Our shower did not have a diverter, so we could not take a shower. There was no way to turn the shower on. Even if there was it probably would not have been bad the shower head was trashed and broken not sure it would have even sprayed out eccept from the sides. Other than that the pool was over filled from all the kids, which is expected on a soccer tournamemt weekend. The front desk did a great job making sure to keep up on the towles in the pool. Breskfast was basic continental, but the whole breakfast area was clean. Just not stocked very well again expected on a soccer weekend.

Room was pretty clean. Bed was absolutely rich and made like a fine cake. Bathroom was great to say the least. Overall it was great! There were two bugs in the bathroom but that wasn't problem. The people at the front... a God send! My wife was feeling sick and they had medicine! Thank to whoever gave me cold and flu pills. It helped as much as it could. My only low was that the toaster in the dinning area destroyed my bagel. Be careful when using the toaster or look more carefully on the heat options. Good job guys!

Great room, good shower, lousy breakfast. Pool and hot tub out of order but I wasn’t planning on using them anyway. Discounted price made it a good bargain.

When we got there, we found out the pool anf hot tub were out of order. We tried getting a refund because we had kids and wanted to see if we could find somewhere else, but we were refused and we weren't even offered a discount on the room for those amenities not working. Then, my daughter booked the rooms but had it under our names, and they straight out refused to change the card to ours, so they paid for rooms in our names with her card that wasn't even present. On top of all of that, the staff was extremely rude. I believe her bame was Ariana. She was beyond rude to everyone! Then she was no where to be found the rest of the night and was jever seen behind the desk again. She shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service. Then last but not least, the breakfast was not what was deacribed by others.

Overall the property is nice. However, when i went into my room on first floor I found the window unlockes and open just a crack behind the curtains. I checked in during night hours. The bed was comfortable enough to enjoy the sleep. The room was very clean. I would encourage the property to leave water glasses in the bathroom. The bathroom tub at the bottom needs resurfacing could see greyness spots inside the tub.( Room 106). The deadbolt inside my room was not fully locked in place to the adjoining room. I locked it securely.

We had a quick over night stay, just traveling through. We had two king with pull out sofa rooms. The beds were comfortable, plenty of plug ins and lots of counter space (which we always end up needing). The breakfast was a little above standard. I eat non-celiac gluten free and there were plenty of options for me. Would definitely stay here again!!!

2nd time staying in Gillette over the summer...stayed in the other side of town last time at Days Inn, I think??...this side, with the suites is much nicer and quieter. Here to play disc golf at CAM PLEX then head on to Casper for business.

We stayed during a softball tournament and requested a rollaway. Even though they didn't have any available the staff was super helpful and provided us with extra bedding, so we could make a comfortable bed for our granddaughter on the floor.

Awesome room and breakfast area. Pool great except unexpectedly cold for an indoor pool, a little grungy on hot tub tiles. Awesome personable desk staff at night, but morning staff sparse and less friendly.
