The hotel charges 5 dollars for parking and microwave. Front desk waived the 5 dollars for parking because on Hotels.com I mentioned that it stated free parking.

The carpet was dirty, I suggest you to shampoo it or completely replace it
The AC was also complicated to adjust for a pleasant room temperature

Overall it was ok. Breakfast area very crowded and not well maintained.

Great room set up but the coffee maker wasn't rinsed cleaned. I ran it with water 4x and brown stuff came out

This was the cutest place to stay for our family weekend. The service was wonderful and the continental breakfast was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is very quiet and very clean.

Property is very close to major freeway. Best thing is they have a EV car charger (huge benefit for Tesla owners).
However, this property is very outdated. Their TV system has set tv channels, not much choices for young kids. We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast menu was same every day with only 1 item changing. Housekeeping services are not provided on a daily basis. Definitely need some upgrades.

This stay was way better than I imagined. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing that did bother me was they charge $10 per day for your car to be parked. I wasn’t aware of that prior to the booking. Other than great hotel.

We stayed at this hotel some years ago and it was cleaner then.
The breakfast is also not good as then, fewer options and not too good (i.e. waffle dry, not edible, no choice of cereals, no whole milk)

The staff at the front desk was definitely not friendly and helpful almost rude. This is the second time that I have been to this property. Both time I could smell someone did smoke in the room. The air conditioning unit was really loud.

Great service everyone is very friendly. Felt so welcome. Rooms are extremely clean. Ac worked perfect. Pillows could be better. Loved the fresh water in the lobby and breakfast was delicious.

What a fun trip, excellent food. Front desk staff was very friendly!

Super friendly and easy to communicate staff. Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed a family movie as there was a sizable TV with an HDMI port.
The only thing was the location was not super walkable, but can be considered an advantage given that the hotel is near the highway.

curtains and bathroom walls were still dirty. the pull out bed for the couch was still dirty, no microwave and housekeeping did not clean the room even after asking for trash pick up. the bed was comfortable and the room was big.

Excellent value. Free breakfast with hot/cold options sealed the deal as it would’ve cost $30/day minimum for our family of four to go to McDonald’s.

Beds were small and not comfortable, bathroom was too small , overall very disappointing

Welcoming and fast check in. Room clean and spacious. Smallish bathroom, average amenities. Comfortable bed, pillows on the hard side but this is subjective. Flat screen tv adequate size but no streaming tv that many of the hotels that we have stayed recently offer. Appreciated the in-room fridge but no microwave in the room. Breakfast buffet adequate. Was charged additional $10 to park my car.

The power went out and we had to walk up to our 5th floor room. Since the windows do not open, we had an unbearably stuffy room
