Everything was great except that they didn’t allow pets and that wasn’t stated anywhere on their page or website unless you specifically do a Google search for it.

We had a great stay at Breckenridge Mount Thunder Lodge. The studio we were in, however, had too much furniture crammed into it. We couldn't open the wardrobe for the couch in the way and there were no drawers for storage. The surfaces needed a good dust. A full kitchen was appreciated. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved the hot spa and pool inclusions. MTL is located close to town and restaurant choices are great. The included shuttle was useful and the free town trolley stops were nearby. Would recommend with more questions asked about room design options.

Nice property very close to downtown. We had a beautiful and very spacious 2 bed/2 bath unit. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was heated. They provided a shuttle service available through an app which was fast and convenient.

Loved that you could walk through a tunnel to get downtown in minutes … and also short distance to the gondolas. Also was pleasantly surprised by beautiful gas fireplace in our spacious common living area. (We had 2 large bedrooms with one bath in primary suite and another bath next to second bedroom.)

It’s a great facility. Have stayed there three times and would go back. However, the particular unit was in major need of replacing the plumbing fixtures. Kitchen sink faucet was really on its last leg and the shower heads were pretty bad. Cheap and easy fixes to replace.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The condo I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It was quite warm when I arrived (southern / western) exposure, but I opened the windows and door and it cooled down quickly. The bed was very comfortable. The bed was also very high and the toilet was quite low. This is NOT a complaint just FYI for anyone older or those with mobility concerns. I cooked most of my meals in the condo and had all the dishes, pans, I needed. There is enough coffee for a few days, then if you want more you need to pay a nominal fee for housekeeping. I chose to hit up the grocery store and buy some. Everything worked and no issues. There were a few items in the kitchen that need attention (the handle to the fridge was broken). Was able to open fine but needs to be replaced. The balcony was huge. I wad a bit concerned when I arrived as the unit was directly above the garage but had no issues with noise from the garage door or from cars coming and going. Place is right across from gondola and very easy walk into town. I would definitely recommend and would stat again. I did not use the pool or hot tub.

The location of this Lodge is second to none. Also, the rooms are spacious and make it great for a short or extended stay. It is beginning to show some wear and tear, however, and so the cabinets have some mechanical issues and other small items that were noticed. It was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. No housekeeping is made available during your stay.

I would not suggest this property. 6 rooms family reunion I chose the pay when get there option, but my card(only entered to secure reservation)was charged in full by the property 2 days prior to check in. When I called to question it, they said they would refund it but it took 3 days to show up and because a refund was in process, we had to put an another card to check in. The room appeared “clean” and was equipped as listed however we were surprised there was NO A/C only a cheap box fan in each room. The TV did not work and when we called down about that they sent a guy up. He did something to “reset the Dish” The refrigerator did not cool our groceries over night and when they sent someone up about that, he said it was our fault and “we must not have shut the door” The wooden blinds on the windows did not open or close and broken pieces were under the couch. Because there was no A/C we kept the windows open for airflow. Although it is a “no smoking” resort, every time we returned to the room we could tell that the folks below us were enjoying their canibus as our room had the pungent scent. We were informed upon arrival that housekeeping was only offered for a separate charge but if we needed anything to let them know. The shower in the master had mold in the corners. It was a beautiful setting and a great resort town and the proximity to everything was nice. The parking garage was enclosed and safe. We enjoyed Brekenridge but if we return, we will stay elsewhere.

We have stayed many times at the Mountain Thunder Lodge. Great location, helpful staff and having access to the amenities at One Ski Hill is wonderful. If you have the choice, request a room away from the pool - very noisy during the day until late at night.

We loved our stay here. It was very clean and well stocked. The workers there were very helpful. They provided us with extra blankets. We were in a great location to downtown Breckenridge. It was probably a five minute walk. Also, lots of free transportation. We took advantage of the trolley. There is lots of good food and shopping close by. We loved it here and I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent. Across the street from the gondola and close to Main St. Room was very nice and clean also. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms so even though it cooled down overnight, our room was a little toasty and we had the windows open. Overall very good
