Really appreciate great customer service . We had issues with co start noise coming from room above us . And the front desk staff were very accommodating and offered us to move to different room . We wanted to give some more time before we took decision reps k n move room . But at the end when the noise was not at all tolerable the front desk transferred us another room in same floor. Thus us great example of taking care of guests . Really appreciate the service . Unfortunately the new room also we started hearing banging sound for sometime but did not want to bother the staff again . And just waited it out for the constant banging sound to stop . It caused disturbed sleep , but can’t fault the service for that . Luckily the noise stopped after 10:15 pm or so . If not for this experience it would have been 10/10 rating .

Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, but we left (3) pairs of pants in the dresser upon checking out and haven't received the level of attention we would expect in a situation like this.

I can not believe that the only source of food was the bar and not much to pick from. When we choose burgers at 6 pm the chef was off until 7. Not even room service for 500 a night is sad. Not even breakfast as that is only on the weekend. Will not come back for the value of services they provide. Basically nothing

It was ok. The hotel is very dated and needs to be upgraded. We expected a little more out of the Hyatt. The location was good for walking to dinner or drinks.

Over all it's decent hotel, maybe we were there during long weekend, the pool is over crowded, no chairs available, no clean pool towers, we need to go to front desk to ask for pool towers. Unfortunately for us, someone having Olympic above of us, almost entire night we hear tuning and stumping. We stay two night, they never come to clean the room or replace towers, we call both front desk and house keeping, no answer, we end up walked to front desk told them to send towers up. Lastly, they charging 18 dollars per day for parking, the hotel is in middle nowhere, only hotel guests will park there, but they still asking 18 dollars per day for self parking, no electric car charge in the parking lot.

Our sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. We talked to the front desk and he put an order for maintenance. We received notice that they fixed it, but it never drained properly. This hotel has an amazing breakfast. I found that the pool and hot tub were too far away from our room. We didn’t want to walk through the lobby in our swimsuits to use the pool. I also feel that $18 a night to park our car was a bit high especially since where we had to park was gravel.

What I don't like is the fact that the property does not have daily housekeeping. Bathroom is so tiny, 2 people cannot be in there at the same time. Property that is not up to Hyatt standards. Be prepared that there is a $18/day parking fee and a $35/day resort fee. Resort fee is a joke for what you get. We won't be staying here again.

Nice hotel, clean, convenient location in Santa Rosa. Front desk staff somewhat uninformed and didn’t offer very much information at check in (ex. No details about property, we had to ask all the questions). In general apathetic. But didn’t impact our stay and would stay again.

We got a 2 queen room. The tv remote was hardly working. The body wash dispenser was jammed. We called room service and they said it will take 10 minutes for someone to come. I got impatient and finally got it working. Apart from this everything g else was good. Safe place , convenient location to freeway, downtown and lot of food and coffee options. Was very clear.

Hair all over the bed when we checked into our room, bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, something spilled all over the wall, and the tv advertised multiple apps to watch, yet was unable to connect to any of them even after having someone come to check the tv (we were left a note to call the front desk for help, which we did the night before and the staff was clueless).

For the price and all of the hotel fees it was not worth it. I have stayed at the courtyard across and will be using the Courtyard again instead of this property. Not worth it. The room wasn't as well maintained.
