The man cleaning the rooms told us as qe were checking out I had left my phone charger. That was a $50 charger and I really appreciate the kindness. Kind staff. Very well lit parking lot also.

Had to wait 5-10 minutes for desk clerk to get off the phone to check-in. Sealant around bath/shower looked like it was corroded and coming apart, dirty looking. Roaches. Parking lot was trashed. Questionable characters hanging out behind facility. Free breakfast area was about the size of a walk-in closet. Regretted our decision to stay there during visit to see daughter in Air Force. Should have spent the extra $$ for a nicer place.

The staff was friendly, but the property is definitely not managed well We saw a cockroach in the bathroom And bathroom is very small, the place had a weird smell and the pillows were terribly uncomfortable!! I will not come back to this place again The breakfast items were okay for the price There were 3-4types of pastries, oatmeal, coffee, juice and some fruit with yogurt

Property was ok. Bathroom in room was tight and very small spaced. Showerhead was eh!!! Bed was comfortable. The floor in our room was unleveled in my opinion. Did have a light smell of cigarettes but was advertised as a non-smoking room. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking was plentiful. Only stayed one night so it was decent for the price we paid. May stay here again if we have a short stay.

I refused to stay in my first room; the bathtub was in horrible condition. No way would I get in that tub to shower; I’m not used to such conditions. The office clerk refused to relocate me to another room. I called friends and was really to leave there. I also called Expedia who spoke with the manager. I was then moved to another room and stayed the full time. I’m grateful for the agent’s tremendous help in resolving the problem. I definitely will not stay at another Red Roof hotel after this experience.

Check in was horrible. After waiting 15 minutes behind a difficult person checking in I was finally checked in. The clerk told me to scan my card again because the transaction didn’t go through; I told her it was showing “APPROVED “ on the screen. She told me it didn’t go through. I have been waiting since Wednesday for the credit to go back on my credit card, The clerk didn’t even know how to do a credit to my credit card for the double payment. She told me to come back down to the desk in 30 minutes and she would tell me what happened. I was not given a receipt to prove the credit was given back on my card. I had to insist on a receipt showing proof of the credit,

I liked that the 7-11 was super convenient. The breakfast was ok. They need to add begals to the menu but other than that it was good. The coffee was good also. If you just need a quick easy and cheaper hotel, this one works!

My stay was horrible. When I first checked in there was bugs in ceiling and dust. Then yesterday the room above me their child was running back and forth and continued into this morning I called the front desk twice and they didn’t do a thing about it. Very unpleased with my stay

For a non smoking room, it wreaked of smoke. Like someone had smoked and they just used a bunch of air Febreeze to try and mask it. Big stain that looked like throw up the on bedding under sheets. It was fine for a night, but certainly not worth $195.

Room was clean, but a little outdated. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, like a broken piece of trim in the restroom. It didn’t affect anything, just didn’t look nice. Service was amazing! Mr. Pat was so sweet in the mornings and quick to freshen the room and provide clean towels. Front desk was also friendly.
