again next time I’m in HMB.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the one thing is there is no elevator but I had asked for a bottom level room and got it. Waffles and bagels for breakfast.

The beds were super comfortable and the staff was friendly. There was a very strong chemical smell in the room, cleaning stuff I guess, but it aired out well enough with the windows open. ~10 minute walk to a nice, quiet beach that seemed to be just a few locals (not a busy tourist beach), a few minutes walk to a great Japanese place on one side and a burger place on the other side.

The staff was friendly and helpful
The rooms were clean. The only problem there was was no table and chairs to sit at in the room. A desk chair and the beds was all there was to sit and or eat.

Checking in was not friendly or accommodating. Before us a 90 year old woman had difficulties with her key getting in her room. Front desk was very dismissive so my husband went to help her. Also the maintenance in room has been neglected. It was a handicap room that was very unsafe even though we were not handicapped. Never will stay here again…

Bathtub didn’t drain, too much spray used in the rooms. Opened the door and was blasted with the smell of the spray they used after cleaning and had to open the door and windows to get rid of the smell

We appreciate the friendly service and clean facilities. But not having secured Wi-Fi and waiting minutes for hot water was a pain. When on the property, our phones couldn’t connect to any cell service.

On Hwy so noisy. some yelling in the morning when trying to sleep in. Also looked like property is in transition. Seems many areas were closed off, like a larger room off the lobby and a gym room.
