Very short stay , two nights, to join a recently bereaved friend also staying in hotel. Reception changed my room , without me asking, to let me stay in same block as friend . All contact with staff was excellent. Room was fine and spotlessly clean . Could not fault this hotel and would stay again. Excellent.

The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning breakfast in a bag was needed but no one did it for us but It doesn't matter but just be careful that people understand what you ask for. But we would love to come back was very happy.

Great location really close to the old town and new. There were two pools quite big. However not enough sun lounger beds. Found that they were reserved with towels early however nobody was lying on them for a good while. Found the staff at the front desk to be lovely and helpful. However bar staff and dining room staff were unfriendly and rude. This establishment is catered to Spanish holiday makers, the entertainment through the day and evening was solely in the Spanish language and found that the other guest were quite intimidating and staring all of the time. Rooms were cleaned daily no issues with the rooms however would have liked a kettle with coffee and tea. Found that this hotel and its guests to be predominantly Spanish and not very welcoming at all. Would I stay again? No

Customer service was so bad!!!! Booked two rooms same time (got it different building) 😖😖😖 Car parking was problem! Gave wrong and must change!!! Didn’t even say sorry! Pool bar wine we got less than 6 cm 😏😕 All service was slow or bad!!!! Never again!!!

Absoluty loved this place. Polite and helpful staff. We had a fantastic view from the balcony - we were on the 4th floor. Room was clean, bathroom / shower were brilliant. Set in an ideal location if you want to go to the beach or walk to the main strip. 3 swimming pools, mostly quiet even in June. It had a TV, Fridge plenty of space to hang / store clothes. Reception staff were very friendly and helped us out with our shuttle return ( they did not have us on the return leg of the journey so the staff helped us contact to travel company.). Many Spanish people were there, a lot of middle aged range so no noisy disturbances at night time. Definately recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break away. Hotel activites were available but we did not take part, and also options for bed and evening meal, but we ate out. If I go back to Benidorm I will be looking to come back again. Excellent.

We didn’t get the hotel we booked. We were put in the tower block Poseidon Palace next door. Which was extremely run down and very basic . No kettle for tea.Room was tiny . Parking was €9.00 per day. Uncomfortable bed. The floor of the bathroom was lethal once wet from the shower. Luckily we only stayed one nigh as a stop over. Reception staff were the only saving point for this hotel.

We stayed here for our annual weekender to Benidorm. It was conveniently located to all the bars, the beach and nightlife. The hotel had great facilities, breakfast included and two outdoor pools all for reasonable rates. The staff were courteous and helpful when needed. Our room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely return here for our stay next year❤

No aircon dispite advertised as having aircon. Staff just said oh yeah its not on in the whole hotel. No fan or anything to help. Breckfast was the usual stuff but very limited and quite poor quality. Was clean enough just dated and a bit run down.

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly person on reception. Hotel looked dated and in need of a good refurb. We were not welcomed in the restaurant for breakfast, we felt like an inconvenience! Pool area needs a good jet wash as the floors look very grubby. The highlights were the welcome we got on reception and the location other than that there weren’t any other good points. I do not recommend!

The hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and the breakfast at the hotel is good. Housekeeping had cleaned the room every single day, but during my five night stay I have seen bugs 3 times in my room. which was very unpleasant.

Pros: Pretty much central location Reasonable price (booked out of season) My bathroom had a rain style shower head (I love those). Cons: Pool was not heated If you like a fried breakfast you're best eating out. It wasn't particularly tasty. Pillows weren't particularly comfortable.

I couldn’t fault the hotel the staff were very friendly and welcoming and very clean . The hotel is in a perfect location I loved looking around the old town also minutes to the beach. It was my first holiday on my own since losing my husband so I was apprehensive the only downfall for me was the hotel is mostly Spanish tourists so I felt on my own when in the dining room although everyone was lovely I couldn’t find anyone to have a chat with

Lovely hotel in a great location for the old town and beach. Staff at reception were really nice and helpful and you felt welcomed. Room was clean and nice balcony overlooking the pool. TV had British channels, bed's were comfortable and the bathroom had a brilliant shower. Room had a safe which was free and a fridge. We had dinner and breakfast. The evening meal was quite basic and not as much choice as previous hotel's I have stayed in. Breakfast was nice and enough choice, hot and cold. I would use the hotel again but probably only go for the bed and breakfast and go out for dinner.

Cheap and cheerful, we booked posidon resort and got placed in the hotel that is joined to it,the posidon palace, the rooms were very old and the bath had some sort of gummy residue due to the hotel being over 50 years old?? There was a sign saying 50 year anniversary clearly nothing has changed. On the picture rooms were much more refreshed and done up but rooms have defo not been updated since, it did the job however. The heating was on as it was winter and we stayed on 14th floor so it was so warm

We had a lovely 4 night break, full board, our room was fine plenty of space & a comfy bed, we had a decent bathroom, tv needed reseting & was sorted very quickly, a good choice of food in the restaurant, with it being buffet some foods could have been warmer, but overall very good, decent bar & activities during the day & entertainment at night, nice pools, but to cold on our visit, we would reccomend this hotel as its a short walk to the beach & old town,

Friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff, everyone fluent in English, clean and comfortable room, "full board" option was a wise decision 🙂 - food was delicious and a great value, good location - lively neighborhood, just 7 minutes walk to the closest beach, great animation staff 🙂
