This hotel is very far away from the city center and definitely not as nice as the website portrays. The bathroom smelled like mold, but since it was located on a noisy byway, we could not leave the window open to air it out. We asked for a taxi to be scheduled to take us to the airport, but it never showed, the night attendant at the front desk was unconcerned with our dilemma and could barely be dragged away from his phone to help us.

Would love to love the place. Grounds were beautiful and i got two, awesome, badly needed massages. It is labeled as a spa but they actually do not have onsite spa staff but rather you book an outside party to come in and use their room. The place appeared to be used primarily as a local event/conference center. They certainly are not used to having non native visitors. The place was very charming

I arrived exhausted and excited to stay in the spa resort only to find out upon arrival that they would not accept my 5 pound Registered emotional support educated dog . Zero possibility 😕 the front desk lady said no hotel in the state of xmzscatecas would accept a dog , I told her she was worng and I left , and found a hotel that did !! Will never reccomend nor stay at any location

If you are a light sleeper, don't stay here. Trains passed a hundred feet from our hotel window that woke us up every time. There were annoying flies in the room and insufficient outlets for lamps and devices. The staff were friendly but you had to remind them and they never really went out of the way. It is a classic hotel with many staff, but they seem to be resting on their laurels. Only the restaurant was the very best.

Nice clean place to stay over a weekend any longer than that, it becomes unpleasant due to the wear and tear of the facility in needs attention specially on the bathroom area, water dint drain while taking a shower, it happened all three times that I stayed there, don’t get me wrong fabulous cleaning ladies, awful front desk staff

Hotel was decent, location was nice , nice pool and gym. The on-site restaurant was very nice and the customer service was great . Had a little issue with the toilet but as soon as I contacted the front desk about the issue, in a matter of minutes the issue was resolved. I would stay here agian !! 👍👍👍👍👍

There was a tick on my bed, when i complained, they seem like they where doing me a favor by moving me to another room. Then the next room the sheets had hair. Lastly the bad tub clogged, my husband some how unclogged it, as we did not want to go thru the hassle. I will not stat here again.
