Only complaint was that someone did not see to getting the luggage carts returned from previous guests to the lobby. We had to make several trips to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor!

4th time staying here. It was amazing as always! Love the workout/ basketball rooms and pool tables. The indoor hot tub and pool were especially refreshing during the cold weather in November.

As we walked to our car on day 2 we observed a couple of young guys rolling a marijuana cigarette which while legal in Massachusetts it looks shady. There was a fight in the room next day 3 of our stay. A kids party in the lounge was distracting during dinner with the balloon animals. On day 4 at the Visions restaurant on site the wait staff was overwhelmed and ignored us after starting to take our order and we finally left after 20 mins after they continued to ignore us. Lots of kids running up and down our second floor room and shady looking characters hanging in hallways. The wallpaper in our bathroom and in one of hallways was peeling.

Solid hotel with nice staff, room could’ve been a little cleaner but nothing totally crazy. TV could be a little bigger too, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

The toilet was clogged upon my first entering the room. I called the front desk, and maintenance quickly arrived and correct the problem. Quick, professional, and never disturbed me or left a mess.

Bed was not comfortable very thin and stiff ,had blood all over the top blanket bathroom wasnt to bad . Fridge wasnt cold it was actually feeling really warm . Guy at checkout wasnt very friendly i asked how to check out didnt seem like he wanted to help me .

Probably one of the BEST places I have EVER stayed at! They were able to accommodate us for early check-in (9am) which is unheard of. Clean, friendly, spacious, just overall amazing!

This is the third time we've stayed here. The kids and I absolutely love it! Comfy room, spacious indoor pool/ hot tub, amazing gym with basketball court and racquetball courts. The employees are always so friendly. Would highly recommend!!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are fairly spacious. It can be noisy if there’s a wedding going on, but overall I would recommend it. It’s conveniently located to Sturbridge, MA and the quiet northeast corner of CT. It’s a good value for the money.

Very pleasant stay. Arrived late and hungry. Surprised to find pub open and serving. Food was not only really good but very reasonably priced. Service was friendly and efficient. Great find… oh, lastly… Starbucks coffee in the room. I shall return!

We had an amazing time relaxing at your hotel. We particularly enjoyed the staff at Shades Lounge. Mel made us feel very welcome, made fantastic drinks and was quite attentive to our needs. She truly is the backbone of that restaurant. We only have one suggestion. We were surprised that there wasn't any complimentary coffee available in the lobby. We have grown accustomed to this practice in most hotels and, given the quality of your hotel, we thought for sure there would be free coffee offered all day.

We were in town visiting our son and the Wellsworth was the perfect place. We had a very quiet stay and actually slept better than at home. The two meals we had at Shades were both enjoyable and the option to be served on the patio was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

what a GREAT find, we absolutely loved our stay here and would like to spend 3-4 days next time. We came in town for the Brimfield Antique and Flea Market Show and found this property. It was amazing - pool, hot tub, health club, Gym, Hand Ball / Racquetball, it really offers so much. Pool tables in the lounge area. The property is rich with history and it is beautiful.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and welcoming. Located in a nice area. The only thing that would need improvement in my opinion is the restaurant, really didn't enjoy the food. But the staff was very good.

This place was a little off the flight path but worth the detour. It's a cool old brick industrial/corporate building repurposed as a hotel and conference center. It's quiet and feels safe, the rooms are large, there was a guest laundry on my floor, the grounds are nice, and the fitness facility is very well equipped. The highlight was the pool. It's a large pool, possibly saltwater, in a timber-frame addition with glass doors out to the landscaped grounds. It's big enough to swim laps. Parking is easy, although not covered. There was no microwave in the room, but I saw one by the ice machine.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was amazing with all of its offerings from 2 restaurants, a bar, a gym, racquetball courts, an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The rooms have the standard ironing board, hair dryer, and coffee, but also a refrigerator, and a desk. It is an attractive building expertly converted from an old factory. I would definitely stay here again.

When we checked in (at 2a) the girl at the front desk was annoyed w something, told us she would be back, pushed the elevator button then kicked it and swore. We were only there 2-8a so can’t say much about experience. Room was big and clean. That’s all that mattered to us. We were just passing through.

We went and saw Graham Nash and Claritin at the treehouse brewery. It was a hotel close to the event. We have never been in the town before. What a lovely property we swam in the pool. It was very nice extremely clean very safe. We will definitely stay again. Very good value
