I was travelling for business for just one night and this hotel met all my needs! Clean, convenient, with a great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and professional. Great hospitality and overall we had a great experience.

The place was clean, staff friendly. I especially liked the breakfast in the morning.

Excellent early check-in. Air conditioning was very loud whenever compressor kicked in. So it was hard to sleep. Sink faucet broken and old coffee maker. All in all ..dated with some problems but otherwise clean and comfortable.

I really loved the staff- they worked hard and were pleasant to deal with. However, the property was not in good shape.Our bathroom toilet handle had to be held down a good 10 seconds to enable a mediocre flush and the toilet was very low-about 25 - 30 inches tall. It was painful to use. The phone was partially disassembled. Our last night there, the music from the common area was left on the entire night. We slept very little. This was the first time we have stayed at this property or used this company. We will not be coming back.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Was expecting room to be more updated. The bed looked unusually small to bed a queen and the couch needs to be placed in the dumpster. Everything else was average. Room should be $79-$89 that includes tax!

My stay was nice. The rooms could use some improvement and renovations but they were over all clean. There were some questionable stains on the couch and curtains by the bed but overall I had a lovely experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy place to stay

So many issues. Curtains were so old & full of holes, had to wear sleep mask. Couches were threadbare and ripped Refrigerator seals broken and out of place Large patch of bubbled paint on the wall. Bed was very saggy, gave me a sore back. Free breakfast was mediocre. Door to exit stairway was very hard to open, stairwell was smelly and carpet was stained. On the plus side, staff was friendly, but not very responsive. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in because two workers were helping one person check in, then one of them just left. Asked for bedding at 9AM, had to ask again when we returned at 9PM.

Loved the main lobby look. Clean and contemporary. Room was average. Could stand to update bathrooms and brighten them up a bit. Additionally, the hallways were clean but the carpeting was outdated. Elevator could also be replaced with a newer model.

Doors and hallways are filthy. Stained carpet. Broken screen in room window. Not enough parking. Guests were leaving trash outside their doorways. Toilet leaked. Room Kitchenette is barely serviceable. Appreciated the laundry facility, adequate morning breakfast, and acceptable lobby area. After being stuck there 8 days….I would never stay again.

I’ve never stayed at this hotel suite before they just built a brand new one about a year ago out in Murfreesboro, Tennessee now that I know how it is I will advise people to give it a try. Now, as for the one I was at there were too many spaces for diamond elite not sure who those people are, but they had eight spaces. There were only three handicap spaces, and the diamond elite had eight and they were closer to the front door of the hotel. Now, when we arrived, the handicap door did not work. You push the button and nothing would happen so that was kind of hard having an elderly person. , and the diamond elite had eight and they were closer to the front door of the hotel. I guess they fixed it so handicap button was working.

I really enjoyed my stay if there was any complaints it would’ve been not enough handy parking but elite diamond parking spaces and only three handicap spaces. I don’t understand that time of arrival the handicap button to open the doors did not work until yesterday and lastly, I originally booked for two double bed suites and at the last minute on May 30 I was contacted advising they had no Beds available only the single queen stated by manager David that the previous occupants messed up the room and they thought they could fix it but could not, but he was willing to cancel that booking, but I needed a room. He stated that the system over the rooms.

The staff here are so incompetent and rude, that they will make a mistake but call cops on the guests… it’s hilarious and sad to see. What an absolute waste of tax dollars to call cops because the staff can not do their own job. Motels have better hospitality than Staybridge. For context : Staybridge put us in a much smaller room without informing us in advance, so one of us had to sleep on their disgusting floor. We went up to the manager to look for resolutions, and after making a bunch of excuses, when he realized we were not falling for his excuses, he just called the cops on us for being rude lol. I’m sure the cops had better things to do. The cops were super sweet and sided with us obviously. But I would not recommend staying at this place with managers with big egos but small brains.

Perfectly met all our needs for a weekend near our kids. Love that it's dog friendly, but unfortunately the dog-friendly accommodations had a kind of shabby sofa. Wish the rooms had better lighting, too. A few more lamps with brightness switches. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Staff are all very very nice.

We had a horrible experience. We had reserved a suite with a king bed. When we got there, they put us into a room with a queen. When we said something, they said they did not have any rooms with kings available and that we can try switching the next day. That night we got into the queen bed. Only the frame was broken and we sunk into the middle. On top of that the room was extremely dirty. There were stains all over the front of the refrigerator. They moved us into a small room with a queen , which was a little cleaner. The stairwell was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the carpet going all the way down the stairs. Dirty walls as well. We are on the first floor and there were kids running around yelling and swearing throughout the evening. The front desk clerk just seemed like she did not want to be there and would not do anything. my parents stayed in another room at this hotel and also had to switch rooms. There are no icemakers there. When we said some thing, the front desk clerk said our refrigerators had an icemaker and to just turn it on. Well, it takes hours to make ice . So dumb! I would never ever consider going here again. Forgot to mention that the hallways had a terrible odor as well.

At check in we thought the property looked nice, we were sadly mistaken! The property had very little parking, which was taken up by mostly work vehicles and trailers. First night we asked for extra blankets and was told there may not be any available but they would check and let me know, that never happened. The property was noisy, and very dirty, stairwell carpet was disgusting!! Breakfast was a joke, the second morning there was no fruit, waffle batter dispenser was broken, juice machine not working. Other customers vaping in the “dining” area. The morning we were leaving the elevator wasn’t working. Whenever I went to the front desk for something the workers were sitting on their phones. If I could give this place a negative star I would. The accommodation ruined our weekend.

Please do not believe the high reviews. This is my 1st negative review ever and it is well warranted. Disgusting place. I still smell the carpet deodorizing powder and it’s been a week. The powder doesn’t make the terrible stench better; it makes it worse. Believe me and don’t stay here.

Overall it was good. Parking lot too small for the size of the hotel (had to park out on the street). Staff were all very nice and efficient. Common areas and room were okay, but needed some maintenance and upkeep (and more thorough cleaning).

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was filling although they ran out of coffee and didn’t have half and half which I would have liked. The staff were not rude, just not helpful. For instance watching us struggle to open the door with suitcases when they are standing right next to the door. There were very few parking spots also.

Room was clean but the couch needed to be replaced. Was ripped, faded & old. Good breakfast though. Would not stay again as it was overpriced room.
