Pictures are super deceptive. Room had cockroaches and nothing looked like the pictures or descriptions.

The kids up stairs were running around and the paper thin ceiling allowed all the noise to come thought which made it hard to sleep. The room itself was great! However the nose ruined it.

The towels are terrible, tiny and thread bare. The toilet was awful. I could never tell if it would flush or not. The place was so run down and old. It didn't really appear to be a place the owners took much pride in. No elevator. The floors were uneven and looked like they were installed in a diy project. There weren't places to sit in the room other than a chair that looked like it came from a cafeteria. The soap was awful too. On a good note, the mattresses were ok and overall they clean the rooms. The people were friendly, but they were late to open the office in the a.m., which meant we had to wait for coffee. I definitely do not recommend this place and i won't stay here again.

This place was a dump! The pictures and reviews did not reflect the condition of this property. The office where you check in smelled musty and almost toxic. I felt bad for the guys working in there. The parking situation is not ideal- they allow cars to parallel park along the entrance and exit lanes leading to and from the back parking area making it nearly impossible to pass through at times. The walls were scuffed up and dirty. A cheap remodel was done to make the hotel seem updated and clean, but it is like they put lipstick on a pig. The AC was loud and clunky. Outlets were loose and did not fit most of our cube chargers. We had a dead cricket on the floor in our bathroom… and who knows what other bugs that we couldn’t see (it was that kind of place). The towels were thin and rough like rags you’d dry your car with. Other guests were inconsiderate and talked loudly in the inner courtyard at 11pm, waking us up, followed by someone above us walking loudly (sounded like stomping!) and dropping things on the floor until 2am. The building has no insulation whatsoever- you hear everything from outside and from the rooms above you. The whole place felt musty, dirty, and overall icky. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is not used to staying anywhere that rents rooms by the hour. It was that bad! The only positives were the location, the nice people working in the office, and the fact that they let us keep our car parked in the parking lot on the day we checked out.

It was an okay stay. I guess the room that we ended up getting was in worst shape compared to the others that were observed. Could definitely use major TLC. Beds were comfy but did not feel super safe to the lock on the exterior looking like someone has tried to break in.

If you are on a budget and want to stay near to Disney then this place might be for you. It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. The biggest positive is location, it was perfect for us being an under 20 minute stroll from door to door. It is also very close to the Garden walk which is a slightly longer, nicer walk. It is also close to Walgreens and The cheesecake factory which we enjoyed so much we visited twice in three days. The apartment was a little tired but spacious with a separate bedroom for your kid or travelling companion. It had a decent fridge, microwave but oddly no coffee maker. There was pretty thick dust under the bed but it did look awkward to clean. A couple of plug sockets were a bit loose and we couldn’t get our bedside light to work but those are minor issues. One concern for me was there isn’t a safe, luckily I had a travel one but this could be an issue for you. The main pool was clean and looked inviting, unfortunately it was a tad cold for my liking. The hot tub was a little grubby but hot and comfortable. Parking spaces are on the tight side but free so I shouldn’t really complain, I was allowed to keep my car there all day after I checked out which was great. As it’s just a place to sleep after a long day at the park I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

It's old and run down. The floor was really dirty when we walked in. The paint in the corners and drywall patches are messy. The water pressure was bad and made hair washing challenging. I took a cup in to catch more water to try to get a better rinse. The mattresses are pretty beat down and they slide all iver the platform, but if you're exhausted enough, it may not matter.

Our stay was really nice! Everyone such as staff was super nice. The only thing I wished happened was that the maids came to our room to throw out the trash and give us more toilet paper.

We stay here often. As grandparents spending time with the grandkids is very important. Americas best value inn provides great services at a reasonable price. Rooms are nice, very clean and spacious, front office management is super nice and accommodating. We will continue to stay here when visiting grandkids.

Definitely will stay here again! The jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long day at Disney. Ubers were cheap to Disney but honestly just did the 15 minute walk, nice and easy. Front desk staff were awesome and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the welcome cookies; neat little touch!

2nd floor balcony room has door facing balcony. It's very very loud and could not sleep at all night each night due to how loud foot traffic was on the balcony. I didn't know this prior staying at the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming. They were very accommodating as we required a motorized wheelchair and was able to leave it plugged in just outside the front desk office. They were more than considerate when we asked to leave our luggage with them on the day we checked out. When we came to collect our belongings, they weee again very polite!

I am a second time rental to this property. The first time was clean, room in good condition and amenities were limited. This last trip I was put in a room that clearly looked like it needed repair work to be done. The room was not cleaned very well and the linens were not worth of a hotel for the price paid. The amenities were the same as the last time however the refrigerator needed attention. I will not book this room again

Property is very outdated. It was clean but not clean - like bedding was clean but you can see the walls were really dirty. No counter space at all in the bathroom, just a sink so very inconvenient. The shower was not a tub but a stall that was about as small as probably legally allowed to be (I am not a large person by any means and barely had enough room). The room was also very small, just enough space to walk around the bed so having 3 adults with suitcases in the room was very tricky. The mattresses have probably never been replaced as there were very obvious indents on each side of the bed where people would sit on the side of the bed so when trying to sleep you felt like you were going to roll off the bed. Until some updates are made I would not return to this hotel.

There were lights that shined through the windows and could not make the curtains so it would not come through, the water took 10 minutes to get warm for a shower, the pool was cloudy, and there was a dirty sock left in our room that wasn’t ours.

Walking distance to Disney with free parking. Not a fancy motel so you get what you pay for. We were looking for a convenient place to walk to Disney and this hotel did the job. The property is a bit rough around the edges, but we weren't expecting the Hilton based on the price. Even though we were near to main roads, the room was quiet.

This place needs a serious renovation. Our room is old and dirty, under the bed is dusty and dirty, the bed is old as heck, there was no tv on the second room. The door looks like the fBI been kicking in it. If you look at the pictures there was 2 lamps but no lamps at all. The whole room is disgusting. But the area is very convenient. It’s just the place it’s not worth your money. I will never stay here if I were you. Don’t waste your time and money.I should have take pictures.

This is a very old property that has not been updated. The pictures are very deceiving. I did not feel safe staying alone. There is a cheap turn lock on door and blinds on window looking out into outdoor walkway did not close all the way. Refrigerator and microwave in fridge, but no coffee or ice on the same floor. There is ice outside of the office and a coffeemaker inside the office. The office wasn’t unlocked at 7:30am, so if you want coffee before heading to the park, you’re out of luck. I opted to not use housekeeping the 3 days I was there. There was nowhere to lock up your belongings and I did not feel comfortable leaving them out. When I checked in, I stood in the office for quite some time before someone finally came in. There was no bell to ring or way to let them know you were waiting. The location was fine, 10-15 minute walk to Disney gate and near garden walk with lots of restaurant offerings. I would not stay again due to it feeling dirty and unsafe.
